Well I was poking around http://www.europe.htc.com when I found this http://www.europe.htc.com/support/faq.html?id=44 which says:
"What is the latest software version available for my device? Updates are made available via your operator's web-site. You will need to visit their site to find the latest version."
weird...
I was researching online and it says on a couple websites that the stock ROM on the Sprint Mogul is OS Build 19208.1.0.2, but the latest ROM for the Sprint Mogul listed on the HTC website is Build 19208.1.0.1.
What is this newer build that other websites are referring to and what are the differences?

i know the changelist for the at&t rom I717UCMD3 changelist=1117019
the telus rom has changelist=1112295 which should make it older than the at&t rom
as i understand it the change list number is one of the best ways to track the newest release.
if if only small changes or fixes have been done to the code..
