How to download apps from Google Play Store if they are blocked in our country.
a) With using VPN:
As you know, Google Play Store is not showing all of the apps in many countries. Like in Georgia, etc. There are few apps that you can download, but there aren't any apps like Viber, etc. There are separate ways to avoid this problem. One of them is VPN. That means, that you can acces Google Play Store with another country's IP address, where are every apps unlocked. There are many, safe and free VPN application, which you can download. I will show you some of the very popular VPN applications with instructions, which helps you to use app and make applications unlocked in Play Store.
Hotspot Shield is the most popular VPN client for Android. - Here is instructions:
1. Download Hotspot Shield VPN and install it to your smartphone (Just install, don't open yet)…
2. Then go to the installed apps (Settings -> Application manager) and go to tab ALL. There we must find Google Play Store and tap on Clear data and Clear cache.
3. Now open our installed app (Hotspot shield VPN). There will be a little pop-up. We're gonna check I trust this application here and Accept. After that app will start connecting and in few seconds it will connect to USA server…
Hola - Here is instructions:
1. Download Hola and install it to your smartphone.
2. Then go to the installed apps (Settings -> Application manager) and go to tab ALL. There we must find Google Play Store and tap on Clear data and Clear cache.
3. Open Hola, check I trust this application and OK.
4. Open Google Play Store. There will be a little window on the right side with title " browsing from". Select USA here, then accept Google Play terms of service and that's all.
Psiphon (very easy) - Here is instructions:
1. Download Psiphon and install it to your smartphone.
2. Then go to the installed apps (Settings -> Application manager) and go to tab ALL. There we must find Google Play Store and tap on Clear data and Clear cache.
3. Open Psiphon and select Start until the little key appears on the status bar.
4. Open Play Store. While using Psiphon, your internet connection may be slow, but you can easily disable it by swiping down the status bar and select Disable.
b) Other methods:
Open Play Store FOREVER (Using Google Wallet) - Here is instructions:
1. You must be registered on Google Wallet (it's necessary to register using USA address) with working credit card (payment method-add, If it's not adding, call bank! After adding, the service will take 1$ from you and they'll return in 1-2 hours).
2. In PC browser, you must delete cookies and set-up USA Proxy (chrome-ს extension: proxmate or Hola). You must login to play.google.com using your mail and download a free app, but which is not available in your country (Proxy will download it freely).
3. After 2-3 days, Google will think that you are American and your Play Store will work without proxy + it will unlock on phone too.
Open Play Store FOREVER (Using Google Opinion Rewards) - Here is instructions:
1. Download Google Opinion Rewards.
2. Open app. ( This is an app by Google, which allows you to make money by taking surveys and buy any app on Play Store)
3. After registering, after some minutes, the survey will appear. Complete it and you will get 1$.
4. After getting your 1$, go to Play Store using your phone or PC and buy any app. After you tap on Buy, Opinion Rewards balance will appears (1$ for now)and you can buy without any problems, without credit card. (To buy an app, you may need a one-time-use VPN. Then just buy any app which costs 0.99$ or lower. You can Refund you money after your payment, money back, Play Store unlocked! )
5. After half an hour, you will automatically have an unlocked Play Store. This method is better than VPN, cause the internet speed doesn't get decreased!
Good luck,
Gio.

Can't download paid apps i receive Error 403 Android market.

