[Q] no update

I am not getting the new update 10.1.1.A.1.307
the SUS shows that my device is up to date
Did you double check your date on your tablet?
What device so you have?

SGP321
Same here, Swedish SGP321 stuck on .253 .
Do you try update from PC. From Hong Kong don't receive OTA update.

Tried 2 days ago but it said my tablet is up to date. I'll try again tonight.

Sorry for the late reply. PC Companion still says it's up to date.
Can anyone else with a Nordic SGP321 and a Joors SIM confirm they've gotten the update? I bought mine unlocked from a separate store but I put in the SIM before the first boot if that makes a difference. Just trying to find any common factors here.
Same story today, no update neither from the tablet nor from PC Companion.

Direct download for 4.4.2 OTA update?

Hi,
I "successfully" installed the new OTA update, but all it appears to have done was disable root without actually updating. It's still 4.3.
Since it was "successful," going to the software update does nothing; it tells me I have the latest software.
Any direct download?
Thanks.
Official 4.4 doesn't exist.

I am assuming that you are a sprint s3 user
On other hand you may have received an updated release of 4.3

You are both so right my dear friends. Verizon released an oddly-timed 4.3 bug fix. It was not supposed to be a 4.4.2 update after all.
chapter eriwit
Actually it's 4.3 the last ota update.. and 4.4.2 is not here yet..and it would not be there for monthes..:crying:

Updating with PC companion while rooted

Hi, all.
Today I installed the PC companion on my computer, and I proceeded through the requisite steps to update to 5.0.2. It's currently in the updating process, but I just realized that I forgot to unroot it (I used KingRoot to root stock kitkat to avoid unlocking the bootloader) and I've heard that root can interfere with OTA's, causing them to fail. Has anybody here tried updating a rooted device "as is" (that is, without taking the time to unroot before OTA), and have you guys encountered any issues doing so, either in the process of updating or after the update has been completed? Just want to know if there are any consequences to what may be a mistake.
That's no problem at all

I use this thread instead of creating another one, I'm unlocked, should I update (once 5.1 is available) through pc companion, or is it not recommended? I remember not to accept any OTA, but I don't remember if it's safe to update via pc companion...

I have updated through PCC, never a problem. Here in the US.

Are you on unlocked bootloader?

I've updated my rooted device using the PC Companion, but it requires me re-locking the bootloader temporary, then unlocking and rooting it again after the update.
At the moment however there is no way to root 5.1

Any idea on how to update ADB on Chromebook?

I'm trying to flash Marshmallow on my Nexus 7 but it says I have to update my ADB. Ubuntu hasn't updated their repositories so sudo update won't work.
