FYI:
Use Kernel Auditor for this kernel, Its the only app that doesn't cause issues with my kernel.
If you have lag or instability issues do a full wipe/format (DATA, DALVIK, CACHE).

Booting hangs at the lg splash for a minute or so, so be patient.

Currently reverting all my changes and starting from scratch. Should have a kernel up later today.

Scrapping stock kernel and moving to a CM base.
Update - CST 4:27 PM 5/13/2015
Downloads are up. Kernel supports overclocking and underclocking the gpu and cpu.
Update - CST 12:50 PM 5/16/2015
New stock kernel base that actually compiles has been finished. Took lots of hard work but I got it. Will be uploading a stock version asap. Internets being wonky.

Just a ton of compilation errors. Ill see if i cant sort them out and as soon as they are all sorted out ill throw up a download and source
