[KERNEL TWEAKS] Jedikernel G3 [3.0] [V1.6.2 STABLE-TESTING] [11-18-2015] - Verizon LG G3

###########################################################################################################################
These kernel settings are dead! They will not be updated or worked on. Support has ended for them! If you want to keep using settings like this but that are better please switch to the Nebula Kernel!
Here is a link to the new kernel settings for the Nebula Kernel!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/kernel-settings-nebulakernel-rev10-2-1-t3258520
##############################################################################################################################
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! MIGHT NOT WORK FOR ALL G3!!
MAKE BACKUP OF YOUR DEVICE BEFORE USING THESE FILES!!!
Please Do not change or mod these settings or re-release them! If you do i will hunt you down and murder your favorite pet and turn them into a nice steak! [That was a joke......]
This thread is for setting i made for the LG G3 Verizon Wireless (vs985)
These settings are to be used with SetCPU and Trickster Mod (You'll need Trickster Mod donate pack to restore the Trickster Mod backup settings)
These settings .zip are not flashable. You will need to unzip the pack ON DEVICE.
PACK includes:
SetCPU profiles:
Multimedia - Other, Multimedia - Photos, Multimedia - Music, Multimedia - Video, Multimedia - Camera, Emulator- MyBoy!, Social, Google Chrome, GPS Navigation and Maps [NO ACTIVE], Phone/Contacts, HIGH TEMP!! 170+oF+!!, Games (HD-Large), Games (HD-Small), Charging (AC/USB), Screen Off, Everyday Use. Those are the profiles in the SetCPU pack. They are still being tweaked!
Trickster Mod Setting: EXTREME Undervolting, On_demand Governor tweaking, minfree_Control (RAM Management), 1512 i/o fiops, and some other awesome things! They are still being tweaked!
Install directions for these files:
1. Download the .zip file from this page
2. Unzip pack
3. Put the LG G3 CM12.x JediKernel 3.0 [1.x] [2.88GHz].setcpu.json in the root of your onboard SD card partition. SetCPU will find the files on its own when you go and restore it
4. Put the LG G3 (vs985) CM12.1 JediKernel 3.0 2.88GHz [09-19-2015] file in the tm_profiles folder in the on board SD card partition.
Then go into Trickster Mod and touch restore and select the latest version of the files
5. Download NOMone Resolution Changer and set your Resolution to 1080 x 1920 with the DPI settings of 320! This is just something i forgot to add! This will help you get MAXIMUM proformance and battery life since your display will not be pushing a 1440p resolution! LINK TO APP [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nomone.resolution_changer&hl=en]
6. ENJOY THESE FILES and you're instantly AWESOME LG G3!
I do not take ANY credit AT ALL for the making of the kernel! I did not build the KERNEL! All credit goes to @ptmr3 !
These settings ONLY work on the JediKernel! If you use the Trickster Mod Settings on any other kernel the device will crash and boot loop
DOWNLOAD THIS BADASS KERNEL FROM THIS BADASS DEV!
Kernel link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/ver.../kernel-jedikernel-g3-1-0-08-20-2015-t3183997
GeekBench scores in the image i added!

