What insecure and secure kernels did you flash? And where did you get them from?
My guess is you flashed kernels either not meant for your device, or you flashed a Gingerbread kernel on an ICS firmware, or vice versa.
In any case, you need to include more info. What build are you on? What did you flash?
I got the kernel from this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1101671
GT-I9100P_BVKI2_original
that is the one i downloaded.
can i just re flash the stock rom will that solve the problem?
if so does anyone have the link for the i9100p orange stock rom?
http://androidromupdate.com/2012/04...ce-cream-sandwich-i9100pbvlp6-stock-firmware/
if i download this rom and flash via odin will it solve my problem?

Well, that is a Gingerbread kernel. However, not knowing what your actual firmware version is, I can't say why it failed. Maybe you were on ICS? Or if you were on Gingerbread, the firmware version was too disparate from the kernel version.

Yeah, it should. Until you try to root again. If you flash that firmware, do NOT try to root using the same insecure kernel you did before.
Once i have flashed it back to stock is there a solid way to root ics particularly that rom?

MeanRom has a kernel installer for people that are s-on you don't need to flash the kernel separatly
I believe you didn't have flash the kernal as its flashed automaticly with the rom. Sorry, don't know the answer.

well would either of you guys know how I could fix the boot.img from within recovery? I feel that this is the problem because I can't boot any ROM succesfully, it just does the same thing as it does with the MeanROM.

Actually Team-Noctural.com has uploaded the deodexed and odex of this by XsMagical. If you're looking for a Tmobile rom that's stock or custom, we have some over at http://forums.team-nocturnal.com/forumdisplay.php/518-HTC-One, but they will also make their way over here. Cheers mate.

Hey yaldak! I also came from he S2 forum and nice to see you here
I flashed a custom ROM to my One a few days ago and have decided to go back to rooted stock...Ive downloaded the zip from the Nocturnal crew so we'll see how it goes. Nice to see you here though!
Sticking with stock for the following reasons:
- Device is relatively new
- Sense 5 is quite...nice actually
- HTC seems to be on their game with security and customizability of the stock ROM

Hold the power button till I goes black & then hold volume down till u boot into bootloader, select recovery. If u get that far. Let me know, but U should have never flashed thus

No I didn't flash this just was hoping I could use this as an ruu. I think I know what I did. I was on cm10 and flashed straight to sense again without flashing a kernel so its boot looping. But it won't let me get into recovery anymore. Only the boot loader. Any ideas?

Okay so I got it into recovery finally. Had to erase cache from fast boot to get it. But I have nothing on internal. How can I push something to it? I have your ROM and stock kernel ready to go.

Hey everyone,
Was wondering if anyone had a link to the stock kernel for the OPX? I've modified the kernel but been wanting to switch back to stock.
Any help would be appreciated.

Shouldn't the stock kernel be the same for 2.1.3 and 2.1.3-X? Afterall 2.1.3-X is a small OTA.
Anyways upload the kernel pls. I'll clean flash the full 2.1.3 rom then the kernel and then the 2.1.3-X ota update. Would it work?

Okay from you this post you are newbie so if you would install the full zip or 2.1.3 then 2.1.3-X then you would eventually get the stock kernel no need to flash kernel.....and rashr is an app that allows you to flash Recovery's and kernel's without fastboot(if you don't know this pm me I will tell you)
And if still you don't get it pm me