Hi!
I purchased Tasker android app on the android market 7th march. When i try to download that app i receive "Error Takser could not be downloaded due to and error. (403)". My bank confirm Google charged, but i can't download it. If i visit android market using web browser i can see i already purchased it. If i clear cache data on "Play store" app its not work? Are there any solution?
Why don't you contact the developer with your order number and see if he can help
Email google about this issue.
I'm having this issue with all my Android Devices....this is apparently a problem with google. I've been in contact with them and they said their were issues with teh conversion to Google Play. I've been dealing with this for 2 weeks and have access to free apps, but I can't buy any. I've been forced to purchase apps from the Amazon Appstore. Google apparently doesn't want my money....I've been sending emails to google and the developers of the apps I purchased (Scrubs and Cut the Rope: Experiments) and have had literally NO correspondence from google or the the developers. This sucks, as I just got my Prime and Picked up a Used A100, now Google is screwing me....Just some bad news...considering that it's been 2 weeks since this issue cropped up for me and the fact that Google (and it appears the developers) are ignoring my emails, I'm going to assume two things, Google doesn't care, suggesting you start a new google account and re-buying your apps, or it's a known issue and they just don't want to deal with us right now....I just want a straight answer....It could be months before this is fixed....I recommend emailing google ASAP.
I have the same issue. Galaxy S2.
I downloaded an application ($20) from a forum to test it before purchasing, now after uninstalling it, it says i've already purchased it!
So i go to click INSTALL (no Buy button) in the Market (Google Play) and it says error 403 or something..
I thought I would be smart and download the AppBrain appstore. Well the STUPID thing is there is no reason to ever use this, as it just opens up the Market and wants me to install again without buying!
I tried to do the same thing with the Amazon app store, but they too divert you back to the Market app (market:// I assume)
Has anyone got any ideas on how I can "reset" or make the market think I haven't purchased this Application, and be able to purchase it legitimately and support the developer and receive frequent updates form the developer????
Thank you very very much!
Don't worry dude, every android users are facing the same issue all over the world. It is the Google's side that is having issues.
My google play have your issue intermediately few days ago.
I've had the same problem so I decided to use Wifi from home. I found that by using my home wifi that I was able to update. I know this doesn't help the problem if you are not connected to wifi but if you are at home - it might help

Just started getting this error again. Anyone else? Tried clearing store cache, dalvik-cache and google framework cache. Still gives a 403 error when attempting to download a paid app.
I just did a factory reset on my phone, and all my apps, free and paid installed no problem.. except Smart Keyboard Pro. It showed "purchased", I clicked it and told it to install (from the PC), and that was over an hour ago. I have restarted, and it still wont download, i get the 403 error each time..
I'm open for ideas...

Your suggestion works perfectly! Unfortunately, it is requiring me to repurchase an app I've already paid for and I don't want to repay. I know, I know $2.99 is not going to break the bank; but it's kinda the principle. No worries, if I don't find an alternative solution I will be forking over the cash.
So I have had this ongoing issue as well for over 9 months. Tech support was a joke, like some of you have figured out.
Somehow, with no intervention from me, the problem fixed itself both on the website and the device. Not sure what happened, but im happy it did. I was fairly close to cutting all ties to google services over this, guess I dont have to now.
Here appslova.com have compiled solutions to fix error 403:
Method 1: The most common fix for most Android market or Google Play related errors.
Go to system settings>> Accounts>>Google>>remove your Gmail account
Now from settings>>Apps>>All> Force stop, Clear data and cache for Google Play Store, Google Service Framework and Download Manager (like in method 1)
Now again go to settings>> Accounts>>Google>>Add your gmail account
Restart your android and then accept all the Google terms and setup Google settings
Rerun Google Play Store and update or install your app.
Method 2-Clearing Proxy:
Go to settings>>Wireless and Networks>>More>>Mobile Networks
APN (Access Point Name)>>MOWAP>>Edit
Select clear Proxy option
Try to re-run the installation in Google Play Store
Method 3-Router Proxy Settings:
Open your router configuration or settings panel (example- typing 192.168.1.1 on the browser brings up the router settings on my TP-Link router)
Now find your filter settings>>Uncheck Proxy
If that didn’t work also uncheck Cookies box from the filter settings
Now install your app from Google Play
Method 4- Alternative Google account
Create another Google account if you currently have only one account
Open Google Play Store>>Press Menu button>>Accounts>>select the alternative Gmail account
Now try installing the app
Method 5- Browser Fix: I found this solution on Phonebuff.com.
Go to play.google.com on your Computer’s web browser (preferably Google Chrome).
Sign into your Google account (by hitting the sign-in button at the top right).
Search for the app you wish to purchase and download.
Open the app’s page up by clicking the title link.
On the “install” or “purchase” button, right click and press “inspect element.”
Above the row that will be highlighted, you’ll see several lines of code. Locate the “data-ispurchased=”true” code (near the bottom of the paragraph).
Double click on the “true” in data-is purchased=”true” and change it to “false” then press enter on your keyboard.
Now click on “installed” or “purchased” to buy the app as you normally would
These methods might seem like a lot of work but hopefully one of these methods will solve the 403 error for your Android.

