Actually nothing what it could usually mean. This is a default tag of every a non-block based AOSP ROM packages.

@ChronoMonochrome
Okay.
Is there any chance that everything will work (RIL, media, WiFi, BT)?

Well, seeing how many devices has not working RIL, this is probably the first issue what logically should be fixed. As for multimedia, right now I have no clue what is wrong here. Some changes in native framework caused our camera blob to not work, but as for the rest, I hope, it's just missapplied STE AV fix.

I think you can do like you said, why not?

Nice work, Chrono
Built-in recovery mount partitions? I ask this because my PC doesn't see phone connected via USB at all and i won't flash phone through odin if recovery have partitions mounting issuse

I never expected that this phone had 6.0 before my new moto X. Awesome. Now downloading.

It haven't had issues with mounting partitions. However, the phone was recognized as codinap... It doesn't prevent, however, from further flashing a standalone chrono kernel or ace2nutzer's one.
BTW. Have found a reason for not working Wifi / BT / USB. It was so stupidly not being copied configs from device tree... Also, camera is working now, but is unable to save photos. Switching to videorecord mode gives FC immediately. Well, now it's time to fix RIL!

I've installed this ROM.
Nice, but all don't work
Partitions - haven't had issues

Not needed, this ROM has latest CK sources.

New build is up!
Changelog:
camera fix (photo only)
fixed wifi and bt
video playback fix (audio is not being played)
Please install this kernel after flashing a ROM.
Unfortunately it looks like it won't be such easy to fix RIL. Even CyanogenMod at this moment doesn't have fixes in cm-13.0 tree for those devices that have a custom RIL. We must wait at least these common fixes before try to fix our RIL.

just wow, interesting one..
however, how many free ram available for this rom ?(with default apk only)
if large than 30% this rom has a potential to run smooth on ace2 devices
also free available /system space partition after installataion?

@ChronoMonochrome made a fix for audioplayback
http://xda.mister-freeze.eu/XDA-files/ChronoMonochrome/misc/develop/blobs.zip
Flash it after rom flashing

Wow, so much news in such short time for our device. Thanks Chrono for your hard work as always!

Wow. You never cease to amaze me @ChronoMonochrome
Great job, again.
Btw, does this mean your KK ROM's and LP ROM's get less attention, or it's more of a build configuration setup?

Is this a fork of the grand duos cm11? Can you recommend another phone dialler compatible with CM?
Already experienced 2 crashes of the default browser when trying to zoom pages. I had to remove battery on those 2 occasions.
My setup is the latest build with micro gapps ....
Thank you OP! I was beginning to give up hope of us getting a true custom ROM.
Installed via TRWP. Excellent!
Crashed a few times with Google Now launcher and default browser. Installed Nova launcher and now working smoothly. You need to do a full wipe before installing otherwise it will keep crashing.
Thanks again GHsR! I am flying!!
Excellent work dev...
But I have 2 doubts. Please clear it
1) I have galaxy mega 5.8 with rooted 4.2.2 Jellybean rom. After installing this rom is it possible to revert back to 4.2.2 if needed?
2) In the link provided there are 2 files.
For installing the latest version do I need to install the old version first (20141017) and update with new one (20141020) or can I directly flash the 20141020 version?
My set up was similar to yours.
1. I backed up my old ROM using TWRP Recovery onto my external SD card; this way it can be easily restored should you wish to.
2. I directly flashed the new one without flashing the old one first.

I go to the play store and it is stated that the cyanogen mod theme is incompatible with all my registered devices. Even the free ones cannot be installed. So how did you do it?
found another problem....The contacts that are already stored on both sims cannot be read by CM 11. I can confirm that the contacts are still there as I already transferred the sims to another phone.
Does USB OTG supports on this rom?

CAF-6.0.1 [Alpha] [Surnia]

Hi All,
I've been working on a CAF version for osprey. This is started from kernel and device tree made by Alberto97 and Squid2, so thanks a lot to them for the bringup.
This version is very early and should only be flashed by people who know what they are doing. Flash this at your own risk.
Code:
#include
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if

*/
For now only a few things are working:
Working
Bluetooth
SMS/RIL
Sound
Camera

@scritch007 we need this commit for gapps to work on CAF/AOSP...its already upstream in CM13...
https://github.com/TeamExodus/frameworks_base/commit/9c36be651e83fb039a262682839bd920b033007a
I tested on a XT1527, and it works incredibly good only there's two issues:
1)When switching from wifi to Mobile Network (i think after a data connection, i don't know exactly) the phone freezes up, and after it shutdown to bootlogo. (i will try to provide you a logcat)
2)The mobile network doesn't work, i think so, the google search didn't response
Anyways, it's an incredible work, and keep it going! Thanks for porting Android 6.0 to our device
Wow, just tested, & everything pretty much works. The only bugs are gapps, SD Card, & the occasional random reboot. Everything else, including 4G, worked. I tested all the apps, & sideloaded chrome to test browsing/video. Once we get the gapps & SD Card fixed, it's pretty much daily driver material. Thanks, @scritch007!

