Well I have Never Tested This On ANy Another Device Except For LG L90 D410
If you want to try this on your Lg L90 D405n i recommend to get a kdz file for your model as a backup
To download KZD for you Device GOTO lg-firmware-rom.com
Enter IMEI no of your device.
TO GET THE IMEI OF YOUR PHONE go to About Phone in settings and get your imei no or else remove the battery and see there it will be written.

Solution for bootloop problem while using CWM
solution is: pull out the battery > plug in to USB or charger if you don't have pc > just let it blinks with LG logo > now put your battery in, you will see the battery icon charged > plug out the cable > then turn it on like usual.... wallaa... you got your phone back to home...

oi bro...
why after I pull my sdcard out, my phone just going to bootloop...
I still can go to cwm, but why that's only for few seconds then it just reboot it self???
I can't do restore the backup coz it will be rebooted while in the middle of process...
the worst thing, I can't use kdz flasher coz adb can not read my phone while in bootlooping (actually it's readable, but the bootloop is not stucked... it's round over n over again)
so adb just read for a while coz phone turned off n then restarted again...
did you know which buttons combo for bring it to emergency mode?
thanks

like I was mentioned above, I did try those three mode "emergency n cs_emergency mode" but still phone not found...
but nevermind, I've got new solution for it by my self....
if you guys having problem after installing cwm n do normal reboot, it will never bring you to the home screen... it's just bootloop...
solution is: pull out the battery > plug in to USB or charger if you don't have pc > just let it blinks with LG logo > now put your battery in, you will see the battery icon charged > plug out the cable > then turn it on like usual.... wallaa... you got your phone back to home...

What procedure you use to flash KDZ? Have you try emergency mode in updater? Have you CWM installed on device?
And yes, it is worst scenario when you try to flash rom for other device...

DONT TRY TO INSTALL OTHER PHONE FIRMWARE (V20A_00.kdz)! Flash only kdz for your model, like V10a_08.kdz, and download it from http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=21, in Mexico section.
No known similar firmware is available for your phone!

Have you try to install V10A_08.kdz? This is older version of WORKING firmware for your device, just try...
There's no v20 ROM for L7 II until right now while I'm writing this message (and it's just a name that indicates the version for that specific model - e.g. v10 is ICS and v20 is JB in P700, while v10 is JB in P710 - so don't try to compare them in any way).
You simply flashed the wrong firmware, you flashed the firmware of another LG model in your phone, probably a L7 I ROM via KDZ.
The bad news is until today I found no way to fix the phone, see my topic: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2743453
OK
On this link (maby) you can find another way to flash KDZ: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=51612244
Yes, you must change some things to work, but this is the last chance for your device.
And I remember that i was read one similar post before few months, for L7 II, but i can't find it anymore. In that post someone describe how to resolve his bricked phone problem, with link to post where he was find solution how to succesfully flash firmware... this post you cant find in LG L3 II - 5 - 7 II section.
So, just keep trying, and please, share with us what you do. If you dont understand procedure, just ask, and maby I have (or someone else) answer.
Good luck
Hi thanks for the suggestion...
It looks like the phone isn't able to enter Download Mode (required for FlashTool?), because it always turn on in emergency... Or am I doing something wrong? I'm not sure about the key combination for L7 II, I can't find it anywhere...

It doesn't work. It goes straight to emergency mode. And those instructions are in a L3 II topic, what if the combination for L7 II is different (involves the hotkey IDK)?

[Q] LG P710, how to back from 4.4.2 non root to 4.1.2 version?

Hello, i have a question. How to back from 4.4.2 android to 4.1.2 android? i need 4.4.2 no root in my phone. :c Thanks for replies
Hello!
Hello, to revert to Jellybean you need to flash a KDZ file of Jellybean, here you can find it:
http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=21 (Every with V10 version is Jellybean, V20 is KitKat)
VERY IMPORTANT!
After installer the Jellybean rom and finish with the flashing, you need to do a hard reset or it wont boot.
Hard reset:
Press Volumen Down - Power Key and Quick memo Key at the same time
When LG logo appear, release the Power Key one
When LG logo disappear, release all the buttoms. It'll appear a Android robot and when it finish, boot.
If u don't know how to flash KDZ ask me!

1. Download the .kdz file. I should be named V10A, V20C etc.
2. Install your device drivers.
3. Connect USB wire to PC.
3. Turn off the phone and enter download mode by taking out the battery, pluging in USB while holding VOLUME DOWN button.
4. Open LG update tool (DOWNLOAD HERE) <MODERATOR EDITED - VIRUS / TROJAN LINK REMOVED>
5. Don't change anything, just select your .kdz file.
6. Press start, next, select enlgish and wait.
7. Then your phone should reboot into stock ROM.
That's all. Write if something goes wrong.

[HOW TO][VS985][UNBRICK] Hardbrick Guide Using Test Point

So I recently bricked my G3 and it was a living hell to unbrick it from the lack of info but I gathered what I could and did it. My G3 is working great now so here's how I did it: (for the record I had no download mode, no recovery, and no system for flashing JasminROM after flashing a 35B bootstack...so don't do that.)
Required Materials:
Bricked G3
Screwdriver
Wire
USB Cable of good quality
PC
Solder (Optional)
Soldering Iron (Optional)
Things required on PC:
Secureboot disabled and test mode enable
Qualcomm USB Drivers (attached)
TOT File
Zip file containing willcracker's tools (attached)
Pics:

