I already bought a gunmetal grey M9 yesterday - if I did an exchange through you for a silver+gold M9, would that count towards your 9-count?

ahhh i didnt't see their price! I just did a quick google product search and did it cheaper than the lowest found there, which was £469 justifying my £459 starting bid

Yea got a bid so far! I personally dont like windows mobile 7, android all the way for me. This was the upgrade Orange offered as they dont have the HD for now and so getting this and selling it for one
I'm finding myself in a similar position, I wanted the HD but they have sent me this out. It'll be here Monday also. I imagine there will be more listings after Monday for sure, good thinking on getting that head start. I think I'd rather do that than pay £7 to send it back to Orange.

Exaclty yeah, I want the HD but they dont have it as of yet therefore selling the unwanted Mozart for it. I was the first on ebay but now there are 3 others, one of which was 'highly inspired' by the wording of my listing down to the letter at points lol but my lisitng is at £499 so far being lead by an American, perhaps they cant get this phone right now, VERY curious to see how high this goes!
I intend on picking up the HD from a Phones4u store as soon as the cash transfers

I wonder when Walmart will have it because that's what I'm really holding out for. I've already bought and returned 3 tablets in search for the perfect one, thus don't really want to order online from google in-case i'm not satisfied.

BTW for any mods out there the picture for the main subpage for this phone (http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2222) has the wrong picture--the AT&T one has a AT&T logo on the backside above the Beats branding. The one here doesn't.

They just had to slap that damn thing somewhere. The Sprint version doesn't seem to have a logo on the back, looks much nicer.
would it be wise for me to wait for the black version of this phone just to make sure they got all the "kinks" out?
I've been discouraged to buy htc phones when they first come out because they usually end up having some sort of issues..
last year i bought the htc one x at launch (full price too) and kept having off and on issues with wifi. I swapped it out a few times and ended up selling it at the end.
I was able to see both the SIV and HTC one in person. The build quality on the ONE impressed me. I will say though the phone was very warm when I held it. HTC one X all over again..
Part of me hates to admit it but knows that in the long run the SIV is a better investment..
Im waiting, but I dont know what to do yet. I want the black version, not the silver. Im going to buy off of contract so I will more than likely get the Developers edition... but who knows when or if they will have the black version in that. I want the phone now, but Im going to wait until the black is released...whenever that is.

We don't generally allow placeholder threads. None of these devices are in anyone's hands here on XDA, so how can there be screenshots here from said devices?

I really want the black version, but no one knows when it is coming. I'm tempted to go order the silver one today, but now I'm trying to decide between 32GB and 64GB.
I never hit the limit on my 32GB iPhone, but I did hit the limit on my 16GB S3

I have been sitting on an upgrade since November last year - tried the One X+ but returned it due to the bluetooth issues. Now I have a trip coming up and need a phone before it, so I don't have a choice - silver it is. Oh well, they both look good, just prefer the black a little.
I'll wait for the black one hopefully it comes out on launch day. The silver one to me only looks good in the front but I can see all that silver in the back getting old real quick. I have had a few black phones in the past and after a year with the white S3 I miss the sexyness and classyness of a black phone. The stealth black on the ONE is definitely bringing sexy back!
If the black is available next Friday I will be very happy. However I ordered the silver 32GB in case it isn't. I don't anticipate an exchange to be a problem.
If it's silver, it's silver.

Anyone buy Spigen products from Mobilefun.co.uk

I bought a Spigen Ultra Hybrid from www.Mobilefun.co.uk and when it arrived it was the wrong colour and also it had the cut out for the TV aerial that the Korean version has. Obviously I would rather have the case without the cut out and the right colour but I have sent 3 emails to them now and each email had the same 4 questions about replacement or refund and they seem either unwilling or unable to answer more than one question at a time but unfortunately it is the same question.
I'm wondering if they do even carry the Ultra Hybrid without the cut out, I know Spigen do one without it because I have seen it but Mobilefun are not much fun to deal with. They take 24 hours to answer each email with a basic reply with a link to their returns form.
Obviously at this point I would not recommend anyone deal with them but would be grateful for any help.

Shame about your poor experience with them I've never had any issues. A lot of suppliers have confused the LG G3 models. Many eBay sellers in the early days were selling the Korean cases as well. I suggest you get a refund and try Amazon UK or Clove or Handtec.

Yeah I know what you mean but I think it would be easier to get a replacement from them rather than get a refund. I guess that waiting 3 days for an answer is the main problem.
I know that Spigen sells the right one but I'm not sure if Mobilefun.co.uk sells them. There is no excuses for bad service these days.

I asked on their site and after 24 hours they haven't replied or even posted my question.
Many seem to like the site but ive had nothing but problems with them. Wrong items, claiming they have stock when they don't and the G Watch I ordered looked used and had a screen fault.
They have now replied on their site but I'm still none the wiser whether or not they carry the right case. You can see the reply on the site under the ultra hybrid case.
I've ordered some Spigen cases from another retailer on the web, we'll see if either of these show up with the correct colour and form factor according to their site. I've requested one red and one Android green. :fingers-crossed:
I've found that retailers on a certain Chinese wholesale site can often be easier to deal with and more reliable than some domestic retailers..

Little follow up to this, they removed my question from their website and still haven't replied to my emails so last week I opened a case with paypal and they haven't replied to that either.

As I have said I got my refund from PayPal so no need for you to try doing something now when it is clearly too late. Even when I opened the case with PayPal you didn't contact me.
What you can help with is why my review was not put on your website? I submitted it over a week ago.
Btw Spigen was not very happy when I told them how you deal or don't deal with your customers.

I called them, told them the problem, they said they will send me a follow-up mail, which arrived 10mins later where they said, I should send them a picture. The next day I got everything for the exchange via email, a link for a "free" Nexus 9 (they would only reserve the costs on the credit card) and the UPS parcel stamp.
Two days later my new nexus 9 arrived, I packed the old one into the box of the new one, and called UPS for pickup, that's it.

For now, I emailed and photos, I did not call yet. The answer was surprising.
" After consulting a specialist team, it is not possible to make a replacement, even more so because the issue in question does not affect the device from working properly. As well, it was told me, that it is not a normal only a fact of usage of the device. Regarding your first question, for what I can see, such replacement was not made buy us.
