I live in Canada and I bought a UAG case from USA, California, and I think the package is stuck at Canadian customs for some reason. It's been almost 2 weeks and I did not receive my case yet nor did I get an update on my tracking status. Something is going on, did this happen to any other Canadian that ordered a UAG case?
Did you buy it directly from UAG?
I live in the US but when I ordered my last UAG case for m Galaxy S4, it literally took 3 weeks to get to my house. It was like they pretended to ship it the day after my order was placed then waited until 2 weeks later to actually send it out.
They may be slow at shipping, but their customer service is great if the case breaks. They replaced mine for free because there was a slight crack in it and didnt even ask to have the broken one sent back.
Mine shipped to me in a week.. Very good. And excellent customer service...
They are working on a revision to the case due to flash glare from camera flash...this could be reason for the delay.. Contact them by email.. They are fast to respond

Oh man...once they come out with one that doesnt destroy the flash functionality, I may have to get one. I am actually starting to like my unicorn beetle pro though
i live in alberta and it took about 2 weeks to get to me, i ordered directly from the UAG website. I also complained about the flash ghosting, got my $39.99 back and got to keep the case. Enough cant be said for customer service like that. If and when they release a revised version I will be buying it just on the principal that they gave me this one for free.

Hello, just wanted to pass on the warning after waiting nearly a month for it to come from hong kong I got my case from http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350271123135&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT despite the auction saying all over it Tilt2 its for a Touch Pro 2 and the front cover will not fit and latch over the bezel on the AT&T Tilt 2. So be careful whom you buy from!
I have bought 2 of those cases from different sellers and both front cover do not fit correctly.
I dont see any negative feedback left for the seller....

I dont instantly leave negative feedback, I am waiting to see how he handles it, if he ships a model that fits or refunds my money he will get a neutral, if not then yes I will give a negative. So far there hasnt been a response that I have seen. They may not even be aware of the stupid decisions being made making the same model phone with different front bezels increasing the difficulty for the end user getting usable accessories.
They have finally contacted me back promising a refund. As soon as I get it I will leave them feedback.

I had to email mine a couple times. HTC is the one to blame here for kowtowing to AT&T and making a physically different form factor.
Actually, I would blame verizon, they are the ones who contacted HTC to physically modify and create their own TP2
I got my slide for my birthday and my family got a case for my phone. The case broke within a week of using it and i took it back to the tmo store.. They no longer had that case and only had one (very girlish) case i did not want. I was told that cases were comming soon but i cant get a full refund as my family bought the case with a card, and i have to wait.. So anyone know when cases are supposed to come out?
There are cases out, you just need to browse through a bunch of tmobile stores around your area. You can also check ebay. Check the general forum, the cases reviews have been moved there for some reason..
Ebay is a beautiful thing. Got Gadget Gaurd and a belt case (not that it's needed with the Gaurd), and T-Mo $4.79 insurance. Bring on the damage!
This is my same sentiment since you would think the advertised accessories would be sold on the device launch date.
The worst thing happened today. I dropped my phone! I'm so distraught. I have a couple of nicks here & there. So yes, I am in desperate need for a case/skin now. It sucks because I'm one to have the phone naked, as drops really don't occur w/ me.
I'm out of buyers remorse so an exchange is out the question. I'm trying to think of some excuse to have to send back through insurance or the manufacturer, but wouldn't I be responsible for a deductible? This phone isn't even paid for yet (tmo eip) lol.

Is this the most protective case for Note 3? I just dropped the big guy and he got a few scratches. Wanna make sure that doesnt happen again.:laugh:
I had an UAG for my S3 a while back and didn't use it for long because I felt like the volume and power buttons lost their feedback while it was on. Cool case, hopefully they ironed out the button issues because I know I wasn't the only one.
Anyways, I decided to pre order and got an estimate 12-15 days as of yesterday with no details on how long it would actually take to arrive when it's actually enroute

I never had volume issues with UAG. I had it for my S3, iPhone 5, Note 2 and S4. I prefer UAG over Otterbox in most cases. Adds great protection while still being somewhat on the slim side

I ordered one this weekend. We can hope they ship within the 7-10 days they are currently stating. I'm kind of scared of dropping this phone without a case.
I pre ordered mine last week and it was 2-3 weeks , but that was on 10/03/13, so the 7-10 days is on target.

