I've searched a lot for this KDZ, and could finally find it at http://devtester.ro/projects/lg-firmwares/country.php?country=Argentina .
At that page it's stated as a CLARO variant, but I can confirm that it is a NO-CARRIER clean ROM for Argentina. I don't know if it works in other countries. Keep in mind that, even if everything is working perfectly (at least in my Leon), every time you boot your phone, you will receive a little advice saying "Warning! Current version is not available for user. Can't find matchest cust for NT-code..." that means that this is not a ROM meant to be used by users, but devs. That's true, but you can just dismiss that advice, by BACK button and everything work fine without carrier bloatware. Personally, I felt my device more responsive. And I'm (let's see the bright side) *happy* that I needed to try this firmware after a brick, and not having the original KDZ for my carrier. [/B]

How to FLASH it?
You will need to install LG USB drivers, LG Mobile Support tool, download LG FLASH UTILITY 2014, and the KDZ.
I'll show a method taken from this site, the same I've followed: Note that you don't loose any data with this method, unless you factory reset.
INSTALL IN THIS ORDER:
1) LG Mobile Support Tool [atached to this same post]
2) LG United Mobile Driver 3.14.1 https://mega.nz/#!oQV3yS6Y!D2JPtEMfHiAXB5E5jC2lfFH8ZIOVLNhEHju28JtYwfI

After everything has been installed:
1. Remove the battery and put it back in.
2. Hold the Volume Up button (ONLY) while connecting the USB Cable to the PC
3. The Volume up button needs to be held until it reaches download mode (FIRMWARE UPDATE screen)
4. Open device manager in Windows and changed the LGE Mobile USB Serial port to COM 20
5. Open the LG Flash Tool 2014
6. Select Type: 3GQCT
7. PhoneMode: EMERGENCY
8. KDZ : Select the location where the KDZ has been downloaded
9. Click on Normal Flash
10. Click on START. And wait, it will open a new window.
11. On that window, click on "Clear update registry"
12. Country: different country
13. Language: English
14. Click okay and wait for the LG Mobile Support tool to recognize the device. It takes a minute or two but the tool will recognize it. The software starts the extraction and re-boots at %100. WAIT UNTIL IT REBOOTS! It seems to be frozen at 100% or 99$%, but it is NOT!
Once your device is in Android, you can remove USB cable, your device will boot normally, and the device is no longer stuck in a boot loop.

How to avoid bricking it?
Root - In my case I could root it with KingRoot apk, the LATEST FROM THEIR SITE (not xda, not other.. but kingroot site. Others didn't work)
TWRP - Meh, I wouldn't mess with it, if you want to avoid flashing kdz. Everything started there, in my case. TWRP couldn't flash correctly.
SuperSUMe - DO NOT use this! After using it to remove kingroot app and install superSU , reboot & bricked. Another person here told me it worked for him. But in my case that was the 'root' cause for the brick. Maybe the method by W0lf works! At least you can read the script and see what does it do. And it does not cost money... meh

Estuve buscando mucho este KDZ hasta que lo contré en http://devtester.ro/projects/lg-firmwares/country.php?country=Argentina . Ahí está listado como ser de Claro Argentina, pero puedo confirmar que es una version LIMPIA developer, la que usan luego las compañías para llenarlas de bloatware. Ehm, digo, de hermosas utilidades de la empresa. QUizá funcione para otros paises, no lo se. Tené en cuenta que, incluso si todo funciona perfecto (al menos en mi Leon) cada vez que reinicias el celular, vas a tener un pequeño mensaje que dice "Warning! Current version is not available for user. Can't find matchest cust for NT-code..." que significa que la ROm no es para usuarios finales sino developers, y es cierto, pero simplemente podes descartar ese mensaje con el boton atrás. Personalmente, siento mi dispositivo más rapido. Por un lado estoy (busquémosle el lado positivo a todo) "feliz" de haber tenido un softbrick y no tener la KDZ de personal, porque pude probar ésta.