2. Single Core: 1071 | Multi Core 3502
[CHANGELOG]
09-12-2015: [V1.0 Stable]
1.Release of the pack!
2.Release pack date isn't current but it's the newest/latest build/compile of the settings pack.
09-18-2015: [V1.1 Stable]
1. SetCPU: Multimedia-Camera Added Open camera
2. SetCPU: Google Chrome lowered MAX CPU Freq from 1959MHz to 1728MHz for stability
3. Trickster Mod: Much needed CPU voltage tweaking! Now more stable but keeping extreme undervolting and keeping temp down and saving battery
4. Trickster Mod: OnDemand Governor tweaking. Now CPU and GPU play nicely together. If any lag or frame drops were in the last build it is most likely gone.
09-19-2015: [V1.2 Stable]
1. SetCPU: Nothing changed!
2. Trickster Mod: CPU voltages raised for more stability!
3. Trickster Mod: OnDemand Governor tweaked. Still testing can't tell if it drops performance or raised it up a bit!
09-19-2015: [V1.2-1 Stable]
1. Added Kernel Adiutor support! READ FILE INSTALL DIRECTIONS ABOVE! [STILL IN TESTING STAGE]
09-23-2015: [V1.3 STABLE]
1. Trickster Mods: Fixed CPU voltage setting for more system stability.
2. Trickster Mod: Reverted back to On Demand settings that were in V1.1!
3. SetCPU: No Change. Changes coming next version build release!
4. Kernel Adiutor: Turns out the settings i released for this app don't work. The file in this pack has not been updated nor does it work from what i have heard from a tester!
10-01-2015: [V1.4 STABLE]
1. Trickster Mod: Fixed CPU voltages! Its more stable now!
2. Trickster Mod: Updated On-Demand Governor! I tweaked the settings a little bit! The user can try the setting if they want! By default it is 0.2 but 0.3 is the testing settings (That is if it shows both!)
3. SetCPU: Multimedia - Video: Added Popcorn Time Remote
4. SetCPU: Google Chrome: Put MAX CPU freq/speed from 1728MHz to 1958MHz
5. SetCPU: Charging (AC/USB): Put MAX CPU freq/speed from 2572MHz to 2457MHz
6. SetCPU: Screen Off: Changed Governor from conservative to On Demand for better proformance when waking the display hopefully battery life will not change. Please change the Governor to conservative because On Demand drains a little battery. It sat in 268MHz for a hour because the Governor was being hyperactive!
7. GPU Navigation and Maps NOW enabled and added Maps (Google Maps) The reason it was disabled was because i was having issues with it not switching to profile when Google Maps was opened. Still testing this profile! Tell me if you got it to work and how!
11-08-2015: [V1.5 STABLE]
1.Trickster Mod: Fixed/tweaked the Voltages! The devices seems more stable for me but i still tweaking the to get the most out of the device!
2.Trickster Mod: The OnDemand Governor was tweaked but i'm still using the 0.2 version because it seems to be the most perfect for everything!
3. SetCPU: I made too many changes and upgrades to the profiles to be able to write them all down. I made to new profiles Games HD large and small.
11-11-2015: [V1.6 STABLE-TESTING]
1. SetCPU: Changed MAX CPU freq for Screen Off profile from 576MHz down to 499MHz
2. SetCPU: Added TrueCaller and TrueDialer to the Phone, Contacts profile
3. SetCPU: Tweaked some other small things that forgot.
4. Trickster Mod: Complete Redo/Remake of the already extreme under voltage settings! This is still be tweaked! Not 100% stable yet. I've had a few crashing while using my phone.
11-13-2015: [V1.6.1 STABLE-TESTING]
1. SetCPU: No changes. Comes with the same file that is in 1.6 STABLE-TESTING package
2. Trickster Mod: More speaking of the voltages. Still have crashing here and there but i'm still working on perfecting it!
SEE NEWEST/LATEST THREAD POST TO SEE THE VOLTAGE TABLE COMPARED TO STOCK VOLTAGES!
11-18-2015: [V1.6.2 STABLE-TESTING]
1. SetCPU: Camera: Changed Max frew from 1728 to 1958 and changed governor from conservative to OnDemand.
2. SetCPU: Multimedia Video: Changed Max freq from 1958 to 1728 because i kept getting crashing while playing YouTube videos in 720p 60FPS
3. SetCPU: Multimedia Music: Changed Max freq from 2265 to 1958 because i was getting better battery life with Google Play Music.
4. Trickster Mod: Tweaking of the voltages. It's a lot more stable now! I'm getting a whole day of battery life with light to medium use and still get 80% of battery at the end of the day!
Please report back after updating!
If you encounter any device crashing please tell me

Looks awesome bro, good work!

