Thank you so much! I have it on my nexus 7 2013 and it's fantastic! Many thanks!

What are the recommended gapps? I don't see a link for them.
Thanks

Bank's GApps from Euroskank website work fine for me.

Downloading right now )

Links in the op have been updated with new builds. Enjoy!

Thanks, just wanna point out the links for the screenshot 2 and 3 are missing.
Gonna give the new version a spin. Alright to dirty flash ?
Any feedback from anyone using this rom? I've been running it since yesterday without any sort of problem, no custom kernel, speed seems to be somewhat improved over CM12.1 official nightlies (unless they fixed the stuttering by now).
Many thanks!

Should be fine to dirty flash but if you run into issues, clean flash is the way to go

Working fine for me so far, d855. Didn't reinstall all my apps, but I may have hit skip instead of restore, not sure, half asleep.

Nice! First build was really great and i wasn't expecting such a fast update lol!

So far, so good. Didn't restore my apps, but that might have been me half asleep. Fast, smooth, no issues.

Awesome to see this ROM alive again
Gonna flash later and report how it feels
Thanks for maintaining [emoji106]

This ROM absolutely flies!!!

True. It hasn't let me down so far. Haven't payed attention to battery usage yet but seems similar to stock.
PS - Is there anyone here that tried a custom kernel? Like 777 or Fechda ? Any difference comparing with default kernel ?

Folks seem to jump into changing kernels a bit much lately. Like a fad. See what the default kernel can do first.
Funny, just as I had read that some CM kernels don't like changing GPU to simple_ondemand I was in Kernel Adiutor. Switched CPU governor to conservative, then went to GPU. As soon as I selected simple_ondemand phone went black.
Luckily the gpu settings weren't set on-boot. Heh heh.

D851, multirom.
First build didn't want to work when flashed as a secondary ROM. Stuck at the LG logo for awhile. Pulled battery and tried again. Fell asleep waiting. When I woke up phone was off but battery was not drained. Twrp showed it at 20%. Probably shutdown due to heat.
Tried a clean flash again but replace boot.img with Fechda kernel.
[I don't flash kernels against secondary ROMs anymore - generates an extreme amount of heat. Literally too hot to touch].
With that it quickly went from LG logo to black screen.
But all is good with the 8/30 build. Flashed fine, runs well.
Didn't realize Temasek had so many features. Nice.
Of course had to throw Xposed and GravityBox into the mix to deal with CM's navbar.
Note: On some ROMs, after enabling GravityBox and on reboot, the navbar will be gone. That happens here.
Just open GB from app drawer, go to navigation section, turn on master switch & make sure checkbox is checked. Reboot (can't back out anyway).
Xposed talk is probably not welcome so I threw that in in case it happens to others and probably prevent posts about it.

Thanks for your opinion. I agree, usually most users don't bother booting with the default kernel. I'm culprit of this too. However this time I decided to give a go with the default kernel and so far, so good. Enough options for customization (what one would expect from a stock kernel, no OC, default set of governors and hotplugs, etc..), that's why I asked if anyone tried a third party one. I haven't flashed 31 build yet, considering a clean install.
Usually I don't go for more then a day with cm12, i'm sticking with it! Only issue (as any other aosp rom), the camera, but HDR does a pretty impressive job so it's cool
Must shut up now

Ach! Apparently there's another update? And here I thought I was gonna get a break.