With the combination of that soft tpu/rubber/silicon on the inside and a hardshell on the outside, I think this should be a pretty good case. It looks more slim than most cases in its class while still offering a decent amount of protection.
Ordered my in the orange last week. I really like the color.

I liked my uag on my s3. Considering it on my note3 as well.

Got an email saying they are in stock and shipping now for all 4 colors of the UAG Scout for the Note 3.
Anyone order one yet or better yet, have you received shipping notice?
I'm going to wait till the case hits sub 30.00 on Amazon before ordering. They always do and fairly quickly.

Have used uag in the past and liked the case. Currently using the s-view but still not 100% sure i am going to keep it. I look forward to some pics and impressions of the uag case when you guys receive them.

Also waiting for the UAG note 3 case. Well i ordered a black and a white since my. Have the same cases for my s3 and s4. So come on UAG work faster hehe. States 7-10 days until release from now.
Im still waiting for this case too. I have used this case on my S3 and from that time on, I stopped switching cases and stayed with this one. I want to have this case before buying the GN3 as it will also give ample time to stable a bit the GN3 prices here in my country.
I have the black, white and orange on the way for review. So I will post some pics and give my opinions on them, but UAG covers are generally always fantastic.

I really want this case. Seems for some reason it is very rare and hard to find.
I ordered one a month ago from MyTrendyPhone.com and it has still not arrived. They sent me affidavit to sign that I just sent back. I have a feeling all I am going to get is a refund.
Anyone know where I can get this case in black?

First I got an email saying they would be shipping me a new one.
Then overnight I got an email saying they are sold out and offering me 20% off my next order under $40. Offered me a refund as well.
Why is this case in such sort supply? I don't have one yet, but it looks to be the best case out there. It replaces the back cover which adds less bulk, and has wireless charging built in.
I have not been able to get my hands on one either.
Finally got my refund from MyTrendyPhone.com, and have now placed an order with Expansys.com. They have it available. Also got the Quick Circle Wireless Charging case ,to see which one I like better.

Looks like they only have it in white?
Bought mine from Amazon.de Germany. Use chrome browser and it will translate. Choose other sellers and pick Amazon. Got it in about a week and a half for just under $40 including shipping.
MyTrendyPhone is a garbage company. Ordered from them too but never again. The Slim Guard case is absolutely the best case for the G3. I bought mine from Expansys and received it within a week. It is every bit worth the $45 or so that I paid and yes; it is very hard to find. Your best bet is maybe a secondhand off of eBay.

I just bought two (one for me and the other for my wife) from amazon.de but unfortunately the seller didn't ship to the USA so I had it sent to my cousins apartment in Germany and she forwarded me the package which I received today.

I have pictures of it before I shipped it and have emailed them to Samsung. They put the $250 charge on hold until they review them. I attached the pics I have from when I shipped it and the one they sent of the damage.
Has this happened to anyone?

I myself haven't, I've sent back several trade-in devices (to T-Mobile) over the years and never had an issue. I always shipped it back in the original packaging & packed that box w/protective wrapping in yet another box.
In the future, I'd take a pic (or video) showing the about phone/IMEI page as definitive proof, along w/several pics of the reboxing in its various stages of re-boxing.
I've heard of several instances where Samsung has interpreted the condition of the phone received to be of lesser quality than the owner's interpretation.
I don't know what recourse you have, YMMV depending on your town/state/province/country of residence.
Ya I have pics (the ones above) so they are reviewing it.
I know I'm kinda late to the party, but I hope this was resolved! IMHO it just looks like the Samsung tech cut the screen protector when opening the box. You can see the bubbles on the "crack" and it doesnt reach the far left end of the phone. Again, hope you got your trade in credit in the end!
