[GUIDE]Swap Internal Memory to External & Vice Versa
I Have Ported This From Sony Xperia M forum By Changing Mountpoints & Credits Goes to Me & The Developer Gadgetroid.
Our Beloved GALAXY STAR sure packs a lot in such a small device, but then, does it pack enough internal memory to install a huge number of applications? It does not. With just a little over 2 GB, it is very cumbersome to find that you cannot download data for large games. This guide aims to resolve that issue.
Our Member binali_rustamov Has Compiled an Application For That
PROCEDURE:
1.Your Phone Should Be a ROOTED one
2.Download & Install the App From the attachment
3.Click The SMF Button
2.Your root manager should request you for permission. Grant the app superuser permission.
4.Now Your External sdcard Will be Unmounted&Then remounted
YOU ARE DONE!!
For Screenshot See The Attachment
You Should Do This After Every Reboot.

What to do with 215mb of free space in SYSTEM?

What to do with 215mb of Extra Free Space in SYSTEM on custom ROMs?
1) so my data partition constantly keeps on running out of space but i am constantly changing roms so i can't move my data to the system partition ... maybe a customMTD for xperia arc s ICS roms is a solution but i know nothing about how to make that happen
2) another big problem is multitasking, maybe it can be used for Swap or for cache etc.
3) what else can i use it for?

Help me!NT 8GB can not access Internal Storage

But i can make CM7 boot from SD card, and use ok.
Now, i want to flash ROM to Internal Memory, help me!
Sorry to say, but you definitely will not be getting help for your issue in the development section. Please post in the proper section and remember that development is not Q&A. Perhaps a mod will move this thread to where it needs to be. Posting questions in development that have nothing to do with dev will only result in flaming by the community and possible infractions by a mod.
Happy flashing.
Please post in the correct section - moving to Q+A.
Describe exactly how you "wiped" your system we take it from there.

There are a few swap mods floating about but it just causes the device to get slower to be honest. It used to be in Siyah's kernel as a default mod but after testing, was found to be KAK and he removed it.

save you some work.
Yank555 has this working well. If you use his kernel (JB only though) you can even choose between hard-swap or zram plus choose the level of swappiness.

Keep in mind that Swap memory is capped to the SD-Cards' read/write performance, which is, compared to the built-in RAM, very slow. The benefits come at a price.