@madmaxx
Thanks for sharing your setting.
Just a suggestion, but wouldn't it be easier to use Synapse and share the profile vs using two apps. Maybe you have your reasons so don't take this as anything other than me thinking out loud.

None taken! The reason I use these 2 apps are because Synapse is horrible! (My opinion) if you would perfery I can try to build my settings into that app for those who use it! Tomorrow I'll be releasing a new build of the files with much need tweaking.

Na man, no worries. Was more curious than anything. Synapse for me personally just has too many settings and for someone like me more ways to make a hot mess. Lol
I use kernel adiutor mainly because its baked into the rom and one less app I need to install.

I use that app too! I can build setting files for it!
After looking for a way to backup settings in kernel adiutor. i couldnt find a way to back them up. If you know how then please tell me! If i can back them i will upload them in the next update.

I'm not 100%, but this should be what to do...
In the app Tools/Profile/hit the + tab/tic select all or ?/ and it creates the settings profile
This part I'm willing to test with you. In your file explorer app go to the root tab.
/data/data/com.grarak.kerneladiutor/files/profiles.json
This is the profile you created. I'm assuming if I placed your file in the same folders on my device I would see the profile you created.

What i did is i used a app called NOMone Resolution Changer to change the resolution to 1080p with the DPI to 320. Putting the resolution to 1080p helps in battery life and proformance!
I'm running CM12.1! Check out the JediROM! Its by the same dev that made the kernel! I don't use it but its still a great ROM! I prefer CM12.1 [I make the kernel settings]

Ah, yes. I've used that many times. Prefer to stay on 1440p due to the extra crispiness of the small text, but I have seen some small battery savings doing 1080p.
Thanks for your setup, I am playing around with it to tweak to my liking.

That doesn't depends on kernel, app will adapt on any kernel if it support overclock (all kernels in mini and mini pro does support oc)
I've tested and works perfectly...!

Good work D4!!
and the app it's really small 33KB!!
just suggestions:
1
it's possible to have the stability test in a single option too?
...not linked to the save as safe feature??
2
..to write somewhere the swipe options
just in case of memory loss
thanks

I will do your first suggestion, was already planned, the other one i dont know if is so relevant
It seems my kernel doesn't support over clocking
The sliders are not moving, I guess I will have to replace the kernel. which one do you suggest? I have an Arc S.

Could you tell me your Kernel's name (even better upload a screenshot of about phone in settings)?, also 2 more things, is your phone rooted, and did you allow superUser permissions to simple OC ?
Hi,
I cannot choose any IO schedulers - I have only 'noop' in every governor.
HTC Desire Z here and my kernel is 2.6.35.14-Andromadus-Flinny-v1 (from Andromadus ICS v8 rom).
Any suggestion?
Greets & thx for the app!
can i use this to underclock stock kernel?

Can you upload a screenshot?, that may be because your kernel only supports noop io scheduler.
EDIT: On my stock kernel with no custom io schedulers, the list is reduced, so that does means your kernel only supports Noop scheduler.

Im not sure, but i will try and say you
EDIT: Yes you can, but with the new version, will release soon. Also, sliders cant be moved if your kernel does not support overclock, but you can setup easily a powersave governor, wich will underclock your cpu
universal?
what devices does this app support? all androids running 2.2+ or just xperia? i would assume that with SetCPU mentioned in the op that it is universal, but wanted to make sure. TIA

My aim is to make it universal and lightweight as hell! ill need support from all devices owners, for now, it should work on any device, anyway please test it. I will release a "more universal" version soon, im talking about 2 days, almost done now.
ok nice app but its been done alread about the exac same thing with NOFRILLS CPU thats out in the market for free and has been out longer and suports more languages . so dont know why this app got recognition on xda while nofrills cpu didnt and its been out longer... if anyone intrested look up nofrills cpu its the same thing ..... ps. im not tolling or hateing just thought id point it out ...