[Q] Unable to download from Google Play

Hello,
I am using HTC explorer (Android 2.3.5) for about a month now. For the past 2 days I am facing a strange problem. I am unable to download apps from Google Play via internet pass through. I am able to browse the internet but when I try to download any application, a grey bar appears saying "Waiting for network" and it never ends. I am able to download the same apps through Wifii. I tried all the possible solutions to make this work (hard reset, soft reset), but found no luck. I changed the default 2GB sd card with a 4GB sd card same days back. But even after that I was able to download via internet pass through. This is little strange. Can somebody help me in this respect.
Thanks in advance,
Nirmal Kumar Bhogadi
Try to clear cache and data of play store
I'm having the same issue. I've used internet pass through on my EVO 3D for quite a while, thinking about changing plans to less data. Pass through works fine for almost everything, but suddenly won't download Google Play updates. But if I clear data and cache, it then thinks there is no update. It is as though it updated, but doesn't recognize it as having completed. The one thing I haven't been able to update ever by PT is new maps for CoPilot Live. It absolutely insists on wi-fi.
Clear data from google services framework, fixes most problems with Google apps.
Sent from my HTC Sensation
No Luck
Thanks for your replies guys!!!
I cleared the data of google services framework, play store but still the problem exists. I am still unable to download from play store via internet pass through
SOLUTION
Hi there,
go to settings> applications>put a tick mark or select unknown sources . Ur problem wil be solved.
Thanks G_IVAR, for posting a reply. But the option is already checked. The only way is working is to settings--> applications--> Manage applications--> Google Play Store and click on Uninstall updates. The Play Store disappears on the phone and the Old market appears. Now when i try to download any application (with internet pass through), the download starts (making me happy) and disappears within 5-10 seconds. When I check my phone this time, again Google Play appears instead of Market. I think the Google guys have made something so that the market apps doesn't download with internet pass through (with a USB cable).

It worked for me too but I have to uninstall the updates on Google Play Store everytime
This probably won't help, but I'm curious. What happens if you go to Google Play via a PC and try to do a remote install that way?

we should contact google support.i mailed them this was there reply but it didn't work
Thanks for contacting us about this issue- it sounds like you're having general connectivity issues. It's frustrating for us when users have problems with connectivity, because there is only so much we can do before you need to contact your service provider. However, I'd like you to try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve this quickly:
- Reboot your device
- Confirm that the app Google Authenticator is up to date - visit Google Play, then tap My Apps to see if you have an update available
- Sign in and out of Google Talk to restore connection to our servers:
1. Go to your device’s app launcher, and press the Talk app
2. If you’re already signed into Talk, press Menu, and then touch Sign out
3. Launch Talk again to sign in (if you are unable to sign in, please let me know)
- Clear the cache of the Google Play Store app (Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All > Play Store > Clear cache)
- If you're using WiFi, ensure firewalls are not blocking access to ports required for Google Play (TCP and UDP 5228)
- Confirm that there is strong connectivity on your device, and contact your mobile service provider if you aren't connected
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please let me know, and I will continue to investigate the problem - any other detail you can provide about the issue and how/when it occurs will be extremely helpful. Have an excellent day.
Hi there,
I'm using a Sensation, and also having this problem. It's really most annoying.Any idea how widespread this problem is, or if it is something that Google has disabled deliberately?

If it's a free app, see if already posted, if not request it in this thread. Good luck
hi
you can try this apk (i personally trust this website but download at your own risk):
the direct apk(first allow install from unknown sources in security settings and then install the apk using a file manager like es explorer):
http://www.androiddrawer.com/downlo...=no_antivirus&id=0B8muzPZAeiQ6TWxwdTB2NjFlS1U
the website where i took the link :
http://www.androiddrawer.com/8931/download-google-voice-0-4-2-72-app-apk/
if you prefer here is a way to get country restricted content on play store (i didn't test it) :
http://advicesacademy.com/guide/how-to-install-country-restricted-apps-from-google-play-store/
you can also get apks from 3rd party play stores just like 1mobile market (there are many just google):
http://market.1mobile.com/?cid=9
i hope i helped you
and i also advice you to keep important app apks in your sd card to install them again when you need them for that you can use backup apps like app backup and restore (from play store ) .