Some functions of Rom Control do not work, one example is Signal/WiFi custom colours.
PACman FAQ
PIE FAQ
Q. What is PIE?
A. PIE is a new way to interact with your notifications. It provides easy gesture based interaction with all your system information without taking up valuable screen space. PIE is what you see in this image.
Q. How do I access Pie?
A. Swipe your finger from the pie gravity edge (default is the bottom) toward the center of your screen. While keeping your finger on the screen, drag your finger to the desired button and release to click.
Q. My PIE doesn't look like the ones in the screenshots. I don't see the Clock or notifications.
A. Notifications work either through the status bar or PIE. If the status bar is enabled, PIE reverts to just the softkeys. To enable the full PIE experience, enable Expanded Desktop by going to Settings -> System -> Power Menu -> Expanded Desktop (Status bar hidden). Access the power menu and turn Expanded Desktop on.
Q. How do I change PIE colors?
A. Go to Settings -> Hybrid Properties -> Interface and change the Navigation bar color.
Q. Buttons or keyboard rows near the edge of my screen are nonresponsive.
A. PIE's trigger area overlay is covering the edge of your screen. Change either the Trigger Area or Pie Gravity in Settings -> System -> PIE Settings.
Q. I don't like PIE, how do I turn it off?
A. To disable PIE set Trigger Area to None in Settings -> System -> Pie Settings. Remember to disable Expanded Desktop to turn status bar on again.
ROM FAQ
Q.Do I need to do a full wipe before installing this ROM?
A. Unless coming from a previous version of PACman it is highly recommended to do a full wipe before installing. This includes coming from ParanoidAndroid ROMs.
Q.What do the settings in Hybrid Properties do?
A. ParanoidAndroid has an extensive guide to the settings at this thread: [GUIDE][PARANOIDANDROID] A Complete Compendium on ParanoidPreferences [PA-Settings] Please do not post questions related to PA Settings in this thread, they are not ROM specific and all we'll do is point you to that thread.
Q.How do I turn on the Navigation Bar??
A.To enable the NavBar open Hybrid Properties, swipe the screen to the right to peek through to the menu.
Select Interface, now set your desired NavBar size with the slider.
Q.Something isn't working. What do I do?
A. First, make sure you are running the latest stable version. For i9100 users, try using the latest Dorimax kernel, for i777 users stick with the CM kernel provided. That should solve half the problems. If it persists, backup data using Titanium and do a full wipe reinstall. If the problem persists, report what it is and what triggers it so the dev can duplicate it.
So here's the story... these 4.4 builds are automated; I am NOT the maintainer nor the developer
I know there are several of you who have known about these builds for a while, but I (and others) felt the right thing to do was to create a new thread pointing to their existence. Think of this as a "portal" thread.
Have fun, be respectful and enjoy PAC!!!
Yeah! This is a great rom. Im so glad you brought this up to date. Can't believe we were all missing out on it for so long

I can't thank IconRunner enough for allowing me to post the new 4.4 thread - it's because of him and @Sblood86 that we have automated builds in the first place.

Been on this ROM for over a month. Only thing I notice that is an annoyance is when your are using messenger and you put the phone down and it goes to the lock screen. When you go back to unlock the phone the swipe circle is way off the screen.

That's bc it locked in landscape mode. I've seen that on other ROMs. Are you the latest nightly?
Ah. Just tested again and locked the phone in landscape. It was off the screen when I unlocked it. Good find. Yes I'm on the 4/17 nightly. It has happened on every night as far as I can remember. Been using pacrom 4.4 since it came out.

Just installed it today (4/17). I can confirm the above as well. But other than that it has been doing great so far.
I have the same problem as I have since I found PAC ROM, I can only use it first time install and boot after a shut down or reboot it always got stuck at the "Samsung Galaxy SII" boot screen and does nothing else. I was hoping it would not do that this time around.
Sent From My SCH-I800 Running Kit Kat
I installed this last night, very sluggish until I changed over to ART, and it's pretty snappy. I'm still trying to figure out how to go through and test the init.d settings, but for now, it's a keeper.

Well what I did was the following
Used a ROM wipe script
Wiped davlik, system, and cache
Rebooted recovery
Installed PAC and gapps
Wiped only davlik and cache rebooted recovery again
Wiped davlik and cache and rebooted into system
I have rebooted with my breath held and the three times I rebooted it came back but my trust is still low on each reboot

I'd Google this before you try it if you don't know what it does. It's very experimental
I went back to 3/31/14 build because I thought it was a little faster. Not much. I'll try enabling ART for the 4/19/14 build. I see it is a newer/replacement runtime for dalvik. I didn't know if there was any manual config that needed to be done via scripts.
EDIT: So I enabled ART. Took about 10 minutes to fully boot up. Seems to run smoother and not as jerky than using dalvik.
Almost time for a new phone. Going to wait until the LG G3 hits the stores to decide. That looks like it is going to be the winner though.
Is there any way to fix the landscape lock screen bug without flashing the new nightly?