[KERNEL][TouchWiz] TerraBuzz [22 May][PR2.7][STweak][OC/UV][CPU/GPU/MDNIE/BATTERY]

I am creating this TerraBuzz kernel for my Galaxy Note2 N7105 that suits my daily usage.
There is no cutting edge and fancy development for this kernel as I made is as close as stock kernel based on source code provided by Samsung. Only cherrypick modification/enhancement from other developer to be implemented in my kernel.
I also remove some unecessary debug and log to make this kernel as light as possible.
Most of the credit goes to all developers listed.
Very-very big thank you and credit to:
1. Samsung who provide the source code
2. Great Developer AndreiLux (Perseus)
3. Great Developer Adam (Wanam)
4. Great Developer FranciscoFranco
5. Great Developer Simone201
6. Great Developer Andip71
7. Great Developer Speedmod
8. Great Developer Tegrak
9. Great Developer Faux123
10. Great Beta Tester (TerraBuzz, Romie, Chris, 07ex and many friends from Kaskus)
11. To whom I cherrypicked your coding/development
Feature:
1. exFAT support
2. Additional scheduler BFQv5r1, SIO (default), VR
3. CPU Governor: Performance, PegasusQ, TerraBuzzQ (default)
4. Lower GPU threshold from 160 MHz to 266 MHz
5. Dynamic Sync Control
6. Reduced Samsung Battery Monitor Wakelock

There is an interface for charging current and volt... It is adjustable via STWEAK...
As usual, you need to follow these steps in order to make the setting is available:
1. Reset STWEAK to default.
2. Delete a whole folder in /DATA/.TERRATWEAK
3. Flash the new kernel
4. Let it boot and settle
Then you can play around with STWEAK again...

TerraBuzzQ CPU Governor explanation
I tried a few CPU governor which can suit my preferences that turn off CPU core in the load is light to save battery.
And I come to LulzactiveQ by Tegrak that initially I think this is suitable for me. Nobody is using this governor for Note2 and I dare myself to try it on my own.
Later on, I modified the source code for LulzactiveQ to remove some parts that I don't need and create my own logic for this cpu governor.
There are 3 threshold for CPU load:
High Threshold = 100%
Up Threshold = 60%
Down Threshold = 30%
If CPU load = High Threshold (CPU Load = 100%)
CPU scaling per 200 MHz until it reaches maximum frequency 1600 MHz.
If Up Threshold < CPU Load <= High Threshold (CPU Load between 61% and 99%)
CPU scaling per 100 MHz until it reaches 1400 MHz and stop at that point.
If Down Threshold < CPU Load < Up Threshold (CPU Load between 31% and 60%)
CPU scaling per 100 MHz until it reaches 1200 MHz and stop at that point.
If CPU Load <= Down Threshold (CPU Load less than 30%)
CPU down to lowest frequency 200 MHz.
By this logic, TerraBuzzQ governor suits my daily usage patern and tested by beta tester team that battery life is great and no lag encounter in heavy game such as Real Racing 3.