What is the current way to change play store location?

Hi All,
I really would like to change my play store location to UK (as I'm from UK, just don't currently live there), there are a few apps I would like but are "currently unavailable in your location". I have tried every method I have found through googling to change the play store location; I have changed address and credit card in google wallet to a UK one, I have used a UK VPN, a UK sim card and cleared data and cache of play store and download manager, I have bought an app using uk card, even left it on the pay screen for over 30 minutes after paying for it but nothing seems to work, I am still stuck on the crappy UAE play store
Can anybody shed any light on google's current way of changing the play store please?
Hello
You can try that :
1. install a VPN application and choose the UK country
2. Go in PlayStore
3. Select your account in the Menu\account > OK.
4. Playstore will restart and a popup will ask you to confirm something. At this time you will see a playstore without restrictions
5. Stop the VPN
6. Return in the playstore. It's ok now until you restart the phone
Hi cyrillem, thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately if I click on my name in the menu bit on the left hand edge of the play store it just takes me to "recent shared activity on play"
Does anybody have any other ideas please?

[FIX] My solution for Meizu FlymeOS 6 Play Services Hanging Heating Slowing Devices

A week ago I experienced a problem while driving with Maps open, the battery got very hot and I needed to turn it off, losing myself in the city, few days later I needed my phone to do a work, and i lost half hour ending up using a tablet. I though there was something broken, but after I factory reset it, and read something about gapps online i pointed out what the issue was:
The big G made us like a Xmas Gift with 12.8.74 version, not on Xmas, not so cool.
But let's give this narration an end and start describing how i solved this.
1) At first I made a factory reset, it will wipe off all Gapps, cause them are installed at /data partition, not /system. After doing this the smartphone works like charm, but obviously, nowadays u can't do anything without gapps, I couldn't do anything.
2) Install Gapps with a tool that i found on internet, u can use also the one found in meizu app store, u have to reinstall all gapps, but don't run them.
I uploaded the apk i used in my mediafire account, but it's my first post and I can't post links, if u want I can send a pvt, for installing Gapps:
Google_Installer_2.0.apk (google it)
3) Unistall Google Play Store, you don't need it now.
Now some apps that will require Gapps will work, even if they say that Google Play Services is not updated.
4) On settings, App, Installed, check the number and version of Google Play Sevices, and Google Services Framework, check what the dpi of that version and number is, and keep it, you will need it later.
5) You need to certificate your device, install Device Id (i give you the link)
Device ID 1.3.0 (apkmirror)
and copy GSF number, then go to (www .goo gle.com)/android/uncertified/
click register, u should already have it enabled, but if not is better to solve
6) Now you need to download Google Play Services 12.8.62 Armv7a for the same dpi as you noted it before, Google Play 10.7.19 (this has universal dpi and arch), Google Service Framework 5.1 (same as before).
For my phone (meizu m3s) I used
com.google.android.gsf_5.1-1743759-22_minAPI22(nodpi) (apkmirror)
com.google.android.gms_12.8.62_(020308-199405334)-12862009_minAPI21(armeabi-v7a)(480dpi) (apkmirror)
com.android.vending_10.7.19-all_0_PR_202990317-81071900_minAPI16(armeabi,armeabi-v7a,mips,mips64,x86,x86_64)(240,320,480dpi) (apkmirror)
if you want Youtube as well
com.google.android.youtube_13.24.59-1324593340_minAPI21(armeabi-v7a)(480dpi) (apkmirror.com)
7) Now you need to block Play Store from update Google Play Services, I made this way:
Settings, Apps, Installed, Google Play Store, Permission management, Click on Run in background, Disallow running in background.
Then i opened Security app , Data Network Access, Background, Google Play Store, Disallow background data connection. That should do the job.
Now set your Google Account as normal and everything should work without issues.
