I saw you got the white Nexus6. I ordered it too in Amazon but its out of stock and they cant say when the next devices arrive. So i canceled the order and ordered a 64gb blue one. Should be here tomorrow or tuesday. Cant wait :good:

Great! It's a great device. As all Nexus releases there are always people bashing it saying it should of had this or that. Bottom line, this device is amazing. Nuff said!

About Us:
Dirty Unicorns is a project that started out with no name. It was a project that was first created based off AOKP back in the early days of Jelly Bean because of curiosity. In the early days it was just a one man show on one device (EVO 3D). Since then many others have joined the project and it has grown a whole lot. We have seen a lot of talent contribute to this project of ours and many of our contributors have gone to help other projects and that is ultimately why we do what we do.
Once Jelly Bean was over, we decided in Kitkat to move to a new base which was OmniROM. While AOKP was fun, OmniROM proved to be even more exciting because it challenged us to see what we could with something different.
With Lollipop, we have moved to an AOSP base with a lot of patches from CAF to make our older devices function as they should. That said it has been an awesome learning experience and is still not over! We are still learning every day and continue to move forward.
Few more things we will say is that we don't accept nor ask for donations. We don't believe in that. Everything that is necessary to keep this project going is out of our own pocket. Gerrit, Jenkins, Websites, Devices, etc.....
We will never ask for a dime. All we do ask is that you search, read and try to enjoy the process with us!!

wiping internal is recommended as files are stored there by apps which could cause issues if restored
its ok to restore user apps/games with titanium but not system apps
twrp is recommended as other recoveries are not tested

i expected it would , i have used philz myself in the past but do prefer twrp and as a team du does recommend using twrp...

I love the ROM, I know they are heavily under development, I cannot wait for future releases.
ROM is working very smooth so far but encounter one problem: I can't set an alarm. I tried to use the default clock and Alarm Clock Plus but they both freeze when I change settings for an alarm...Thanks and keep up the good work!

Yeah, I uninstalled Alarm Clock Plus and after a reboot the default Clock-app seems to work fine. Tested setting an alarm and works like a charm now :silly:.

OrionLP is a project based on slim. The name Orion was chosen as a representation of the beauty and vastness of world around us (Too much Philosophy, eh? ). Thanks for the great ROM. I wondered if you could help with a theme I am using with this ROM. It's an rro theme in the play store named midnight. I asked the dev if he could add theming for your universe and layers options in settings, he said he would need to see your code for these extra options to theme them also. Is there a particular place I can direct him too?
I also wondered if you were open to any feature requests. Thanks!

I emailed him the links, hopefully he can update the theme soon. That's one thing that's a bit annoying about RRO any small changes like this two settings in this rom mean they don't get themed by default.
On another note is there a way I can offer some suggestions on features? I know the live display in the rom is implemented by cyanogenmod and it's great but it really does miss the colour filter and auto sunrise/sunset features of the play store app twilight.
Also something that paranoid android had in kitkat but no longer in lollipop was a toggle for using pie controls only when in immersive/expanded desktop mode. eg when you use an app with the status bar and navigation bar hidden only pie controls are used to navigate rather than the sliding up navigation bar.
There is of course the choice now to disable the navigation bar completely, but the implementation back on pa on kitkat where you could use pie only when in full screen was the best.
I wonder how I can make that's suggestions to the right people/projects.

OrionOS is a project based on slim. The name Orion was chosen as a representation of the beauty and vastness of the world around us (Too much Philosophy, eh? ). We started this project for Falcon (Moto G), to make a stable Rom, which would include Bitsyko layers and important customization. The Rom is built with Uber toolchain which delivers awesome smoothness and includes a custom kernel built from ground-up to ensure good performance [WIP]. As far as I see it is not implemented yet - and hardware keys configuration is kind of a mess so far.
Universe -> Navigation -> Hardware buttons are not working, Univers e-> Buttons are working but there is only a few customisation available.
Anyway, @Shelbin - thanks for this ROM!

Change ro.sf.lcd_density value in /system/build.prop file.
Lower value = Higher resolution

Yes, 2 things doing almost the same!! Will change in the next build!! I was already too late to release it!!
Any AOSP rom available which allows screen colour calibration... Like CM does using live display..

nope it isnt, just takes long at first boot, be patient

Update
Hey, i upload another build with some modifications (23.08)
New build comes with modified thermal.conf for faster charging
tuned display a bit to get away from the washed out colors
did some performance things, slow wake should be fixed and overall performance increased.
Nice to see you release one more rom for the OnePlus 2.
DragonTC... Is the kernel also optimized? Is it better than uber?

Slow wake is fixed :good:. Thanks a lot for OrionOS, I loved it on my Moto G 2014.

Dirty flash should be straight?
I prefer cyanogen theme mod but this rom it seems to be very interesting, i go test!

Hi just flashed this ROM...it's stable ..dear developer could you please share your orange them and which font are you using ..thank you
Rom is working quite smooth, haven't checked the battery yet.
Though i would like the feature of expanded qs tiles on location like it is PA when you click on location tile it expands and shows other location options in the notification itself while in this rom it takes you to the settings app.
And the add tile option also has very less tiles compared to other roms it doesn't matter though i don't use them much so just an observation lol.
Btw this rom uses substraum maybe you could change the link of gapps to du theme ready gapps because some substratum themes require theme ready google apps.
rom is very fast and stable,
I know its not a bug but new nexus launcher is crashing
hope you can look into it, if you feel its worth fixing

And does anyone else have heating issue when using 3d games?
I was playing nonstop knight and heated up crazy and when i checked in KA it showed my cpu temp was 87°
Did you remove hcube from the rom?
I can't see the hcube option in KA on stock kernel.
So flashed blueberry 1.4 even that does not show hcube hotplug in KA.
Does this ROM have Privacy Guard from CyanogenMod?