Buglist:
-
Old changelog:
0.9.7-beta:
- Added "Statistics of the processor." Thanks to @storm717 for the source code of CpuSpy!
- Added "Selecting frequencies". Although you can't disable 800 MHz and 1000 MHz, app still sends a command to enable these frequencies after a reboot.
- Added steps for extreme undervoltage for 100 MHz, 200 MHz, 400 MHz.
- Added checkbox "Disable second core."
- Added a choice of states for APE_OPP and DDR_OPP. But, strangely, only when choose the state 0 for apeopp and ddropp, the values don't change in mcde_screenon_opp, when choosing other states, apeopp and ddropp changes without problems. Nevertheless, thanks to @ChronoMonochrome for the help!
- Returned those settings that have been removed in the last version, but I removed the choice of presets for minfree - think of another implementation.
- Fixed bln_wakelock after a reboot.
0.9.6-beta:
- Optimization of the application for stock firmwares was performed.
- Added CPU activity. Now it is possible to change a governor, frequencies of the processor and schedulers of internal and external memory, and also change undervolting for each frequency on r2.17!
- Added the way of change of swap storages for stock.
- Added two Holo themes and two system themes. If you use stock firmware, MIUI (etc), you can choose system theme for apply firmware theme in app. Please, don't write if system theme will be coincide with Holo and Material themes on AOSP-based roms.
- Added "Enable increased smoothness" setting. Thank you, ChronoMonochrome!
- Added "Set a preset for minfree" setting.
- Added readahead for external storage.
- Added "Disable NovaThor Settings" (it will be "frozen" and hidden).
- Added touchboost for interactive and Zenx.
- Rewritten path options for dt2w and s2w (for r2.17).
- Fixed activation bln_wakelock.
- BLN and "Disable NovaThor Settings" items for stock firmwares are not available. Unfortunately, I did not manage to see the work BLN on stock. If someone gets enabled BLN (of course, without Xposed), please let me know.
- Removed unnecessary options and settings (at the time r2.17).
0.9.5-beta:
- added "Enable zRam". It works with init.d script.
- added choice of themes (please, test the Holo Light theme).
- choice of modules of file system is added (exfat, nilfs2, ntfs).
- added creating a dmesg is added to "Settings". Now logcat, dmesg and kmsg are created with time tag.
- option "Disable Autoboost" in GPU is returned. Thanks, Kolan007!
- change of readahead is corrected (this setting is used listpreference)
- path to a touchboost is changed.
0.9-beta:
- Initial release for xda

Ok, let's get started.

1) Screen: Enable Touch boost: This set "only" APE boost to ON - Maybe an switch for DDR boost (bt404_ddr_boost) and an switch for each value for APE/DDR (25/50/100) would also be nice.
2) I/O: read_ahead_kb values are not set correctly - This was and is an error which was in NTsettings since beginning
3) CPU Undervolting: This could be a bit dangerours because the original setting of Chrono is already well optimized - even -12,5/25 could force reboot - Especially for the higher freq from 800-1200. Maybe its better only to undervolt the lower steps (further testing needed)

1. I did not do it because I have difficulties in the interpretation of APE/DDR :/
2. I'll think about how to fix it
3. I have no problem with increasing the voltage to 75.0 as well as with decreasing voltage to 75.0.
Anyone having difficulty with that?

1. Maybe @ChronoMonochrome can say a word to touchbooster and the infuence of APE/DDR and thier values 25/50/100
3. Yes I had... I set (just for a short test) to -50 and got instant reboot. As I said: I think Chronos voltage table for higher freq is well optimized and already quite low...
I'm using latest Rel R2.14.5 - I don't know for which kernel version you optimzed your Settings?!
As far as I know Chrono changed the LiveOPP table in the newer releases, also.

The values for voltage are selected in accordance with 2.14.3, including the values taken from the init.d script "00liveopp_voltage_fix".
Please read this for test undervoltage.

I left here the concrete APE/DDR settings, because by kernel supported as lowest states as APE25/DDR25. For powersaving we can change these values via interface /sys/devices/pri_lcd_ws2401.0/mcde_screenon_opp (don't remember if s6d has it - will reimplement soon). By default are used DDR50/APE50(APE25/DDR25 are causing problems on some phones like display blinking, long wakeup time etc.), and touchbooster set APE100 when you touch the screen For good smoothness usually enough APE100/DDR50 which are defaults for touchscreen interfaces. For more smoothness set also DDR100 (but I think it will drain the battery too fast).
3. Yes I had... I set (just for a short test) to -50 and got instant reboot. As I said: I think Chronos voltage table for higher freq is well optimized and already quite low...

There are no big changes in compare with old TC's kernels. It's almost same voltage table as in liveopp 1.0.1, and IMO only one stable for most users. Although it's not well optimized in term of powersaving, because some steps use same voltage. I also admit that it's not good idea to lower voltage for all steps by same value - because some steps can't be undervolted even by -50 mV, when some steps can use as low undervoltage as -275 mV.
One more thing to mention:
GPU: The checkbox for deactivating Mali Boost is missing. Therefore the setting in "Clock Speed" (Set static gpu clock speed) has no function because Mali Boost is alway on...