Have drivers installed and tot file ready. Also make sure battery is removed and top cover is removed to expose motherboard.
Steps:
1. Plug in USB cable to PC
2. Connect one end of the wire to ground (or solder it to the ground point as it is much easier to simply hold one wire end)
3. Connect other wire end to the second point from the bottom (see pic)
4. Plug in the USB cable to phone (should hear windows tone for connection within seconds)
5. Release second wire end
6. Check device manager for device, should be Qualcomm 9008 (jot down port #)
7. Open the zip
8. Extract contents to desktop
9. Run Board Diag as admin
10. Select downloaded tot file under Image Extraction (BIN section)
11. Choose an output folder (any folder) we'll call this Folder O
12. Click Extract
13. Choose B2 from first drop menu
14. Choose the correct com port from second drop menu
15. Choose Folder O for Target Dir
16. Check AP CHECK and EMMC Test
17. Hit Start
18. Restore Device should now have drop menu, select aboot and hit start
19. Do the same for: BackupGPT, boot, dbi, laf, PrimaryGPT, recovery, rpm, tz and finally sbl1 (MAKE SURE THIS IS THE LAST ONE FLASHED)
20. Phone should get disconnected
21. Put battery in
22. Power On
23. Flash the complete KDZ using LGFlashTool for a completely clean install. Make sure software versions match.
Credits to @willcracker for files and guide, I just rewrote it and made it much more clear (test point was in the posts under thread and weren't well explained). If you have questions, feel free to ask.
Reserved.
I used This thread and it also worked for the vs985.
I'm about to do this for two different G3s. Will post back results. Both of them are hard bricked.
One G3 is unbricked and I am about to do the other. Thread is perfect. Thanks a lot OP!
THANK YOU, thought I my VS985 for good for spare parts only, but today it has been brought back to life, so Thank you

Hey i did this thing for all img... Including system userdata and cache... Now its still the same... When i switch it on it shows lg logo and goes to "Demigod Crash Handler"...... Help please........
I got through step 19, but now I get the LG logo with "Boot Failure" under it and it's stuck in a boot loop. Any idea what I did wrong?
ETA: I was able to get into the Firmware Update mode and use the LG Flash Tool. Thanks for this guide.
Question, after updating from OTA 47a mine started rebooting continually. After trying several options I did a factory reset which took several hours to actually get it done. I set it back up and when signing into a second Gmail account it rebooted again. Did another reset. I got into safe mode, deleted apps like google maps, Gmail, tv, books, etc. Then let It sit over night. It shut off. Now it would only load up to the LG screen or Verizon screen and then shut off. But it seems to get worse cause now I have to pull the battery and sometimes for several minutes. (phone worked perfectly before these updates and never rooted)
I tried to use LG Flash Tool but the phone won't stay in download mode long enough. Sometimes 20 seconds sometimes 5.
So my question is what are my options short of sending it to LG or using as a paper weight.

Sadly, I don't know what else to suggest. *If* you had been able to get it to stay in Download mode long enough, I would flash the 10B TOT. TOTs flash more things than KDZs, so sometimes flashing a TOT will solve a problem when flashing a KDZ doesn't (I've personally had that experience). Flashing KDZs after flashing the TOT is fine.
If there's some way to force it to go into QHSUSB_BULK 9008 mode (I haven't looked at the first post in a while, so maybe that's what they're referring to), then there's a third option, which you'd have to Google that term to find the recovery directions using different drivers and a different program. It would show up as QHSUSB_BULK 9008 in Windows' Device Manager - I believe in the Ports section, but possibly in the Modem section.
On the upside, I had the absolute best experience with LG for a repair, but that was my tablet under warranty - no idea if the experience differs if you're out of warranty.

I'm having this exact issue. Any luck fixing the issue?
After going back and forth with verizon I got down to 2 options. Send to LG and pay for repairs or take Verizon's offer of early upgrade on device payments. I got that offer thru chat. I told the girl if she wasn't tech support to let me know how to get one. She said she was so I told her to let me explain everything first. Then she said short of sending it to LG I did everything. So then she gave me that offer.
I'm not happy about it but had to do something.
I got the LG G5 and like it but hate it. This only seems to charge to 90% over night then stops charging. I have only got it to charge to 100% maybe 4 times total in the 11 days I have had it.

Can you verify if where BoardDiag extracted the partitions from the TOT that the "rawprogram0.xml" files actually does exist or doesn't? It creates some partition file (can't recall if that's the correct name) when it extracts the TOT. I assume that's the same name as the one it creates.

By saying that you had no download mode, did you mean that the screen was black when you attempted to go into download mode? Or did you mean that you tried using the LG Flash Tool with no success? I was in the same situation as you were (flashing Jasmine Rom on the 35b bootstrap and getting a black screen even when the device was powered on) and I didn't want to unscrew the phone to get into the motherboard. Luckily, I was able to unbrick using the "downgrade to 10b method" by @LASERWOLF452 which I will link. So I attempted to get into the download mode, but the screen was black. However, my phone was recognized as the "LGE Mobile For VZW" in the device manager. From here, I was able to follow the downgrade guide, and while the screen stayed black for the entire process, the display miraculously showed the LG logo at the "waiting for reset" part of the flash tool at around 85%. Then everything went as usual, with me only having to do the battery pull when the screen displayed "factory reset status 3". Upon turning the phone back on, it booted normally into the setup wizard. However, the flash tool took a very long time to finish up, taking 1277 seconds instead of the usual 150-180 second time.
Tl;dr: Tried putting your LG G3 into download mode only to get a screen that shows absolutely nothing? If your device is properly recognized by your device manager as "LGE Mobile For VZW", then your download mode should still be working and you can follow the steps for the downgrade method to get your phone back up and running.

I have just replaced the link of the lineage os with a new working from google drive.
Could you point out where that LineageOS ROM is coming from or was this created by you?
Looking for a working LineageOS version for an LG H420. (H422 should be the same hardware judging from reading through most ROM threads so far)
The ADB drivers on zippyshare are gone: https://www14.zippyshare.com/v/ufYG71o0/file.html