My builds are set up to build 11 devices every day with the latest Vanir Sources. Now I can't promise every nightly will work but most of the *SHOULD*. I have tested the builds that my scripts have spat out before and they all work just as well as if I did it by hand. This just saves me time and effort. I am also looking for a easy way to mirror. Google Drive is just super easy to upload to with my scripts but I would love to have a mirror that updates automatically too. Let me know if you have ideas.

So I run since 2 days VanirAOSP.
Does it mean I can flash your version over Original one?

They have the exact same base just with new stuff added on top for my builds so it *SHOULD* be fine, but I make no promises. When dirty flashing there is ALWAYS a risk to be had. I dont see any reason why it wouldn't work. Just be prepared to wipe if you flash and run into weird errors.
To be careful I would:
Wipe (/system, /cashe, /davlik)
Flash Rom and Gapps of your choice
Flash Kernel or Fixes you want (Many kernels dont work properly with vanir but I know uber does with the fixes I have made for it.
Reboot to system.

AOSP Kernels need to edit the Ramdisk in order to be used with vanir because it is a CAF-Hybrid. Uber has scripts that it runs when it is installed to make these edits, but MANY kernels do not. I find it doubtful that franco would. The main changes that need to be changed are the PM Drivers because the Vanir Kernel uses CAF one and AOSP use AOSP ones so you need to change where it searches for the PM drivers in the ramdisk.
If you run an incombaitble kernel your battery will drain to no end. if you look in the battery status it will say that the android system is draining all the battery by keeping the device awake. (Basicly the PM drivers arent running) The way to fix this is to edit the ramdisk. There are like 20 lines or so you need to edit. It can be done manually but you cant mess it up or you might get a bricked phone.
The uber fix I have listed fixes some audio bugs that uber and other AOSP kernels have with vanir. In short it is do-able to make franco combatible with Vanir, but the scripts aren't in place and franco would need to do or someone who wants to kang his work.
Any chance of getting disable power menu on lockscreen?

Check battery settings, power saving mode.
For AT&T I use LTE & 3G , when screen is locked battery savings is activated from 12 to 12 .
Just move the white button down one like @Williamsss said

Using T-Mobile and I double and triple checked the APN settings maybe something with the actual T-Mobile network

Thanks for that awesome rom, super fast and solid as a rock, full of features, some that I never see on other rom like otg usb notification unmount, it's the best rom that i tried on my tab pro, continue your great job
Thank you so much for making a thread. Ive had your first build for a while. To update should i just flash on top of temasek and wipe dalvik?

I did that and a got problem with head up
With clean install result is perfect
Thanks, works well. Some quirks:
Xposed doesn't work, bootloop even with no modules. I've tried several times. If you try take a backup first, the only way out of the bootloop is restore or reflash the ROM, You can dirty flash.
I can't get the app bar to auto hide. Turned it off.
Clear all in recents still kills everything, no matter the setting for leave foreground task.
What is up with the halo around a heads up notification? My phone does it as well, using a custom cm12.1 with addons similar to this ROM. Yuk.
Overall a great ROM, fc issues gone I have to refute the Titanium advice, use it all the time and is the only way I can bear swapping ROMs so easily. I have no problems with it unless going from Android 5.x to 4 since the files systems aliases are different. Use restorecon if you do this.

I wouldn't install xposed on such a feature heavy rom. It would be fine on cm or euphoria but temasek has a lot of stuff. There is bound to be conflicts when trying to add features to an already feature packed rom.

Thanks, each to his own. I rather like XToast
This is the first ROM that won't even boot after flashing the Xposed zip. Including the previous Temasek. Just thought I would mention it, perhaps save someone the bother.
Cheers.

