Hello and welcome to Fusion rom!
@m_s_ifland is your uber master great maintainer!

This results in a fast, battery friendly rom for your phone including many features for everybody to enjoy and customize the rom to their own likings.
This is not a single person project.
It's the work of many different people spending time to make Android better.

Sure I'll try zen kernel

Same thing just hangs at google splash screen. Something in ROM must be missing. All the nexus 6 roms are 300Mbs or more
---------- Post added at 06:08 AM ---------- Previous post was at 05:58 AM ----------
Same this looks like an amazing ROM. So I hope we can figure this out.

@super_extreme
Not sure but I think you didn't compile to source correctly or something wrong with the file, usually ROM for N6 is more than 300mb and maybe you didn't include the vendor files and that is why is so small.

Due to a typo in the vendor folder name it was not being used when compiled. So indeed you've been right about that.
Compiling now again ...

This ROM booted for me with despair kernel and benzo gapps and everything seemed to be working fine. The size of the file I have is 228 mb

Uploaded now, but in next build we will disable dexpreopt to reduce the ota size. It's now 444 MB.
Edit: Don't install Xposed till then because it may be stuck on the bootanimation if you do.

Dark sorry for the off topic but I remember you from somewhere, was it note1 or perhaps ogpro forum?
Is there no way of disabling the hardware buttons in this build?
Yes. You may remember me from the Note1 forum. Fun times. Also had the Samsung Captivate, Infuse, Note2,Note3,Nexus5, and now OPO.
Not yet. Only thing you can do is goto settings/Carbonfibers/buttons enable custom actions and switch everything to none.

Thanks to AndroidSlave's guide, I was able to set up my own Jenkins server to build CM. What's different about these builds from all the other Lollipop roms? These are made from completely unmodified merged code from the cm-12.0 branch. Therefore this rom is "official-ready", as the official nightlies can be dirty flashed as soon as they are enabled.
The server will check for new changes daily, and if any are detected, start a new build.
Since CM 12 is still under heavy development, you can expect there to be bugs.
Instructions:
Download the zip(s) and boot to recovery.
Optional: Make a nandroid of your current rom.
Factory reset.
Flash CyanogenMod.
Flash gapps.
Updating?
Use the built-in updater! Thanks to @JulianXhokaxhiu for his excellent CM REST Server API emulation and @rjwil1086 for patching the code for Lollipop.

so, it boots fine (long first boot but don't be scared, it's not a bootloop), animations are ok, stability is ok but I can't do much more testing since I'm going to sleep and I need my phone fully set up tomorrow morning, so I'm restoring my backup of the other ROM I'm using (the stock cm12 daily builds from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/development/daily-stock-unofficial-cm12-builds-t2948099) anyhow it looks good, and the fact that we will be able to dirty switch to official nightlies is very appetizing, but it is not as complete as the other one so I'll stick with that one for now.
All of this is from a user standpoint, I'm not a dev so I don't know if I helped you out or not. But there it is.

I haven't tested with any custom kernels, so unfortunately I can't say. Do try the stock CM kernel first though-it runs very well.

why this rom should be better than the daily unofficial from daleski75?
That's not a sarcastic question, I really want to know the differences.
Thank you

I've taken a look at daleski75's thread and it seems that he also makes few, if any changes to the stock CM code. I guess a difference is these builds are automatically built and uploaded whereas dale's are maintained manually by him.
Neither is directly better than the other. Try them both and decide for yourself!
It´s nice to see more and more people doing this. thanks.

I'm very happy to see you here on xda. Like I already said in g+ community, the ROM is running very smoothly and without issue. My only problem is with hazy center kernel control that force close every time I try to open it. Beside that everything is good.
Does the first boot from Flash take a while? currently about 5 minutes...
I have to say amazing website. Nice material design used. Will definitely try out the ROM. Thanks for supporting OPO.

Any Bugs?
Just trying to gauge if there were any current bugs to this rom. For those of you who have already flashed this, how is it so far? How's the battery life? Performance? Any glitches? I'm super eager to flash this but want to see if I can run it as my daily driver before actually moving forward with the flash.

I've been running your stuff since the HTC Evo 3d days.. Does that sound about right or am I mistaken..?
I am wanting to give this rom a shot. When should we flash magisk? Within the same session of flashing the rom and twrp or after a reboot?

'bout to flash this and give it a go. Let's see how it goes.
So many amazing features!
This is the most amazing ROM for oneplus2 ever, even surpassing Cyanogenmod 13. I've hopped around a bit from Lineage to Cosmic, but those two were missing a few settings that would have been nice to have. crDroid has so many customization options and optional settings that I didn't even know I needed. The "suspend actions" are genius, being able to turn off CPS and switch to 2G is great. On top of all of that, the settings app itself... the menu actually makes sense.
Thank you!

For the suspend actions, let's say if the mobile data is originally off, do they switch to 2G after screen off?
Is it based on Ozzy's LOS or Shreesha's LOS source?

check op .. he linked device ,kernel tree to official lineage .. means most prbably he use ozzy's source!!
ok excellent ROM, very smooth and fluid and up to now it is the OREO ROM for the OnePlus2 with the functional configurations in my opinion, the only error that I found is the SIM card configuration which does not allow changing between the SIM the selection of navigation data, I am very grateful with your work I congratulate you and I will be waiting for an update with the corresponding corrections .. thanks for your time ? ?
This ROM is excellent. Thank you for your work!
Can someone please provide screenshots? Thanks in advance.

It's pretty much the same as any other Oreo ROM in looks. Just the addition of the crDroid Settings.
