Guys I need help ! How to remove the Micromax "home brewed lock screen" and install the Google lock screen found on nexus devices.
Any suggestion and techniques is greatly appreciated

I was wondering If anyone out there knows of an apps to locks the phone. Im new on this and what I'm looking for is something to replace the unlock swipe screen that came with the phone. I want something like a numeric keypad as a lock / unlock application.

Do you want a different option for a pattern lock?
I searched and didn't find anything. My brother has a numeric lock for his Nexus, but that's a CM feature.
I don't think they're out yet. If you find one in the market chances they won't work because of TouchWiz and you would have to be rooted.

I searched the forum for a fix for this bug but didn't find any answers...
I'm on the latest jellybean leak and since DLI2 I can't remove help text from lock screen, even if it's unticked in the lockscreen settings.
So when I get a sms I have the message to slide the circle to open it all the time it's quite annoying because I need to press the ok button before doing anything...
Any one has a fix for this?

Go into application manager and disable Help app from there..you will not get any help popups

Hello.
I am unable to find in Settings the option for choosing the lock screen widgets.
I enter this option only from the Add button from the lock screen. I have a Nexus 4 with Android 4.2.2.
Where can I find this option?

There is no option in the Settinsg to choose lock screen widgets.. You cam choose them via the Add button which you have mentioned.. I would also like to mention that all the widgets you have in you phone might not be supported for the lock screen.. the specific widgets which has this capability will appear once you press the + button to add them..

Hi, Just got the Galaxy Mega and am very happy except for the silly design in that the lock screen is only in potrate mode, read here about holo locker (thanks) however there seems to be an issue with holo locker, in that even if i tick "enable security lock" it does nothing? can anyone advise if it a compatibility issue or me?

But the kid going to safe mode and passing the parental lock
i need any solution to lock it