I've just discovered titanium doesn't work. I know it was in the first post but was able to restore all apps no problem. Now it can't see any. That's a deal breaker. Back to cm.

I used TB without a problem. This is a very smooth ROM. I had a few small problems with Resurrection, this one seems perfect! Even the occasional slow down or freeze is gone.
Thanks for the great work, vasumit!
Cheers,
Rich
Flashed this today to get rid of that damn touchwiz lag...Works good so far.
I can't get screen cast to work...is it working for anyone else.?
Wow another ROM from your hand I am currently using your Resurrection ROM and besides the play services stopping now and then its a great ROM.
I am a bit confused by the fact that you are now on your third or fourth ROM for the 320. Is it like an evolution? So this Temasek is then the new best thing? What should be my strategy in choosing amongst your great ROMs?

Now make your choice

Great ROM for the Sm T320!! Tried all of your ROM's and like this one the best so far. Love the options we have. Regarding the processor what do you feel is the best settings to have chosen?? FIOPS a good option here?? What would clock this thing the best??

Depend if for you it's performance or battery life is the most important
Did you saw thoses threads

http://androidmodguide.blogspot.ca/p/io-schedulers.html
Maybe it will help you for choosing the good Governor and scheduler for you
Many combinations can be done,
Me I'm using smartmax and sio,
Run smooth, good battery life
But not the best benchmark score
Stock setup interactive and row give best performance
I hope that will help you

Flash the ROM at your own risk.
I accept NO responsibility for what you do (or can't do) with your own device. I am not responsible for bootloops, fruitloops or frickazees.
I DO accept responsibility for: Thermonuclear detonation & Zombie Apocalypse.
1) Backup & Factory reset then flash in recovery:
TWRP 3.0.0-0 (if anyone flashes with a higher version, please report)
2) Flash Gapps (recommend micro) - http://opengapps.org/
3) Screen will blank after a few minutes on the initial startup after flashing, the first boot may take several minutes (be patient, it will boot)
I started compiling this ROM as Unofficial because I have been using AICP exclusively for 2 years (on M7 & now Bacon) and figure if no one objects I can share some of the work. This is my HOBBY.
With that I say THANK YOU AICP (LorD ClockaN, n3ocort3x & semdoc along with their entire dev team) for bringing such terrific work to our devices. Special thanks to LorD ClockaN (motivation, encouragement, help & backbone of Official AICP), Pranav Cherukupalli & the legwork for the sources & kernels by Amaradeep Arora.
I make no claim to doing any more than compiling and making minor changes to what I want from the build. I own this device and enjoy making some minor modifications & tinkerings - I hope you will also. PEACE.
Basic Changes from "Official" AICP Rom:
OTA is NOT enabled on my build
(dirty flashing an "Official" over my build & vice versa does work, most changes I made are cosmetic with some cherri-picks)
I don't recommend "backwards" flashing dirty - so check the build dates
Custom Boot Animation
Unofficial AICP Logos [WIP]
Custom App for Unofficial Wallpapers (Thank you Jason Townley for the awesome Game or ROMs screen)
Latest APK file for wallpaper app must be manually installed to upgrade if dirty flashing >>> https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=51312

Please do not use issues with these builds to ask for help on the official thread. If you get an error, random reboot, etc. attach a logcat to any requests for help if possible. - Thank you
Recommended Gapps:
MUST flash 7.1 Gapps on the latest build. Tested with Slim's Revisited & opengapps / both boot fine.
Sim Revisited Gapps
TWRP 3.0 - Read this entire page first! If you flash with a higher version, please comment and let us know if it is successful.
- Nandroid / Backup your device!
- Standard factory reset wipe (recommended unless dirty flashing over THIS build)
- Flash Rom
- Flash Gapps 7.1
- Reboot