Take your time - no hurries!
Regarding readhead: 512 is set OK after an reboot- if you change to 1024 it shows as 1152 in file. Looks like the more you change the value (without reboot) the more the value changegs to a wrong direction... For me it looks like that there is an calculation error somewere...
I set 1024 (via init.d) after I set now 512 in app it shows as 640 in file
If I go back to 1024 in app it will give me 1152
2048 gives me 2048 - strange
Back to 512 gives me again 640... etc....
Next time 2048 in app gives me now 2176 - more than strange
EDIT
Looks like there is somewhere an "128 error" in calculation....

Really a problem in mathematical calculations. How it works now:
(("displayed value" / "128"+"1")*"128"="result".
Example:
(("4096"/"128")+ "1")*"128"="4224").
I tried to replace 1 to 0, but the value is set back one step. I will think that how to fix it.
The easiest solution is replace the way of setting value on listpreference (like in FSync settings).

And nothing happens... Only this moving circle saying "please wait..."

[KERNEL SETTINGS] NebulaKernel Rev10.2.1-OC3 [2.88GHz][V1.2 STABLE] [11-26-2015]

THIS THREAD IS MOST LIKELY DEAD SINCE I MOVED IT INTO THE MAIN LG G3 DEVELOPMENT PAGE!!
NEW LINK http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development/kernel-settings-nebulakernel-rev10-2-1-t3258520
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! MIGHT NOT WORK FOR ALL G3!!
MAKE BACKUP OF YOUR DEVICE BEFORE USING THESE FILES!!!
Please Do not change or mod these settings or re-release them! If you do i will hunt you down and murder your favorite pet and turn them into a nice steak or i'll just have to hunt you down and ding dong ditch your house > [That was a joke......]
Multimedia - Other, Multimedia - Photos, Multimedia - Music, Multimedia - Video, Multimedia - Camera, Emulator- MyBoy!, Social, Google Chrome, GPS Navigation and Maps [ACTIVE], Phone/Contacts, HIGH TEMP!! 170+oF+!!, Games (HD-Large), Games (HD-Small), Charging (AC/USB), Screen Off, Everyday Use. Those are the profiles in the SetCPU pack. They are still being tweaked! Every Profile is different and might have different governors and I/O Schedulers
Trickster Mod Setting: EXTREME Undervolting, On_demand Governor tweaking, minfree_Control (RAM Management), 1512 i/o fiops BOST SDCARD AND INTERNAL STORAGE,Sound controls and some other awesome things! They are still being tweaked!
Install directions for these files:
1. Download the .zip file from this page
2. Unzip pack
3. Put the LG G3 CM12.x NebulaKernel 10.3-T2 [1.0] [3.03GHz].setcpu.json in the root of your onboard SD card partition. SetCPU will find the files on its own when you go and restore it
4. Put the LG G3 (vs985) CM12.1 NebulaKernel 10.3-T2 3.03GHz [11-21-2015] file in the tm_profiles folder in the onboard SD card partition.
Then go into Trickster Mod and touch restore and select the latest version of the files
5. Change your DPI to 350 because it will make the 1440p display look beautiful and perfect and like it should look! For some reason i cant get the system to change the resolution to 1080p anymore. I guess something in CM12.1 messed that up but what ever!
6. ENJOY THESE FILES and you're instantly AWESOME LG G3!
I do not take ANY credit AT ALL for the making of the kernel! I did not build the KERNEL! All credit goes to @Eliminater74 !
These settings ONLY work on the NebulaKernel 10.3-T2l! If you use the Trickster Mod Settings on any other kernel the device will crash and boot loop These settings have only been tested on The Verizon LG G3 model. I do not know if they work on any other model because i do not own them

