Today when I opened Google Assistant, it kept on saying unable to connect to Google. Net was working fine on Chrome, YouTube.
Have you tried using Google Assistant on IQOO7 Legend?

Hey guys ... Im running Eclipse's GE Rom and things have been working great until today. I use the Verizon Range extender at my house so at home on wifi, but when I left my house today I tried to do some online banking on my phone and the app kept saying no data. I looked at the phone and it was showing full bars with 4G. I then tried Facebook and everything loaded fine, then tried a Google search in Chrome and it pulled up results fine, so I went back to the app and tried again with no luck. I thought maybe it was a bug with the app so I deinstalled and opened up the Play store to reinstall and thats when the Play store said no data as well. I think check Gmail, and again no data, tried another google search and it worked fine, check facebook again and it was working fine. So I figured I would just login to my banking via their website, searched for the bank site on google which the search pulled up fine tapped the link/url and the web page wouldnt load.
So long story short data works on some stuff but not all:
Worked on Facebook
Worked on Chrome For Searches but will not load web pages
Will Not Work On Play Store
Will Not Work On Gmail
I tried turning data on and off and had no luck
I tried rebooting 2x and no luck
Any thoughts???

now it seems to be working fine again .... maybe its an area issue as I drove to work and now it works fine.
Hi guys i've tried to get google maps to work using bluestacks but the app just crashes everytime and says "unfortunately maps has stopped working" . Iv'e tried the normal verison of bluestacks and it wouldnt work on that and now i am using the rooted version and it still won't work? Can anyone please help me out i've tried everthing, google play store works fine it is just the maps. Thankyou
Hi guys, i just got my mi box a few days a go and i'm struggling to make it work properly.
I seem to be unable to install apps from google play store, it starts downloading and then fails on endless errors, 400/403/920 and so on...
My network is just fine, i have other tv box connected, apple tv, computers, phones, everything works well on all other devices.
The play store tends to through me error that the network is disconnected though its not.
I somehow managed to side load netflix and latest youtube version - they stream 4K without any problem - so i know for sure the network is fine.
Also, i tried updating to latest firmware (beta, from here: https://beebom.com/how-update-mi-box-android-nougat/) - no help either, still the same issues.
I've also tried every procedure out there, clear cache/data of the play services and play store, uninstall account, create a new google account, nothing seems to work.
It seems that play store is not the only issues, i side loaded gmail - same issues there, same for google drive.
I'm lost, not sure what else i can do to get it work.
Help will be appreciated, i can maybe try to install a new rom but no idea where to get one from.

Has anyone come across this problem and/or have a possible solution? When trying to access websites that come up in the Google app search, the app closes and goes back to my home screen. This problem only happens when trying to open pages and not just searching for key words. I've uninstalled updates and cleared data for chrome and Google app but still no joy.

I bought mipad 4 last December. It works properly till February that google play doesn´t work properly. When i try to doenload an app , i got the error"download pending" or similar.
i tried to clean cache, data,.... but no way. I installed apps throug BlackMarket. At last i reinstalled the rom, an new one, xiaomi.eu but the result is the same. I tried with other account but nothing. my google accounts work properly in other smartpahone.
What can be the problem? Is there a method to look at the logs or the log registry of the tablet? what can be the solution? I prefer play store to black market.

It seems to be a problem witrh kind of network. If the network that I use is WIFI ober FTTH it works, but if i share my mobile data connection from my mobile it doesn´t work. i sue the same google account in my tablet and in my smartphone. the speed is more or less the same and it ´s enabled to download app using any kind of network.
is there a restriction in mipad for using this kind of connection in mi App Store?