New build 12/14 - new (WIP) TWRP Flashable boot-animation
The 12/12 build was constantly freezing up on me. I was using open gapps and I had a calendar has stopped working report. I was forced to stop using it because of the crashes were happening too often so I didn't get to notice more bugs.
I am downloading the 12/14 build and hope to test it tomorrow. Thanks
---------- Post added at 05:13 AM ---------- Previous post was at 04:40 AM ----------
So spent a little time with it. I turned Google now on tap on and it said Google has crashed. Did that twice and then it stopped trelling me it wasn't working.
Also, when I tried to delete some quick settings buttons, the system ui would crash
That all I noticed but very nice Rom man. Buttery smooth.
Oh, BTW, I noticed I can't customize what the back button does but I can the menu and home button. Is that like that for all mm roms? I've been trying to find one but haven't seen one yet.
I haven't tried gravity box but on other mm roms, gravity box wasn't working. They may have updated it now but at least about a week ago it wasn't working.

Are you using opengapps? I don't use Google Now because of the battery drain, but I tried on the latest build and didn't get any crash with "Ok Google" from voice activated or from the search bar.
I had issues with editing quick settings buttons on 12/12 build (actually reboot), 12/14 was more stable I think too. My 12/12 build was compiled early in the AM (05:22AM), later that day there were some merges for settings tiles that may have not made it into that build. There have been some more changes according to gerritt - I will re-sync and compile again this afternoon.

Yes. Exactly, except the newest build I can not change quick setting buttons. Also, Google now on tap doesn't work. I have not used it yet because no mm roms I've used works with it yet... Haven't tried a lot of mm roms.
Dev for this, will you please add customizable back button. I've got way to used to it on roms now. I don't like doing xposed cause its one more thing to screw up for me. Regardless, I will prolly just set the menu button up if the back key isn't added.

I would like to suggest a feature for this ROM?
Sure, post it under the "Feature Wish" section in our Google+ Community, though we're not planning on adding more features to this ROM, ATM. We'll certainly look into it.
Does the zip include SuperSU, or should I flash it separately?
Yes, it's included!
Hey, I've heard about this thing called Citrus from <source unknown>, what's it about?
Pheww.... How did you find out? It's a WIP project. Don't listen to others, it could be a lie!
So, I've this working build ready for an unsupported device. I would like to go official with it. What should I do?
It's really simple, get us a few screenshots of everything working (especially The Wings). Contact Rohit Poroli/Adarsh MR

Does it have the same GPS bug as CM13?
Wi-fi not working on Benschold/kernels based on it.
Other than that, love the rom! I'm gonna see if I can find a way to resolve the wi-fi problem.

GPS working fine here.. Not 1 issue with it. Faster GPS lock than on Oxygen (at least for me) and since it's AOSP based I would assume it is absent.

Boeffla is also CM13 based, works fine on the rom. This is the only AOSP based rom I've tried where benschold doesn't work.
I'm gonna try to pull out the wifi stuff from it.

I know. I just assumed the issue was because the rom was AOSP based but who knows. But if you do get anywhere with it be sure to let me know. Can send me a PM so we don't clutter the thread.

Notification slider settings does nothing and reset to default when I leave the menu.
Also I find no option for Sim 2 ringtone.
Sometimes at screen transitions the screen glitches.
Clean install, Pico open gapps

I can't vouch for SIM 2 as I only use 1 ... I've not seen any flickering but the alert slider, while it functions, customizing the settings do not stick for me either. Not sure what kind of log could be used for that since there's no visible errors.. the only issue I have is the text in some places seems too dark? If you switch to the dark theme you can barely see the secondary text.. like it's black on slightly lighter black...
Hello, compass won't work,, slider customization change as no effects, long press home button not launch google now, sim 2 not use lte only 2g, somes network modes isn't hide for my sim operator. data usage show only one sim.
But it's greate rom for battery life and reactivity
I'm change my custom rom base to this one

Thanks for the feedback, the team is working hard to make it upto the mark. OnePlus 2 is dual sim phone, it was only for Single sim when made ! Team will be making the base compatible with dual sim phones soon **