CHANGELOG
11-21-2015: [V1.0 STABLE-RELEASE]
1. Release of Pack! YAY!!!
2. I had to make some voltage changed to the 3.03GHz step for it to be stable for me! I have to raise the voltage up from 1225 to 1228. So far it's been very stable! Everything is undervolted beautifully!
3. Most of the Governor settings and SetCPU profiles are ported from the Jedi Kernel settings pack but with minor changes like adding per profile I/O Schedulers
11-22-2015: [V1.1 STABLE]
1. SetCPU: I changed Everyday Use MAX cpu freq from 3GHz down to 2.88GHz because 3GHz isn't stable yet. I'm still working on the voltage for it.
2. Trickster Mod: Tweaked voltages to make the device more stable. They aren't perfect yet!
3. Trickster Mod: Tweaking the OnDemand governor for get the highest performance from the 801 CPU.
4. Trickster Mod: Changed GPU governor from Simple-ondemand to msm-adreno-tz because i seem to get better performance with that!
5. If anyone can tell me how to export/backup Kernel Adiutor settings that would be awesome!
11-23-2015: [V1.2 STABLE]
1. SetCPU: Changed Max freq on charging AC/USB from the lower 2.4 to the higher 2.4GHz
2. SetCPU: Changed Max freq on Camera profile to 2419 and changed the governor to ondemand. For better 4K recording.
3. SetCPU: Changed Max Freq on Multimedia-Other to 1574
4. SetCPU: Multimedia-Music Max freq from 1958 to 2265
5. SetCPU: Multimedia-Video Max Freq from 1728 to 1958
6. SetCPU: Google Chrome Max freq from 1958 to 2268 (this profile only supports Chrome Beta)
7. SetCPU: Phone, Contacts Max freq from 806 down to 729 (Trying to see if i can get lower temps in phone calls)
8. Trickster Mod: Changed GPU freq from 657MHz up to 700MHz (This might not work for all! It works PERFECTLY for me!)
9. Trickster Mod: Not sure if this in the today's build but i made some sound settings changes! You might want to change them to your liking!)
10. Trickster Mod: Tweaked some voltages! Trying to have them as low as possible but keeping full stability!
11. These updates will most likely be uploaded everyday!
11-26-2015: [V1.3 STABLE]
1. Trickster Mod: I Tweaked the voltages! I haven't had any crashes unless i try to lower the voltages! So i might have found the perfect voltages for this phone!
2. Trickster Mod: I changed the hotplug from MPDecision to MSM MPDecision because i am getting better proformance with that hotplug. I put a picture of the settings i used in the newest post! Please see them to change your settings in Kernel Adiutor.
3. Trickster Mod: You will need to change the CPU governor Settings manually to the tweaked ones. Change them to 0.2. If you see BS Logic.....Well it speaks for itself! DONT USE IT! IT'S GARBAGE!
4. Trickster Mod: I tweaked the GPU settings See newest post for what to change them to in Kernel Adiutor.
5. SetCPU: I added a low Battery profile today! It will enable when your battery drops before 19% because Android tells you that your battery is low at 15% it's to catch it before it Starts its BS lol
6. SetCPU: I reorganized the profiles! I put screen off on the top of everything else so when you are playing music you can the Screen Off profile enables to save battery life and so on.
7. SetCPU: I also tweaked some profiles but i forget what i did or to what. I've been busy lately so i forgot.
8. I changed my DPI from 330 to 350 and i've been getting WAY better proformance! So that's awesome
9. I got 3 1/2 hours of SOT.
10. I also changed my kernel from the testing version to the more stable version but these settings work on both. You will need to use the stable kernel that supports the 3GHz CPU OC and the 700MHz GPU OC for them to work!
11. Also happy thanksgiving to my fellow Americans and belated happy thanksgiving to my Canadian friends which i have very little about you friends in either! -______-
12. I changed the names to some of the files and the .zip pack
Please report back after updating!
If you encounter any device crashing please tell me
Thanks
new update!
new update!
new update! Happy Thanksgiving!
This is a thread post that goes alongside with the newest version V1.3 STABLE from 11-26-2015.
These are things that you have to set manually yourself!
In the first picture of the Hotplug settings please make sure the minimum cores online is set to one! That was a mistake i made before taking the screenshot! I was scrolling and must have dragged it to 4 somehow