¿Cómo flashearla? (y me refiero al KDZ!)
Necesitás instalar LG USB drivers, LG Mobile Support tool, y descargar LG FLASH UTILITY 2014, y el KDZ.
Este método a continuación es el que yo encontré en este sitio y fue el que utilicé. No perdés ninguna data usando este método, salvo que hagas reseteo de fábrica.
INSTALAR EN ESTE ORDEN:

Luego de instalar todo:
1. Remover la batería y volver a colocarla
2. Conectar un extermo del cable USB a la PC y mantener presionado VOL+ mientras se conecta el otro extremo del cable al celular
3. VOL+ Tiene que mantenerse presionado hasta que aparezca la ventana de Firmware Update en el celular
4. Abrir administrador de dispositivos en Windows y cambiar el puerto COM de LGE Mobile USB Serial al COM 20
5. Abrir LG Flash Tool 2014
6. En Type seleccionar: 3GQCT
7. En PhoneMode: EMERGENCY
8. En KDZ : Seleccionar la ruta donde está la KDZ descargada (quiza sea óptimo tener todo en una carpeta en C:\, por si hay rutas largas)
9. Clickear Normal Flash
10. En la nueva ventana, clickear START. Y esperar... se abrirá una nueva ventana.
11. En esa ventana nueva, clickear "Clear update registry"
12. Country: different country
13. Language: English (yo lo hice así. Si está Spanish, quizá podes seleccionarla! O cambiar despues el idioma)
14. Clickear OK y esperar a que se abra LG MOBILE SUPPORT y reconozca el dispositivo. Esto puede tomar unos minutos, pero lo reconoce. Empieza a trabajar y al 99 o 100% parece que se frizea, pero tenes que ESPERAR a que se reinicie el dispositivo. Luego de reiniciar, ya podes sacar el USB cable. No antes de que salga de Firmware Update. Ya deberia estar funcionando sin problemas! Puede tardar un poco el primer boot.

¿Cómo evitar BRICKEARLO?
*Root - En mi caso lo rutié sin dramas usando el último KingRoot de SU SITIO WEB, no de xda, sino del sitio de ellos. Es una apk.
*TWRP - En mi caso no pude flashearla, y ahi empezó todo el problema. Pero no causó el root. Seguí el método "dd" y el de TWRP manager sin éxito.
*SuperSU Me - Éste guacho me lo brickeó. Un generoso compañero de XDA intentó ayudarme pasándome el dato, pero al correrlo, se brickeó. Quizá el método de W0lf funcione. Hay que probar. Al menos se puede leer el script para ver exactamente qué hace, y no cuesta dinero...

I find this very interesting. I wonder if it would work on my T-Mobile LG Leon LTE (H345n)...What carrier variant do you have of the phone... Also.. just out of curiousity... I'm wondering if this rom takes up less internal storage on the phone. Because that would be real cool considering most of the firmwares take up more than half of the 8 gb internal storage. Would you mind checking that out and getting back to me about it?

I guess the only difference in storage would be anything carrier-related. None of those apps are installed. That includes games, carrier apps, promotions... This is v10a-722-34 LRX21Y, Android 5.0.1

What model Leon do you have? I have an lgl21 which is a straight talk variant. Called LG Destiny. Do you know if in that rom there is the oem unlock option in dev settings? The reason why I'm asking is because I'm trying to figure out how to unlock my bootloader to attempt to flash the c50 recovery to my phone. Just in case I get a brick I'll try this KDZ. But once I figure out how to pull my device tree and then try to port the 5.1 KDZ for my variant. I've never dev before so this is going to be a learning experience for me.

You can try I think it should either fail in the flash process or succeed. But I think you should better try an specific kdz for your model. lg-phone-firmware.com and devtester.ro have lot of firmwares listed. Try with your imei.

Compré mi celular en musimundo. Pero aún liberado, la rom que tiene está llena de basuras y hace lento todo el sistema. Incluso tenía mal configurado el cpu con planificacion noop y governor en performance, trabajando de 1.21ghz a 1.21ghz. La batería se moría en menos de 5 horas. Horrible. Usé el Kingroot y habia aplicaciones como una tal "Aplicativos nacionails" o algo por el estilo, con una bandera brasileña en el ícono. Me pregunto para qué carajo estaba ahi consumiendo ram. Por supuesto la eliminé junto con play fotos/videos/musica, el antivirus inservible y otras pavadas que consumian recursos.
Voy a flashear esta y usar el tutorial que está por ahi que mejora el uso de memoria por parte del sistema operativo.
Se agradece el aporte.

