All Variants but laking Cat6 and ISAI? Why?
- Cat6 and ISAI made for different market, which use different hardware, they dont have same G3 specs like others so NO, they're not supported.
Can I upgrade to this ROM from other LP ROM?
- Yes, but I recommend to flash your latest kdz/tot first, then root, install TWRP and flash the ROM.
Can I dirty flash the ROM?
- You can dirty flash if u're using my previous version, but if anything wrong, a clean flash before reporting is a must.
LS990/VS985 fully working?
- Its mainly made for GSM only. If you're using CDMA and wanna try, go for it but dont report any issue here. Btw, LS990 NFC removed till I can get my hands on the device.
I'm stuck at Setup Wizard screen, there's no buttons for back or next?
- It's a minor issue caused by latest Google Service, happen when you cant connect to their server by wifi/data during the init setup. Just rotate the phone and you can skip that step. Sound weird, I know
Can I flash a custom kernel?
- Sure, u can use any custom kernel that support LG stock Lollipop.
Can I use Xposed with this ROM?
- Yes, when you flash the ROM, there's an option in Aroma: "Xposed support" (which will remove your QuickCover feature) then follow Xposed for Lollipop for the installation guide.
I dont have 4G/LTE option in network setting?
- Delete LteConfigs folder in system\app (D855 only) then reboot.

Hi,
Thanks for the ROM cloudy. Really liked you G2 work so it's good to see you here. All working well here, but there seems to be an issue with the settings app. When I open the settings via the app then it always swaps the view to list view instead of tabbed view. If I use settings by pulling down the notification bar then it's fine.

If like me you don't need cdma nether gps and apn config for US (I'm in france) and you want this fix
For those who want to use this rom in US with VZW must do some changes in build.prop and add some files to system/etc/ folder like

Just tried it on the T-Mobile rom and got no data no Wi-Fi and no Bluetooth

Also for anyone having problems to get lte go into settings - tethering and networks - mobile networks - network operators - search for networks - a few minutes later you should see ATT LTE if available then select it and then register it. That fixed it for me.

change contnents folder of tmo with this zip (must be extracted) and delete boot.img
it work fine for me only bluetooth and I think it will be fixed whit this must go to my car to test it
One thing to point out: in the Aroma installer, it says that it's installing to an LG G2 on the very first screen.

On D855 over a day and with just one minor problem so far. Sometimes loses Wi-Fi for a second or two.
Found one minor issue with the d851 varriant. Mini view does not seem to work. This may be due to me having knock off enabled on the navbar, so I'll test it further after I re-find the knock off option in tweaksbox. Just thought id share.

Ok, I tried out your rom. Multiple attempts to install.
I get - first off a choice of if I want to use the wizard or not, and that seems wrong.
Then I use the wizard once, it crashes to the beginning, I use it again and it FC's.
After that I cannot get on my network, I do a network search, find ATT and select it but never connect.
I have tried every way I can think of to make it connect to ATT but it will not.
Thanks for the attempt at the ROM, but I had to uninstall it.

Well, I have tried myself to wipe data (all) when installing the ROM and it is OK.
But most of the case, you do not need to wipe data. Just wipe cache + dalvik-cache, you should not be seeing the wizard.
BTW, can you PM me the logcat and which radio version you are using? Thanks.
**Update: I have just wipe data + cache + dalvik-cache and re-install the ROM -> can go through the wizard without any FC. For network problem, is that you do not type in a correct APN?

Apologies I did not log in till just now. I have installed InnovationOS so I don't have my log cat. However if you find it critical I can go through the install again and get it for you.
As far as APN. I have to admit not editing it. I did search for the network, it found ATT and I told it to select it. It would register but never get edge or 3G.
I do commend you. It's a great build idea. Check out Liquid Froyo on the droid. They are making slim lean and mean droid builds. I would love for that on my N1

When building, you can use:

Run FlashROM.bat, press any key first time, and reboot recovery
From Recovery 3e, choose "wipe data/factory reset", then "wipe cache partition".
Then, choose "apply update from ADB", wait a moment for your computer install adb sideload driver.

Flashed this yesterday on my F400S.
Everything is working fine except for audio streaming (APT-X) over Bluetooth.
I am using a SONY MDR-1RBTMK2 Bluetooth stereo headphone.
I am getting audio however the pitch and speed is not correct.
I have used the pitch and speed option in Eq however they are only able to compensate 75-80%.

Thats why reducing its an option. I've seen it on a G Pro 2 rom. Its much nicer.

Qmemoplus also has a widget, which when i look in widgets to add to my home screen is not there. Its no biggie, the LGQMemPluswidget must be missing.

I dont know its exact name, but its the widget part of the Qmemo. I will try find it on another rom.
Is root explorer not a paid for app? If so you shouldn't be distributing it in your rom, unless you had permission from the dev, which I doubt he would give.

I have flashed the stock firmware and no matter where i look i cant see whats related to the Qmemo widget. Oh well. Was a nice note widget I can live without it i think. For the record its this if you didn't see it:

In fact free ES File Manager has all the root explorer capabilities. User just has to turn it on. Above all this is one excellent app.
my phone already has root, for whatever reason I am not able to install this ROM, I get an error saying it can't read sideload, but that is how I rooted
@hoangnova bro can u check the volume output of headfone and speaker? I found both outputs are way too low. Used ViperFX but didnt improve much.

