First of all Install The Drivers By Choosing Option 6 in Toolbox And Enable USB Debugging Mode.
UNLOCK BOOTLOADER:
Connect Yu Yureka In Switch On Mode.
Open Toolbox And Choose Option 1.
Now Device Will Be Restarted And MSG Will Appear Like VOL+UP For Accept And VOL+DOWN For Cancel.
Press VOL+UP
Now All Data Will Be Erased And Your Bootloader Is Now Unlocked.
RELOCK BOOTLOADER:
Connect Yu Yureka In Switch On Mode.
Open Toolbox And Choose Option 2.
Now Device Will Be Restarted And Bootloader Is Now Relock.
ROOT:
First Install Any Recovery [CMW/TWRP].
Connect Yu Yureka In Switch On Mode.
Open Toolbox And Choose Option 3.
Now Your Device Will Be Restarted Into Recovery mode.
Click On Install Zip From SD CARD
Choose Root.zip
Reboot System Now.
Congo.. Now You Are Rooted.

Install the driver.
Run toolbox.
First backup your data.
Then unlock bootloader.. And flash TWRP or CWM .. And goto option 3 .Root..

Command to check bootloader status: fastboot oem device-info
If your Bootloader is unlocked then status will true...
And download link is working... Check your internet connection settings
Do i have to use this tool after entering in fastboot mode or can it be done normally. I know its a silly question but i just bought the yureka 2 days ago so dont know much about it

Have you restarted the pc...
Is debugging mode is enabled in developer option....
Or manually check that device is detect or not.. By using : adb devices
If bluestack is installed on your PC... Then... Close it...

Debugging mode is enabled,though i have not restarted and i have bluestacks. I will now try by uninstalling bluestacks and restarting. I dont know anything about adb devices,i will google it if restarting and uninstalling doesnt works

@gohel.vishal my laptop doesnot detect my revice ...i installed the adb drivers several times ..still no luck...I am on windows 8.1 and i haf disable the signature verification before installing adb driver and restart my laptop several times...help me ..???

I did't exact what recommended.
1. ennabled usb debugging mode in mobile
2 .installed the driver
3. restarted my pc.
4. run the tool and selected unlock boot loader and my mobile went to fastboot mode and it shows the options press up arrow for formating user data down for cancel and i pressed up arrow in my mobile and user date is formatted and also got "Failed to erase partition" and the software show waiting for the phone and then nothing happened i have waited for 10 min but no use so i removedd my mobile from pc and rebooted my mobile
5. again i enabled usb debugging mode in mobile
6. again started the tool now selected TWRP again mobile went to fastboot mode and got reult "SUCCESS" and then the softeare tool shows waiting for phone againg waited for 10 min nothing happed and then i removed my mobile started rebootig.
now my question is from point no 4 wheather my mobile bootleader unlocked or not ?
and from point no 6 whether my mobile got installed TWRP or not ?
just because the tool shows waiting for mobile and nothing happening later i got these kind of confusion

Your tool finally did the job. I tried many other solutions but the recovery didnt work. I did the same as you have done in your tool copying the ui.zip and all but UR TOOL NAILED IT. Now i got TWRP working smoothly.

Hey there,
I decided to write a how-to on gaining root for the g531f Galaxy grand prime ve.
This should work for all grand prime devices based on marvel soc.
About this method:
Knox counter was not tripped for my device using this method.
The main steps, flashing latest stock and twrp, are perfomed by Odin. To gain root chainfire's supersu is flashed with twrp. If you are unsure about any step there are enough guides found on xda refering odin, twrp and supersu.
So let's get started.
I`M NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR WARANTY LOST ON YOUR PHONE.
1. Make sure your device drivers is installed properly
2. Get Odin v3.09 for example here:

3. Get your latest firmware and extract it once

4. Get twrp

5. Get supersu by chainfire

6. Backup all things you need and copy supersu to external sd card
7. Boot to stock recovery and perform a factory reset and wipe internal memory.
(power off device and keep holding volume up, home and power button)
8. Reboot to download Mode, then start odin and connect your device
(holding volume down, home and power button to get into download Mode)
9. Flash your firmware with Odin by using the AP button and hit start. Make sure repartition is NOT selected and untick auto reboot. This step takes some time
10. Boot to download Mode again. And flash twrp as mentioned above. Using AP and the same selection.
--if twrp doesn't boot you have to use another firmware (step 9) post #20-- thanks to @bluepower
11. Boot into twrp recovery. Hit install and select the supersu zip file then clean cache and dalvic.
(holding volume up, home and power button)
12. Reboot your phone and see if everything is working.
13. Go to dev settings and tick "manufacturer unlock" to prevent fap lock.
(unlock dev settings: Settings - about phone - tap build number 7 times). If that doesn't work check post #4 and #6 and say thx to @hck5
14. Make a nandroid in twrp recovery to have a clean rooted rom to return to if anything gets messed up with further modding (eg. xposed framework etc.)

If you can't find a version that allows to flash twrp (carrier lock) use this unbranded one:

Hey there i have the same model and i'm happy that last night i've found your post
i used the pre-rooted firmware and i had the system ui rebooting problem after i uninstalled any of the apps
also i've seen guys who had that security tab problem from settings (didn't happened to me)
I am extracting the stock rom now i prepared everything
i also wanted so badly the viper fx cause the sound is pretty low
i searched for alternative but here you are with dolby atmos

i just flashed the wanam xposed thu twrp everything done
the only bad part is the "recovery is not seandroid" but this is just a red small message above when i enter twrp and it has no bad effect! only visual
i am clearing dalvik and cache after every flash so i keep it smooth and nice i can't wait to test modules on this phone i will post screenshots as proofs

BTW don't forget to make a nandroid backup before you mess around with xposed modules to get back to your rooted rom. I destroyed my system twice with xposed.... And I had to go through this procedure again (thanks touchwiz).

Try to unlock via dev settings. Manufacturer unlock.

If that doesn't work you have to delete your Google account as far as I know.
For me it is working with Google account, but I can't remember if I ticked the dev setting option before or after adding my Google account.

Edit: Okay, I've noticed that the version in the xda thread is newer. Anyway why not install it the usual way (sideloading)?

I don't know exactly what you mean with sideloading app.
But as far as I know root is needed to install supersu via Google play store. Of course you can sideload the app via adb shell when booted to twrp. But I wanted to keep the tutorial simple without setting up adb etc.

Transfering APK to internal storage/sd card and installing from there (by opening it in file manager) is what I had in mind.
I don't think is that easy.. You must set system read and write and I guess twrp helps it installing supers in a better way than your file manager does

The same strange problem is @XelSam facing, too.
I don't know why it is booting to stock recovery instead of twrp. What is written on top when you boot to dl mode? Could you post a picture, please.
Maybe it is the odin version or the recovery partition is locked.
So here is what you might try
Make sure your device is not fap locked
1. Get the odin version from op
2. Flash firmware with reboot unticked
3. Power down device and boot directly to dl mode again (do not boot the system) and flash twrp with reboot unticked.
4. Power down the device and boot try to boot to twrp

I see, looks like your rom is carrier specific. I just checked for your firmwares, I even could not find your version.
To unbrand your device you can try to flash another version.
I used this one:

To rule out all misunderstandings and help other people with the same problem.
1. You flashed a rom from another carrier for your region and 2. updated it to the latest version via ota.
3. You installed twrp and 4. supersu
Is that the way you proceeded.?
Did the line for fap lock appear in dl mode?

I don't own or created this mod.it's look like this mod was created by unofficial Xiaomi Distributor to flash modified rom that included GApps thats marketed outside of China.
This mod allow you to flash custom kernel/recovery in locked bootloader state.it's a full working unlocked bootloader with a limitation.You will lost the modified bootloader if you flash official full rom from miflash/fastboot/updater.
Installation :
1. Unrooted device
- download file ido-TWRP-3.0.2.0-miflash.zip
- extract and flash using miflash in download mode
this will also install official TWRP 3.0.2.0 to the device
2. Rooted device
- download FX File Explorer
- download FX File Explorer (Root Add-On)
- download file ido-aboot-mod-image.zip
- extract ido-aboot-mod-image.zip,copy aboot and abootbak to /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name
Workaround for official full rom flash:
- miflash/fastboot -> follow installation method for unrooted device
- updater/recovery -> after rom installation flash ido-aboot-mod-image.zip from TWRP

If currently installed ROM is Official MIUI ROM , DO NOT ENABLE SYSTEM MODIFICATION in TWRP. refer to this thread if you want to make modification to the system(root/gapps/xposed/etc)

It's look like you have boot normally before entering recovery mode.your should be able to flash in fastboot mode now.why don't u try to flash twrp in fastboot mode.

1st flash seems to be good but recovery didn't change any good.
2nd flash with fastboot, it has error in the miflash.
3rd flash back to download mode again and it worked, but system cannot booted. Currently i'm trying to flash cutomized rom with the twrp itself but then my phone bootlooping -_-

Updated 1st post,please read the warning.to force the phone enter download mode simultaneously press "volume +" + "volume -" + power button.
If you have successfully flashed the ido-TWRP-3.0.2.0-miflash.zip from miflash,you should be able to enter TWRP and then flash ido-auto-bootimg.zip to get the system boot normally.

If that was official MIUI rom,you should install auto-bootimg.

I assume if multirom was modified the official stable rom i flashed before and I did flash the autoboot-img, but the mistake i also did is allowing modifying system at the first twrp screen.
And now i just flashed with manIT dev global rom by miflash.
And it will have the original mi recovery i'm sure.

Nope, without unlocking BL or modified the Abot files, its too risky as it said used DM verify

whenever I choose download mode via vol up + power, I only got blank screen
when I tried to flash using miflash in fastboot menu, error "device locked"

Which functions are available/unavailable for G6
The only functions that are not available are flash stock recovery and flash factory image. The others are all available. Locking the bootloader you can brick your phone, the tool will send just a fastboot command. I've tested the bootloader unlocking procedure for lg g6 and twrp flash. There are a lot of others function that i've not tested but they should work (Apk Installer, reboot commands, zip flasher, ....)

Hello, sorry i'm a noob at G6 (just got it last week) i came from an easy to unlock/flash Nexus 5X, i have some questions, do i still need the LG Develpoer site to unlock bootloader? or is this done internally in your program?

You always need the LG Developer site. This tool is done to simplify processes not to bypass them. With this tool you will never use the terminal anymore.

The command is there but you can brick your phone. I think you need of a QFIL stock rom to relock bootloader. But i think Lg has a database with all device unlocked...

Yes sure, when there will be a safe guide, it will also be safe to lock the bootloader

Just tried to unlock my g6. It works. Then I tried to flash recovery, but, maybe I'd have had to reboot phone prior to flash recovery, infact after reboot the recovery installed was the stock one. So I flashed it via fastboot command manually...
Anyway, simple and working. Gread job!

Thanks for feedback, can you please tell me what recovery you have installed through fastboot?? Maybe the recovery in the tool ai wrong or have problems.
Have tried the H870 one, TWRP 3.1.1, the one that the software automatically download from server. The final message saied it was installed correctly, but after reboot, normal recovery was presented (the one that reset phone to factory reset, and infact it has resetted the phone)

Maybe the problem was not your software... Now that I am in twrp I have transferred a rom in the internal storage, I have installed it, but phone is in bootloop. And now, entering in twrp it says the storage is encrypted and asks me for the password.... now, what to do??? Damn...

