[Q] Razr Failed on Titianium Restore - Motorola Droid RAZR

Hi, My Razr M died so I replaced it with another one. Luckily, I had backed up the one that died using Titanium backup and had a cloud version as well.
So I got the new phone, rooted it and then went to restore the phone to the way it was using my backup. Restoring Apps and data.
It ran ok after the restore, but it said to reboot it after the restore. I did a normal shutdown and restart and all I see is the Droid eye going around and around. It has been doing that for a long time now. Over 45 minutes.
Did I brick it somehow? It seems pretty straightforward.
How can I get it out of this mode. Remove the flash and reboot?
Thanks for any ideas.

Droid 1 Problems

I just got a used droid from someone online and I apparently did something to mess it up.
The market FCs every time I open it, I have no browser, I cannot access the Recovery Mode.
All I want to do is reset this phone back to 100% stock.
Ive picked up the files to reset to stock from droidforums but like I said, I cannot enter recovery mode to do this
I got it fixed, Flashed SPRecovery and found a virgin backup and used that for my nandroid restore. all works well now.
thread closed ..issue fixed

Nandroid Failed Can't Restore Stuck in APX!

To make a long story short my gtab broke so I got another one. Prior to shipping the bad one back I did an nandroid backup and copied to my computer.
I received my new one today, installed clockwork and trying to do a restore.
Error while flashing boot image!
Click to collapse
is what I receive. What gives? Any thoughts on why I'm seeing this?
I managed to get the "md5 sum mismatch" on my dx, but that was because I renamed the original file and used spaces in the name...
Never managed to get the error you got though
Sent from my DROIDX using XDA App
I've tried so many things. I flashed Vegan ROM over again, performed reboot, went into the fresh clean ROM..then rebooted into recovery to restore. Same error.
I tried partitioning over again, wiping, etc then restoring..same thing. I even tried another nandroid that I took days prior....!! I'm at a loss... argh! I want this image back from my nandroid
Also to add confusion to the mix: I tried taking a backup of nothing basically, and then restoring that and it worked fine. However just none of my 3 nandroid backups takin off my old device restore on this device. Is there a coorelation?
There has to be a way to flash back my nandroid backup...right?
Maybe my bootloader is locked, thus stalling on the boot.img?
ok so now I really jacked it up...tried downloading rom manager from market, installing some recovery and restoring my image, which did nothing but freeze at the viewsonic screen. Now I can't get into recovery anymore
Now I tried nvflashing back to stock... windows 7 crashed at the 11_app_img but it copied scucessfully, and now the tablet won't turn on?wtf!

[Q] Moto Razr Maxx - TB OTA not working

OK. I got my Maxx a few days ago, rooted and downloaded TitaniumBackup to freeze some apps.
I deleted a few apps thinking I'd never use them, but as it happens the backup I did before deleting them was corrupt. There's no way to get the apps back...SOOO as I'm downloading the OTA update it fails saying the /system/app/dnla.apk is wrong.
Yes...I deleted DLNA and News 2.3.5 and can't get the files back.
Is there a way to flash the phone back to complete stock...no root...no nothing so I can get the OTA? My bad for rushing into things, but it's been so long since using a Moto device I can't remember how to flash it back to stock.
I held the Vol+- and power, went to Recovery and did a factory wipe but it's still rooted and I need to get it back to stock.
Ideas? Flame on.
Thanks
S
I run into the same issues while trying to install the update. I ended up following the directions in the following link.

[Q] Wifi error

So I rooted my rezound, downloaded titanium backup pro, then went an deleted the vzw bloatware. Yes I did bsckup the apps on titanium but I lost my wifi to where I will try and turn it on and it will say error. So now I tried to restore the apps to get wifi back and I can't get amazon kindle, backup assistant, blockbuster, Flickr, lets golf, and peep restored. When I select restore on titanium it just hangs in limbo saying restoring app and it never does. I'm scared to do a factory reset and I brick my phone without those apps. I'm trying to see where I went wrong to lose my wifi. So if someone can help, it would be greatly appreciated... thank you everyone
If you made a nandroid backup in recovery before you can restore that. If you didn't you can either just install a new rom or run a ruu. You have to relock first though to run the ruu.

[Q] [HELP] how to fix my X2's busted software

Hello,
History:
Recently my Droid x2 was acting somewhat slow and randomly rebooting, so I decided to backup some data using titanium backup.
After which, I performed a factory data wipe thing from the android recovery menu.
This went well and I started to restore my old apps and data, afterwards I noticed the same things happening again. So I decided to do the factory data wipe again to fix this.
This led me to think that there was something wrong with one of the system apps, so I slowly went through apps and only installed what I thought I needed.
I ended up repeating this a few times, and at some point used titanium backup to remove some of the stock apps like slacker and youtube.
And now my phone wont get past the motorola logo, although sometimes it does and gets into a boot loop or just gets to the first time set up screen.
History summary:
Basically I backed up the data I wanted to keep, and did some stuff now my phone doesn't function right.
What I am after from any expert is whether or not I can't simply put an update onto my sd card and use the android recovery menu to fix my phone back to the normal stock rom.
If this kind of thing is possible could someone send me a link to the file.
I have tried to use Moonshadows guide (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1317707) for SBFing, no luck, can't get it to work.
Also, I am basing this question off of Moonshadow's other guide (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1318083) for backup/restoring.
This is a:
Droid X2

Moto Updates only work to update, and phone must be complete stock, nothing removed.
to flash sbf phone needs to be in STARTING RSD PROTOCOL SUPPORT
Try ezSBF for dx2

just an update
Just in case anyone is curious, ezSBF worked.
I used it, then updated my phone to 2.3.5, and rooted it.
Thanks shadow.
Your welcome, glad it worked