Other than WiFi Calling and maybe VoLTE, is there a quick list of differences b/t this and GE? I tried comparing OP's but can't tell. I'm on AT&T so neither of those 2 mean anything to me..... yet.

I clean flashed this and have no APN's.
Giving this a test run and things I've noticed so far:
-Wi-Fi Calling works great with NH5 modem
-Installed Slim version with Chrome, Xposed, and S-Health/Private Mode (No issues or hang-ups)
-ROM scrolling speed/animation speed is very smooth and responsive
-Wanam Xposed installed by default is a nice touch
-SFinder and Quick Connect buttons removed is a welcomed mod
Feels like a fully featured build and clocking in at 1.08GB in the system partition. Not bad at all.
Only real con for my install was that the option for XSecureStorage was a tad confusing. There were two options: Enabled and Disabled and from what I know about the command in order for S-Health to work the build.prop has to state "ro.secure.storage=false" and so my assumption was that I needed to choose False during setup. However, I chose enable it and I saw that the Xposed module was added and that the build.prop change was set to false. Anyway, just wanted to comment and say that option in Aroma was the only confusing portion.
Great and very smooth ROM so far. I've had bad luck in the past using Wanam with my device, however I've never run it in the system partition so maybe that is the secret. I'm going to give this thing a few days and see how it works with my daily usage. Always great to see another Dev making ROMs. Thanks for giving us some extra options! :good:

I have one APN, which is the one I normally use and it is the "T-Mobile US LTE (fast.t-mobile.com)" so I cannot duplicate your issue. I flashed the NH5 version for T-Mobile and it looks like he removed all the extra ones to cut down on unnecessary bloat. Are you using a 900T?
Edit: I verified this by going to Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
Are you APNs not listed in the apps you are trying to use, Hangouts for example, or are they totally absent from the ROM?

Same recovery I used and I chose KT's kernel for the install. Follow this from the OP:

And you should probably include the options you chose during install just in case he needs to try to duplicate it. And in the mean time you can manually add the APN using the information found HERE if you like. Could have been a bad flash or bad download so don't rule those out either. Don't worry though, missing APNs are an easy fix.

the buildprop trick will not help private mode .. but i was thinking of doing this .. in aroma have xposed, wanan xposed and his xsecurestorage module all install at once.. this way it wont confuse users..

make sure that the roms zip u downloaded matches the md5.. u should have one apn... which i took right from the odin package, i have no issues.. :good:

SD cards are becoming an issue for some reason. If you've followed ALL the instructions in the OP, and are still having issues, you may need to wipe your ext SD. And sometimes Internal as well.
Remove your ext SD and boot up.
If the problems are solved then you need to format your SD card in Windows or Linux as Fat32 no matter what size your card is. DO NOT USE TWRP to format Ext SD.
Root
If SuperSU has issues updating it's binaries, you may need to flash This when you flash the ROM.

Check your md5 and or re-download. I personally recommend downloading to pc then move to phone. I have flashed it about 4 times since last night and no issues like that. Be sure to wipe cache, dalvik, system and data.

Right now nothing major, just using ZV6 as a base. And right now only has stock kernel. New Rin is in the works.

I started looking at n6. If I bought on from Sprint to play with is there gonna be any kind of lock. Or is it strait forward. I still love this phone but reading that article made me a little nervous.

I installed it last night and had no PRL and Profile, and no signal either. I was excited about this one because it comes with a custom kernel which means for me, Faux Sound.
You can get the paid version of apn manager and set it to apn2 LTE
I put stock kernel on this rom, along with Sprint apn. Codes are set to spr/spr and sprint stock csc.
I'm out of town today so slow to respond

I'm also experiencing the no mobile data issue. I did do a clean flash but will reflash and report back.

I wiped x3 and re flashed with the same result, no mobile data.
I dont see a mobile data toggle nor any place to update the prl, ect...

Yeh having the same issue now. I wiped and reinstalled the rom a lil while ago and am experiencing it. Need to look into it, because it was working flawless last night. I took a walk up the road to verify I was getting mobile data. A bit annoying because I've been using the rom all day while traveling.. worked like a champ
I used apn manager and restored apns and then applied apn2LTE and have data. The issue I'm having is I'm unable to add my email in the mail client. It's an exchange account and it gets to the end and goes to process or finalize and then no mail ever comes in.

Do you have a link to apn manager apk? Can't get on the market with the rom.

I took custom kernel out for now (actually its in the zip, just removed from the aroma list), had some issues with it. I'll play with it more later to see if I can get it working better.
Cool, thanks for the reply. I'll keep an eye out for this rom as I'm really ready to move on to a good S6/Note 5 daily driver.
Had the "no mobile data" rebooted the device and that clear up. But there are no settings being displayed under the mobile networks option in settings. I am including a screen shot. Also unable to get GPS lock. Will take a look at GPS.Conf file to see what can be done. Will report back later. So far though very responsive (no lag).
No voicemail either?
