[Q] [REQ] Playing games in Ultra Power Saving Mode[Grayscale] - Galaxy Tab S Themes and Apps

Hey guys can you link me a real working app so i can play games like hearthstone in ultra power saving mode, so i dont want colors, just grayscale!
I know there is one for galaxy s5 but i need for this tab

Try this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.xperiacle.upsm.manager it lets you add more apps to ultra power saving mode. It costs some money but I think you can refund it if it dont work. Or.. The free way is going into settings then turn on power saver. Then click on the power saver and turn on gray scale.

[Q] Battery save mode doesn't work properly

Hello, my name is Dan, i am new in this forum and i hope i will not broke any rule.
i am a new owner of galaxy s3 I9300, and i noticed a strange bug with my phone\android system.
my power saving mode have 4 options: "cpu limit", "fps limit for the screen", "color limit for mail and internet", "disable vibration".
i wont to use only 2 of them the "cpu limit" and "color limit for mail and internet", because the fps limit is pretty noticeable and i love to see my screen moving smooth.
soo let's get to the problem: when i turn on the power saving mode, everything is ok, the cpu limit working, i can see it in cpu+temp v2, and the screen option working too, and ever tying move smooth because i disabled the fps limit in power saving mode.
but when i press the the close button on the right side of the phone and re enter to the home screen, the screen move like the fps limit option is on (but it's not) i need to turn off and turn on again the battery save mode to disable again the fps limit option.
important to say that if you go to battery save mode options the fps limit is always turned off.
it's really annoying me, because every time you come back to home screen from black screen(turning off the screen with the button on the right side) you need to turn off and turn on the power save mode.
if some one can help me it will be grate.
information about my phone:
stock international version
no root
*#1234# - ap:i9300xxblh3
cp:i9300xxlh1
csc:i9300xefblh2
didn't install any power saving programs, or something that will effect the system, only games and casual apps
bump
bump, day past since i posted the thread.

i didn't try.
Did you turn on power save mode(with fps reduce turned off, it's the second option), then pressed the power button, and the home screen was not slow? the fps looks normal when i swipe between icons?
if you try too see the animation difference between the two state, then turn off the fps limit in power saving mode, and make the test again, and say if you had the problem.
you suggest me to flash new rom or go to the shop i bought the phone and make them fix it ?
p.s. if i record a video of the problem it will help understand me batter?

[Q] automatically enable power saving mode when locked

Hey guys,
is there any way to set up power saving mode to turn on automatically when screen is locked and turn off when unlocked?
Unless a rogue app it's m keeping your phone clocked up ,I don't really see the point, it should go to sleep anyway, all power saving does is drop max to 1.2GHz, din screen and stop vibration, non of which is going to effect your phone when it has screen off/is sleeping
there's no native way, however i found an app this morning you may find useful to your request, its called deepsleep manager. its a whole suite of battery saving options that active every time the screen turns off. didn't play around with it much so can't say really what all it offers. just throwing it out there
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
also cpu sleeper might be useful

[Q] samsung galaxy young S6310N power saving mode

hello
my brand new samsung galaxy young s6310n arrived this morning and i am very pleased with it's performance but at my surprise i noticed the missing of the power saving mode always found in the samsung phones .
is my unit faulty or this model does not include this mode?
btw , the screen is horrible ,i bought it after my N7000 gave his soul , the colours are washed out completely
http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_young_s6310-review-929p4.php - According to this it has a toggle for it even.
the video in the website you provided did not show any power saving icon in the notification area , maybe it s built in or something like that.
in my phone , no such icon exists or submenu for that matter

Interesting. I didn't watch the video but this is from their review:
"The notification area is quite feature-rich and offers quick toggles for Wi-Fi, GPS, Silent mode, Screen rotation, Bluetooth. You can swipe to the side to get even more: Mobile data, Blocking mode, Power saving and Sync."

Sorry, the review looked legit. I just searched through the Manual for the phone as well with Google Translate and couldn't find anything about it either.
Guess you'd need to use a 3rd party app then. Something along these lines: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dianxinos.dxbs

Notif bar gray when in power saving

I just updated my OS to 6.0.1, using s6 edge and i noticce that DL speed in appstore is really slow, and my notif bar is always gray when in power saving mode, this was not a problem before on lollipop
It really looks annoying but i want to keep the power saving mode, hulp!
I dunno about slow playstore downloads. But the grey in power saving is intended and is much better than the orange it was before in the beta.
Hi I just registered here to say this, but I'm having the same problem.
The grey bar is extreme eye cancer. I knew updating was a bad Idea.
Why do developers think stealing 5-10% (feels like 50) of the screen is a good idea for reminding me of something I know anyway?
My s6 is always in energy saving mode and this is a real problem.

[GUIDE] ROG 3 Pass-through Power

Speaking of charging, there are a few other bits worth pointing out. Like the fact that the ROG Phone 3 supports passthrough power. This is great for prolonged gaming sessions since you are not constantly charging your battery up to 100% and pinning it there to its detriment. You are also not generating any excess heat in the power conversion process. The wall adapter is just delivering the amount of power the ROG Phone 3 currently needs for its internals, with the battery at rest and still ready to spring into action as a UPS, of sorts, if something happens to mains power. It's a distinctly PC approach to power management, which makes a lot of sense, especially on a gaming phone.
To do this go to Settings -> Advanced -> Mobile Manger -> Power Master -> Battery Care -> at the Bottom select want you want me i just selected the 90% which is my battery now is 91% so it works it didn't charge the battery, PowerCharger Pass-through directly to the phone. I downloaded "Ampere" apps to confirm see below Screenshot.

A recent update did add this feature. Once you got a game running for which Game Genie is enabled (reminder: YOU decide which apps to enable Game Genie for, and they need not be games), swipe from left edge to bring out its menu, scroll down the icons, and turn on Bypass charging. Outside of enabled games we're probably stuck with charge limits.
EDIT: Oops... 4 months late, but folks, the option is now there. If not, update.
