Most users have this firmware.
Anyway good job.

I need not say, because each kernel is assigned to each rom, so if the kernel is .28 is suitable. 28 for rom!
test due at risk, since the chance of something is minimal

I use my own kernel on the latest firmware which is pretty good.

Can i still install DualRecovery again after flashing your ROM? Can you add a ZIP without Recovery included?

V2 works with 1568 update as well, if anyone's interested
I've flashed v2 on concept. I can't work out how to install the su binary. I've tried flashing supersu zip from chainfire. What's the proper way?
EDIT: nvm! I saw this review which said you download it first, then flash it in recovery. That works fine (I had tried adb sideload in recovery first, but it didn't work).
wifi gets broken with the latest update. phone boots and works nicely, the only thing is wifi is not working. Any chance you provide us with your kernel for 1581 update?

97[rom][deodexed][7.0][debloated to the bone]

Heavily debloated June patch DEODEXED Nougat ROM for SM-G920F/I only.
Alpha testing done -> Beta testing done.:
https://t.me/joinchat/AAAAAEE0OTF3tCPa_lpEMw
There won't be much info here yet. If it turns out to be working, then this post will be updated.
I've been running this ROM for 2 days straight, and have 0 issues. I started to make this ROM for my self, but decided to share it anyways.
Feel free to test it out, just be aware, that your favorite apk most likely didn't make the debloat-cut. That said, the footprint of the rom, is around 1G.
I take no responsibility, if you decide to flash this.
#BUGS#
Aroma can sometimes stop in the extracting process.
Just reboot, and try again, then all is fine.
Please report back here or in the group.

It's always great to see new roms,I really don't like all these mods and ports and what not and have always preferred debloated roms so thanks for building this, il be giving this rom a go once I've backed things up.

Hey guys and girls,
Here is a flashable zip that should fix all stutter problem with our custom kernels on new rom base 1.27.
Took a bit of time to find the cause but it´s finally fixed.
Just flash this before you flash a custom kernel on base 1.27 and you are good to go.
Download: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=745425885120757360
and in case you want to revert to 1.27 stock kernel:

That’s why I posted the flashable zip here so everyone can choose what he wants.
I think what @velimirchek means is that for example @LeeDroid can include it in his aroma zip because he is offering to install clean slate kernel in his aroma installer. Since your offering no custom kernel in your zip afaik it would just make sense to include it in your venom hub. But users that decide to flash a custom kernel can also just look here :highfive:
Thanks guys... Finally a solution to test out the latest EAS kernel.
And yes some custom kernels would be nice in the ViperU Aroma.

For ease of mind, I've debugged kernel and seem to have found a solution that is solely in-kernel zImage. Check here:

If everything works as expected, I'm gonna release a stable one.

Working Port

Hey all,
Just wanted to let everyone know I now have a working Custom Rom port from the U11. This port has a few minor bugs I'm working on, home button does not work, signal for Tmobile cuts in and out, and DPI needs adjusted. So with that said, Once I get the bugs worked out and reach out to the Rom Dev we will have a custom rom port.
*Home button fixed*----- Finger print scanner not working yet
*Screen DPI fixed*
Testing signal now.

Yes, and I just realized why the hot-spot wasn't working . I will be fixing it in the am and RE uploading. Yes it has aroma, it's a slightly modified stock rom. Not getting too heavy into it just yet, Oreo will be out real soon for T-Mobile and once it does I will jump on that.

[FLASHABLE ZIP] S7 Edge Battery Patch for G920F(D)

Hi folks,
I've made a flashable patch for G920F and G920FD to support S7 Edge battery. With this patch, you will probability have more accurate battery reporting and more overall battery life.
Battery will be full synchronized after 5-6 battery cycle.
You can install it on only Samsung based ROMs/kernels. It's not compatible with AOSP ROMs/kernels. You need reflash this patch if you install a new ROM or a new kernel.
Install:
Just flash via TWRP.
THIS PATCH ONLY SUPPORTS G920F AND G920FD W/ S7 EDGE BATTERY INSTALLED. PLEASE DON'T FLASH THIS PATCH ON OTHER MODELS AND DON'T FLASH THIS PATCH IF YOU DID NOT REPLACE THE BATTERY WITH S7 EDGE'S BATTERY!

My kernel is universal, therefore swapping it with someone elses dt.img will cause instabilities.
Also the s6 has capped fuelguage inside drivers unlike s8 where it purely reads from dt.img, therefore this mod will never be 100% accurate.

You can't get battery capacity information from kernel anyway. It's hardcoded in Android system framework.
It's just a number. It doesn't affect your usage.

Backup your kernel via TWRP first, then try the patch.