Como sabrán, quienes tenemos un SGS2 de Telcel aún no contamos con el ROM/KERNEL originales para restaurar el sistema una vez que lo rooteamos, pero a continuación pongo a su disposición un link con un respaldo del ROM original con root, realizado a través del ClockWorkMod.
El archivo debe ser instalado por medio de CWM recovery, ya que fue así como se hizo.
TIP: Si aún no utilizas un ROM cocinado, pero piensas hacerlo, lo mejor es que hagas un backup con CWM de tu sistema original como respaldo inmediatamente después de rootear el dispositivo, así podrás regresarlo a como estaba con tu propio sistema original y sólo tendrías que seguir los pasos relacionados con el JIG para resetear el contador de flasheos y quitar la señal de advertencia.
Yo rootié mi SGS2 con CF-Root de Chainfire y todo salió bien. Además, liberé el celular para poder utilizarlo en cualquier compañía, con la aplicación Samsung Galaxy S2 SIM unlock code finder, también de Chainfire, disponible en Android Market (https://market.android.com/details?id=eu.chainfire.sgs2simunlockcode), funciona perfectamente bien, pues aunque me puso error en el código, de todas formas quedó liberado.
Los pasos son los siguientes:
1. Descarga a tu PC el archivo que encuentras en esta dirección http://www.megaupload.com/?d=LC183M3Q Luego lo descomprimes. Es en realidad una carpeta comprimida con varios archivos (respaldo hecho con CWM).
2. Copia la carpeta en tu SGS2 a la siguiente ubicación: "sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/" Se supone que ya debe estar rooteado tu equipo y lo quieres regresar al ROM de Telcel, por lo que ya debería existir esa ubicación.
3. Apaga el dispositivo.
4. Entra al menú de CWM (volum arriba + tecla home + power) y haz un respaldo tu sistema.
5. Apaga nuevamente el equipo.
6. Vuelve a entrar al menú de CWM y restaura el sistema utilizando la carpeta que descargaste y descomprimiste.
7. IMPORTANTE: dentro del mismo menú de CWM limplia la información dando 3 veces "wipe data/factory reset" y 3 veces "wipe cache partition". Con esto quedará el ROM de Telcel pero con root.
8. Ahora utiliza el JIG como se muestra en este video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIALLtbyaqU Así podrás regresar el contador de flasheos a cero y quitar el triángulo que aparece al encender el celular.
Recuerda, si haces esto, es BAJO TU PROPIO RIESGO.

This is only a backup ROM from Telcel made on CWM. If you don't have this version, then this is not for you.
Steps to install this:
1. Download this file http://www.megaupload.com/?d=LC183M3Q (it is a compressed folder).
2. Unzip it and make a copy on your device to "sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/" I assume that your galaxy is rooted, with a custom ROM/Kernel and you want to put back a stock ROM from Telcel, for warranty purposes.
3. Turn off your SGS2.
4. Get in CWM menu (volum up + home + power) and make a back up of your system.
5. Turn off your SGS2.
6. Get in CWM menu again and make a recovery using downloaded folder.
7. IMPORTANT: It is better if you make a "wipe data/factory reset" and "wipe cache partition" 3 times. With all this you will have a stock ROM from Telcel with root access.
8. Now use a JIG like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIALLtbyaqU so you can get back to 00 flash counter and turn off the initial warning sign.
If you have a problem, just Odin another ROM. Remember, this could help with warranty, but is not sure at all and you have to do it under your own risk.

Es el ROM original, lo único que varía es el kernel, pues está rooteado. Lo demás es lo mismo que cuando lo acabas de comprar en telcel.
El ROM se sacó de un respaldo del sistema original, pero ya estando rooteado, por eso no es exactamente igual y por lo mismo es necesario utilizar el JIG para poner en ceros el contador de flasheos.
Sí, ya lo probé y me funcionó, pero como todo, puede no servir en todos los dispositivos. Nada que no pueda arreglarse con odin. su propósito es que lo puedas llevar a garantía si flasheas tu galaxy.
Para rootear tu cel te recomiendoseguir el post chainfire (cf-root).

Lo del search es pq Telcel le quita Google y usa su estúpido portal.
Para quitar el triangulo amarillo necesitas un jig, ayer hice uno casero y quedó a la perfección.
Solo basta con insertarlo y listo! no tienes que hacer otra cosa, el triangulo desaparece.

Para rootear mi equipo por primera vez utilicé CF-Root de Chainfire. Instalé el archivo con terminación KF3 sobre el ROM de Telcel, siguiendo los pasos que en ese post se mencionan y me funcionó.
Traer el el ROM de Telcel rooteado te permite utilizar más funciones, pero conservas toda la porquería que te hace lento el dispositivo y que drena la batería.
El ROM que yo estoy utilizando actualmente es el I9100XXKG1. Hay otros ROMs más recientes o personalizados que he probado, pero esa es el que a mi parecer hace funcionar mejor mi galaxy, más rápido, estable, sin basura de Telcel y es oficial de Samsung.

Saludo voy iniciar con esto del roteo con mi nuevo galaxy s2, ¿es correcto que debo seleccionar solo lo que hagan referencia KE4 ? No me interesa perder la garantía, lo que me interesa es quitar toda la basura de telcel y tener lo mas actualizado posible. He visto muchos tutoriales en youtube pero antes de hacerlo quiero que me digan si debo tomar algo en cuenta o solo selecciono del post "ROM + Guide]Official i9100 Firmwares KF1/2/3/4/, KG1/2/3/5/6/7 Download" el que desee instalar?
KE is just a version, you can use KE1 or KE4. Although in several forums they recomend to use the same version which is installed in your actual ROM. I think Telcel has PDA: I9100UMKE1, if it is your case, you can try with KE1 from this link, where they have the "unsecure" firmwares. This does not erase what you already have, only gives you root access.
CF-ROOT v4.1
KE es solo una versión, puedes utilizar KE1, o KE4, da igual. Aunque es recomendable usar el mismo que tienes instalado. Creo que telcel tiene por defecto PDA: I9100UMKE1, si es tu caso, puedes probar con KE1 de la liga arriba mencionada. Lo que hay ahi son firmwares "inseguros" y te agrega aplicacion de super usuario sobre éstas.
Whats up guys. I am new about android style but i give a chance with s2. Mine is from telcel. Before upgrading android system and made a root, i called samsung 01800 and i asked about garantee if i root or updrade os or unlocked and they told me we wont lose garanty.
So i upgrade to Rom litening5 and after install it i remove the yellow triamgle installing the original kernell from I9100KG1.
I will use this rom and tell you my opinion.

lo que ise fue intalar la rom atrix ics v2.0 y el ramfixtest después de eso el cel no prendió mas despues me dijeron esto en el grupo android "yo le puse el ramfixtest y ya no quizo prender,, asi que le quite la pila la meti de nuevo, lo prendi, lo puse en modo "Fastboot" y con la aplicacion de "MOTOROLA ATRIX FASTBOOT by Ecstacy42" hice lo siguiente;.. 1.- opcion (16) Borrar todo 2.- opcion (1) Desbloquear Bootloader 3.- opcion (2) Flashear Recovery y listo,,... pude volver hacer los wipes e instalar otra ves la rom pero sin el ramfixtest esta ves,,, y todo bien... asi ya no tienen que instalar el firmware" cuando llege al ultimo paso el de flashear el recobery no termino de cargar y termine prediendo el recobery

Lo que flasheaste primero fue una rom o un firmware? (.zip con recovery o con el RSDLite?)

No puede ser el ramfix, quizá se flasheo mal la sbf. Acá todos hablan en ingles, se va a complicar que te puedan ayudar. Proba con la sbf de Ginger o pregunta directamente en grupoandroid porque nuestro Atrix es internacional, acá te van a decir que lo brickeaste.

Two years ago I bought a Chinese or Korean or I don't know where the mobile was made. The brand is: Android and the model Android Butterfly. The first year it works fine but after this first year it becomes to give failures. The most important failure was that when I try to download something on the playstore It says: Error: insuficient storage ( I have 32gb free) so like everybody I went to Settings and I try to change the default installation location and the problem was that when I change the option the mobile phone dindt do nothing.
I saw in a youtube video a way to change this manually so like the comments was good I decided to try it. It consist on changing /system/etc file. The problem was that the mobile died and it didnt swich. Definetly I decide to install a ROM but the problem was that there is no ROM for my mobile phone (I couldt found it). I found another that is similar (Star x920) and doing some maneuvers it swichs but the principals problems are:
- When I install the ROM and I swich the mobile phone (every first time) the default camera app appears in the screen for more or less 10 seconds and disappear from the mobile phone without a trace. When I try to take a photo I get the error: Can not connect to camera. (I have try with lots of app and the resoult was the same)
- The volumen down key doesnt works.

Hace dos años mas o menos que me compre un móvil por internet, durante un año funciono perfectamente y poco a poco fueron fallando cosas. La mas significativa fue que a la hora de descargar aplicaciones de la play store siempre me decia que el espacio de almacenamiento era insuficiente. Ante este error cualquiera hubiera procedido a cambiar la unidad de almacenamiento por defecto a la sd pero el problema era que en este móvil no realizaba ningún cambio. Desesperado decidí buscar algún vídeo por youtube. Di con uno, consistía en modificar un archivo del /system/etc , en los comentarios parecía que funcionaba, de no haber sido por ello no lo hubiera hecho y la sorpresa fue que no se volvió a encender el teléfono.
Llegados a este punto no me quedo otra que entrar en modo recovery y volver al estado de fabrica, cosa que no surtió efecto. Decidi buscar una ROM compatible, aqui llego el segundo problema, no se si ya lo he mencionado pero el movil en cuestion es un Android Butterfly (marca china, japonesa o que se yo) y no aparecia una ROM para este dispositivo por ningun lado. Encontre un movil muy parecido el STAR x920 y tras un arduo proceso consegui que arrancara.
Ahora con el movil en mis manos, funcionando tengo los siguientes problemas:
- Nada mas instalar la nueva ROM, al iniciar el movil aparecer el icono de la camara por defecto (que tienen todos los dispositivos) y a los 10 segundos desaparece y no hay rastro de ella en todo el dispositvo. A la hora de intentar sacar una foto (ya sea con otra aplicacion descargada) sale el error de: no se puedo conectar a la camara.
- La tecla de volumen hacia abajo no funciona correctamente.
Por favor necesito ayuda, adjunto algunas imagenes sobre el dispositivo que espero que sirvan de ayuda

Muy buenos dias compañeros de XDA.
paso a comentarles que recientemente rootie mi terminal huawei MATE 10 LTE (RNE-L03C527) de movistar aquí en México.
y después quise instalarle una rom, el problema fue que aun cuando seguí las instrucciones al pie de la letra la rom no me daba permiso de montar en la partición
cuando la estaba instalando en TWRP.
lo intente varias veces hasta que lei por ahi que tenia que cambiar el formato de la partición a f2fs y lo hice. pero después de hacerlo el terminal se brickeo.
ahora no puedo encenderlo si quiera. he intentado con TOOL ALL IN ONE para los equipos huawei. la aplicación me detecta que el teléfono esta conectado pero como la pantalla no enciende no puedo ponerlo en modo adb o fastboot para volver a insertarle el rom stock (que no he podido conseguir aun) aunque da igual si lo consigo o no ya que como mencione no he podido encender la terminal.
Espero alguien se apiade de mi estupidez y pueda ayudarme un saludo compañeros desarrolladores.

and then I wanted to install a rom (SIRIUS v3.0), the problem was that even though I followed the instructions to the letter the rom did not give me permission to ride in the partition when I was installing it in TWRP.
I tried it several times until I read that I had to change the format of the partition to f2fs and I did. but after doing it the terminal is brick.
Now I can not turn it on. I tried with TOOL ALL IN ONE for the huawei terminals,. the application and my pc detects that the phone is connected but as the screen does not turn on I can not put it in adb or fastboot mode to reinsert the stock rom (which I have not been able to get yet) although it does not matter if I get it or not as I mentioned I could not turn on the terminal.
I hope someone takes pity on my stupidity and can help me a hello fellow developers.

Tengo un motorola razr xt914, con jelly bean 4.1.2 (de fabrica), un dia decidi probar actualizar a kitkat 4.4.2 via microsd con un rom retail de brazil xt918 que vi x alli. Segui todos los pasos de unos tutoriales, bueno y si. me actualizo, pero se volvia muy lento el desplazarse y todo por las paginas, a pesar de que le daba restaurar de fabrica en varias veces, igual andaba muy lento con la rom kitkat 4.4.2 que le instale. Pero bueno es asi que decidi hacer un donwngrade o volverlo a lo original, flashearlo con una rom de internet (formato mzf) XT914 para chip MT6575. Use muchas alternativas y herramientas de flash y sus tutoriales, como el rsd lite, el rsd conected, el adb, etc, pero ninguna me reconocia el telefono o me daba problemas, etc. Bueno entonces trate de aplicar comandos fastboot, Flashear definitivamente la rom xt914 que baje de internet, y en uno de esos comandos q use, se colgo buen tiempo el cel conectado a la pc. Pase a reiniciar el cel, Prendo el celular y siempre se queda atascado en la Letra M de Motorola, de alli no anda mas
!! Por favor Alguien si pudiera ayudarme para restaurarle el sistema a ok !! (ya viejito, Pero al menos lo uso para escuchar musica o para probar algunas apks. Etc). No qiero darlo por muerto este RAZR D1 XT914
