Hi guys i've tried to get google maps to work using bluestacks but the app just crashes everytime and says "unfortunately maps has stopped working" . Iv'e tried the normal verison of bluestacks and it wouldnt work on that and now i am using the rooted version and it still won't work? Can anyone please help me out i've tried everthing, google play store works fine it is just the maps. Thankyou

Okay so this all started when I switched from androwook 1.35 to the most recent Virtuous Prime rom and my google play store will not load. I have searched and searched the threads and google searched to no avail. I did completely wipe everything from cache to the entire SD card. I cleared google play store cache and cleared info and force stopped and rebooted. I have tried uninstalling using titanium backup and installing a google play store from titanium but even that failed. It either just flashes and closes or the error screen pops up "unfortunately, the google play store has stopped". I have flashed both androwook and virtuous a number of times and neither has a working play store now. I find it weird though that the play store works just fine on AOSP roms like AOKP and CM9 which I have to run now to get the play store to even work. I do like the aosp roms but I still want to be able to use the stock based roms too and I cant come up with any reason for this. Any help XDA community?

I just upgraded to ICS. Havnt rooted my device. Using Sense 3.6.
Me too facing same prob..."Unfortunately, Google Play Store has stopped"...
Tried everything.....Clear Cache....Clear Data... Uninstall Updates...Force Close.....but no use...
If any of you got any solution for this then please reply...

i just cant get any app that needs this to work at all, even if i got the play services apk and the latest google play apk, not in any version of bluestacks does it work, does anyone have any idea how to resolve this? its freaking mind boggling
Not even the youtube app that COMES WITH bluestacks can work because it requires those, how can this even be?
Its strange that looking through the forum that i cant find anyone else really complaining about it more.... something like this should be made a priority for the bluestacks team because more and more applications rely on it than on android versions....

I installed Bluestacks player and after searching for an app I would get the error "Market Not Found. Search Web for Installation Recipe?" I clicked OK and then it downloaded some random "mpi.v23_xxxxxxxxxx.apk"
Prior to that i'd spent hours trying to work out how to download the apps and get them to sign into Google + because it would complain about Google Services not being supported on my device or it wouldn't install. I use Bluestacks for Clash of Clans only so I can't vouch for other apps but I can FINALLY login to my Google + account!

Haha yeah, i know After they released the ICS version of BlueStacks in 0.8.xxxx things are much better in it, i asked this before they released it
Ugh.
I've been constantly getting the Error 923 when updating or downloading apps via the Play Store.
To fix this problem, I Cleared the data from Google Play Store and Play Services.
The Play Store would work fine, but only for one app.
After I installed an app or updated one, the Error message would pop up again.
This is getting really annoying and I'd like some help please
I'm on a rooted Moto G XT1032 on the stock 4.4.2 rom.
Today when I opened Google Assistant, it kept on saying unable to connect to Google. Net was working fine on Chrome, YouTube.
Have you tried using Google Assistant on IQOO7 Legend?