[Abandoned][TruWhite Mod] Kernel Adiutor Settings for Overload Kernel

TruWhite MOD for Overload Kernel by RandomDelta
I have put together my settings for extracting the best performance with minimal effect on battery life from our Le eco Le 2. I have calibrated the display to true paper white colors and increased saturation to emulate AMOLED displays. Some of you may not like that so you can turn down the color saturation. While changing Voltage settings, please note that not all processors are built the same and yours might not be able to withstand the overclock. If for some reason there are random freezes, Just lower the voltage by 5mv after rebooting. The color profile has been extracted from Le eco vivid color mode EUI 5.9 with boosted color saturation . Not all displays are created equal so the color profile may not be perfect for you. Just adjust RGB by ±5 to get what works best for you. Word of caution, while playing games the phone can get pretty warm. If it concerns you, lower the throttle temperature and Temperature limit under thermal at the cost of some performance. Screen on time is 8 hrs at 50% brightness and 6 hrs at 100% brightness. I recommend 90% for optimum usage. Download the attached zip and adjust settings as in the pictures. Performance Is up by 20% from stock settings and battery usage is 5%less than stock settings. Performance test screenshot is also attached.
Hope you like it . Do comment on how you like it
Suggestions and Requests are welcome.

7.Tuned Cpu Voltages to prioritise performance under heavy load and battery under light load.
8. Unable to fix I/O lag. Still looking into how to solve it. Help is appreciated. Virtual Memory needs to be tweaked further.
9. Optimized for Overload Kernel v4.23
This project has been abandoned as Overload Kernel is no longer being updated

Every Version of kernel is different from each other and features pop up and disappear with updates. So certain customizations mentioned in this guide may not be available in a different kernel version. Also, optimum values tend to differ from kernel version to version. So yeah, it'll work in v4.15 but you might not get the best results.
It's good for gaming coz you get a 20% performance boost over stock. You can improve performance further by changing CPU and GPU governers to Performance, increasing minimum CPU and GPU speed, increasing minimum number of big cores online and increasing the temperature limits but it will adversely affect your thermals and battery life.

Wow thanks mate
Love u ?
Update
V1.1 now available.
Will release performance biased mod shortly. Hope you all like it
I can not find the core control setting screen (the one attached)
Why not share the .json profile file directly?

Are you on Overload kernel v4.14. Please ensure that you are. Even if I share the Json file, that setting won't be applied because that setting doesn't exist for the kernel you are on. So it's pointless. Plus to apply the Json file, you need to have the pro version of Kernel Adiutor , which most of us don't. If you want the Json file, it's linked below.
It's the v1.1 Balanced profile

yes, I'm overloaded 4.14 but I can not find the screen in question.
thanks for the .json file, even if you say in effect it does not make much sense unless you can apply the whole configuration. I would like to understand why I do not find the setting, however

Maybe there was some error during the flashing process. You should redownload the kernel And flash it again. It should solve the issue.
Custom settings for Overload Kernel v4.19 has been released
Settings for v4.20 are the same as for v4.19. So I'm not reposting.
Settings for v4.21 will be released soon.
Thanks for the great work
Waiting for v21 TIA
TruWhite MOD v1.3 for overload kernel v4.21 has been released!
I will not be releasing performance biased mod because in my opinion the battery trade off associated is not worth the tiny performance gain.

It's for little CPU. You might be confused. Little CPU max out at 1478mhz in v4.21. Send screenshots . I might be able to help

I sorted out. It was showing wrong info. It was showing 1478mhz in big and 1843mhz in small. LOL. I force stopped app and rebooted phone. Then, it was correct.....Wait for results now:fingers-crossed:
