I'm hoping a custom ROM manages to get M to the G3 a little sooner than Verizon. Really want the new privacy options in it.

I'm sure it'll arrive sooner via CM; it always does. Now how buggy CM13 is especially at first, we'll see.

Pure AOSP ICS rom for Xperia Active?

Hi all! I'm looking for a fully AOSP rom that will run on my Xperia Active? Does anyone know of any? I don't want further modifications like AOKP or CM9. I just want the pure Android rom.

Yeah, I saw polishblood too. I even replied to the thread asking about information on porting it to Xperia Active. After an our or so, a mod closed the thread on request of the OP so I guess that's a "no, you're not getting this on your Active" answer. xD

Oh.. I was following this as well the other day and I never got the ROM to boot. It would always get stuck at the SONY boot logo. But this tutorial doesn't have anything about compiling for specific devices though?

Now That the Bump'd Site is Gone...

Idk but this bump stuff seemed sketchy since the beginning
The bumped site went down because someone reverse engineered it and released on their own - making the site unnecessary since it can be done locally on a machine, but making it all but certain that devices upgraded to factory lollipop and beyond will be locked down tight.

That's not a download page, it's just for source, which is pending upload. I'm uploading the kernel to AFH now.

Okay, no cracking on stock kernel that I restored from my backup. I think I had the speaker mod on here though and no cracking before. Weird. Maybe I did catch the cracking speaker bug. Idk what's happening but I'm not liking it haha.
I'm going to flash your kernel again and see...
PS...the cracking was only on incoming text messages...(using stock shooting star as my sound)

Which phone has the most support/community in XDA?

I know Nexus/Pixel devices have a good reputation here (I'm a Nexus 6 owner) a lot of support and a huge community. But I was wondering let's say you want to buy a phone purely depending on the community and support on XDA which phone would that be?
would really like your opinion on this? hich phone has the best community ROM build support here?

Do you mean Elephone has the most community support and Roms?
I'm not sure about community support, I was referring to specs there. I'll probably get one of these badboys after new years
http://www.elephonestore.com/elephone-z1-ram-8gb-dual-curved-display-phone.html
As for which has the most community support, I would have to say the Galaxy S series probably dominates with both support and rom options.
