I found a way to root our SGS WITHOUT PC AND APP (For SuperSU use T3ROM V2)
*******************
HOW TO USE
*******************
1.Download the Flashable Zip below
2.Go to ClockWorkMod™ Recovery (doesn't know how to boot into Recovery ? Press VolUp+Home+Power)
3.Install zip
4.Reboot
5.See if Superuser app is there
If there Congrats ! Your phone is rooted (please be sure if you install any binary you need to do it again)
T3ROM
1.Go to Recovery(Make sure your CWM version is 6.x)
2.Wipe Data,Cache,Dalvik Cache
3.Install the zip
4.Reboot
*First boot may takes 5-15 minutes,if get bootloop,please contact T3snake to fix

and these steps have already been specified in 2 or 3 root guides here for sgs
last thing flashing from 5.x doesnt give bootloop and also u should give link for cwm 6.x since u made the thread

This is an update package to install on top of stock odexed XWLPX rom. It install deodexed app and framework folders along with latest 4.1.4 siyah kernel which gives you root, SuperSU and busybox avoiding MMC_CAP_ERASE bug.
As always install at your own risk.
NOTE: Developers can use this deodexed app and framework in their roms. Just give me credits.
Installation instructions:
Download the i9100_XWLPX_Deodexed.zip and copy it to your sdcard.
Download the attached file and copy it to your external sdcard.
Install latest I9100XWLPX rom (you can check it in this thread) through odin.
Go to stock recovery (HOME + POWER + Volume UP).
Select install update from external sdcard and select the zip you copied in step 2 above. It gives you temporary 6.0.1.2 recovery. (Check this thread)
Install i9100_XWLPX_Deodexed.zip.
Reboot.
DONE.

I have a solution.
1. Download http://downloadandroidrom.com/file/tools/SuperSU/CWM-SuperSU-v0.99.zip and put on sd card
2. Reboot into recovery
3. flash this zip
4. In recovery go to advanced, and Fix permissions
5. Reboot and enjoy your rom with working superuser
6. Run Google play and let the supersu app to update
i need to root my phone cuz i cant use it almost not at all .. like Storage using is very impossible with the system applications , the phone came with .. so Please someone help me ??

I have I8160p that i need to root because it seems the only way to unlock it.
How to root this phone ????
1.Dowoad the file from the link below.
2. Then download Clockwork Mod Custom Recovery.
3. Then boot into recovery mode, and choose "install from SD Card".
4. Choose Clockwork mod recovery.zip, and it will boot you into a different recovery.
5. From that recovery mode you should be able to flash .zip files without signature verification.
6. Choose install zip from SD Card and choose SU Installer.zip.
Note:To unroot just flash SU Uninstaller.zip the same way you did to flash Installer.zip.

It seems that it doesn't work on my Mobile. I also have Android 4.1 (via Kies) ans followed your HowTo. Unfortunatley I didn't found any Clockwork Mod For the Android 4 Version.. May you specify your Tutorial?

i updated my phone to jelly bean .

First some infos about rooting. For rooting you only need a superuser app and its binary. In most of the time it is SuperSU. Here is a introfuction for I8160 witch works perfect. It should also work on I8160P because for rooting you only need the superuser.
Download the file here: rooting File
How to :
1. Download the zip and place it on your SD Card.
PS : SD Card is a must.
2. Reboot to the stock recovery.
3. Select install update from external storage.
4. Select the root.zip file.
5. Voila
Enjoy your rooted JB.

cant download zips
for some reason my phone the galaxy ace 2 has stopped downloading zips frim the internet or anywhere for that fact does anybody know what could be causeing this

support in s5310n 4.4.2 ????
To extract, just rename the file by removing the "md5", it will stay in "zip", and only then can extract the file "img" that will be inside the zipped file.
he TWRP recovery touch feature does not work and phone won't start every restart it goes into recovery. will have to do something with odin or something. TWRP bricked the phone.