@mauronofrio Ok, I solved and reinstalled from scratch everything. What went wrong, I think, is that after TWRP installation I haven't installed Magisk immediately.
Using a tool like your can induce people to just push a button and not follow every step of a good unlocking procedure. Anyway, it was my fault. Your tool works perfectly

I flashed TWRP using this. then went to TWRP and in the program I choose (root only) and flashed magisk with the program. I rebooted my phone but it reboots to TWRP and not normal. I turned it off and back on ,but it still boots to TWRP.
help please. what to do? How do I restore it to normal (preferably without losing my data) ?
I can access fastboot and can access it with my computer.

What did you do to solve it? Ran into the same issue with boot looping back into twrp, haven't had a chance to try again or do some research into the exact cause.

First download this file:
zui 11.1.021 qpst version
twrp chinese version
zui 11.5.141 OTA version
zui 11.5.182 OTA version
zui 11.5.199 OTA version
Follow This STEP:
Read This Tutorial how to use qfil, but use zui 11.1.021 qpst version for flashing
After boot into ZUI 11.1.021, finish activating etc, reboot into bootloader, and unlock bootloader Read This Tutorial
Then go back into bootloader again, and flash twrp chinese version , Read This Tutorial and DO NOT FLASH MAGISK
From bootloader select recovery and boot into twrp
After boot into twrp, copy 3 OTA files into phone storage using ADB or using MTP or OTG flashdisk
Inside twrp, click install then select zui 11.5.141 OTA version and flash it
After finish, click back button, then select zui 11.5.182 OTA version and flash it
Again after finish, click back button, then select zui 11.5.199 OTA version and flash again
Don't click reboot system after flash, just click back button until goes back into main menu, select reboot then select bootloader, you will boot into bootloader and see bootloader status is locked, then read again This Tutorial to unlock bootloader after that wait until the phone boot into 199 version, finish activating etc, and boot again into bootloader
Open folder zui 11.1.021 qpst version and find recovery.img inside there, and flash it the same way as you flash twrp
After that follow This Tutorial to lock bootloader (read the last/bottom tutorial )
Two options will show up, and select lock bootloader
Wait until finish, and now you have 199 version with locked bootloader.
I have been test this almost 3 days, and testing every feature inside this version, but since i'm not using this phone as daily driver, so i can't test all things (like 3rd party apps) atleast google apps have no problem for me.

How come when im starting to update from 11.0 to 11.141 via twrp it says error 7 cant update?

just want to give update I successfully updated to 199 via this guide though I am already 11.1.0.21 and unlock BL I skip step 1 and 2 thank you for this wonderful guide

I guess after you flash 11.1.021 you need to boot first on your home screen and set a passcode and fingerprint then go to twrp and flash those OTA, please update us if this method works
On my one everything works except locking bootloader .
No command is working for my devices?
Fastboot flashing lock -no work
Fastboot -i 0x2b4c oem lock - waiting for devices
I stuck temporary with 11...021 with lock bootloader after QFIL flashing.
And no any OTA update?
Any idea why fastboot command not working ?

Im a little bit confuse why you need to lock bootloader where you already on a locked bootloader on 11.1.021?
I did all steps until step 9. Can I stop here if i want to have an unlocked bootloader?
I have the 223 update via OTA but installation failed after downloading maybe Im guessing the recovery from 11.1.021 is not comptible for this update can you please check so we can flash the correct recovery for this update?
Has anyone installed update 11.5.223? Is Google certification still working?

yes, you cant update OTA since fingerprints build in recovery is still 11.1.021, wait till they release zui 11 recovery or do it again using twrp
I am currently on 11.5.182, unlocked bootloader with TWRP and Magisk installed.
Has anyone updated using TWRP to 199 then to 223? I understand that in order to do this, one must uninstall Magisk and restore to stock boot.img.

So locking the bootloader is useless since we cannot update using this recovery now we need to unlock again and flash the needed recovery and relock again wew what a pain. I guess you need to remove that step in locking the bootloader again since theres no point in doing that