RIL seems to be broken in my X1521...sim card isn't getting detected
Just tried this on my XT1521... no RIL because this is dual SIM, and no microSD, but nonetheless, great work! The ROM was extremely fluid in the few moments I used it, and fixing those issues, I would have no issues in using it as a daily driver.

It seems that the issue is actually WebView. When opengapps installs, it installs Google Webview, and since this ROM is still configured to use AOSP WebView, it doesn't work. @scritch007 you actually need this commit.

@NSDCars5 thanks updated the change log. It was taken from osprey, which didn't get previous version
@scritch007
Video recording worked fine in the last build too, I just couldn't see the recorded video in Marshmallow (in Lollipop I could see what I'd recorded in Marshmallow). So does this mean we can see recorded video in the ROM itself?

BUGS/Not working:
Weird sound when using loud speaker while calling
GPS doesn't work
Recorded videos through camera produces wrong color
Offline charging doesn't work
Switching to other fonts will get bootloops after restart. In this case, if you use TWRP recovery, go to File Manager >> delete "themes" from /data/system would help you escape this without factory reset
First time installing CyanogenMod 12.1 to your Galaxy Grand Prime, or coming from another ROM:
Install TWRP Recovery
Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo (Vol-up+Home+Power)
Do a Nandroid backup! (Optional and only if you weren't running TouchWiz before)
WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition + format /system partition)*
Install the ROM from sdcard using TWRP Recovery

[ROM][N920T] CyanogenMod 13 ALPHA

CyanogenMod is a free, community built distribution of Android which greatly extends the capabilities of your phone.
Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
*/
Issues:
Camcorder only works with Footej App
HW video decoding does not work (falling back to ffmpeg right now)
...?
Things that need to be improved:
Move to OSS audio driver again (works for everything but incall audio, problem might be with libsecril-client, reverse engineering that library...)
Full Exynos display IP acceleration
Move to Mali R7P0 Marshmallow drivers (currently not working because Samsung made changes to private_handle_t in Marshmallow that need to be reverse engineered)
Clean up hacks needed for camera (scene mode override in frameworks/av)
...?
GIT repos:
https://github.com/CyanogenMod?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=noblelte
NOTE: You *must* first flash official Marshmallow before flashing CyanogenMod 13!
Downloads:
Build 1
Builds can be flashed by your favorite recovery.
If you like my work, please consider donating a few bucks, it will help buying new devices and maintaining them (Most probably Exynos ones that no one else likes doing AOSP development on).
A *huge* shoutout to Javi Ferrer, macs18max, gladiac and others!
Without you guys the Exynos Open Source platform on CyanogenMod would not be where it is today.

If we keep working on this, we may get a fully working CM13/14.1 build by Q1 2017
Hopefully this doesn't get taken down like all other CM13 projects and Skyhigh kernel.

I don't know if it work with N920G but i tried it on my N920L and i can't even flash it. TWRP never finish flashing the file and i ended up turning off the phone. If you want to try flashing it i recommend backing up first.

I already have 14.1 running (actually I had 14.0 since Nougat came out), but there are some added instabilities.
I'd rather spend time on fixing our open source gralloc so we can use the camera with that and finally move on to the proper R7P0 Mali Marshmallow blobs.
Samsung will probably drop official Nougat by then, which will make it easier for me to debug and reverse engineer.
In fact, I just fixed a really nasty bug in gralloc (which would lead to segfaults aka system crashes if you play 2-3 videos): https://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/c/177606
And no, this won't ever be taken down
Apart from providing the full kernel source, the whole platform is available for anyone to download and build.

I honestly don't know (can't test on anything but my N920T), but you can give it a shot I suppose?
Just be sure to edit the updater-script of the zip file to remove the version check in recovery.
Just flashed! One of the quickest roms to flash! Everything works so far! TYSM

[ROM][8.1.0][SM-G360H/HU] LineageOS 15.1 for Samsung Galaxy Core Prime

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please

*
*/
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. Lineage does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
We'll not support users and answer questions from users which:
are running a custom kernel
have flashed mods
modified system files
didn't follow our intructions word by word
are unfriendly
And most important: DON'T READ THE OP
What's working:
RIL [partially]
WiFi
Bluetooth
HW video codecs
Almost any other hardware stuffs are working properly
BUGS/Not working :
Offline charging doesn't work
Camera [nearly unusable at all]
RIL [crashes while choosing network provider on 3G signal]
[Using STK makes RIL crash also]
WiFi Direct/hotspot doesn't work
First time installing LineageOS 15.1 to your Galaxy Core Prime, or coming from another ROM:
Install TWRP Recovery MUST USE VERSION 3.2.1-0 OR ASSERT ERROR OCCURS
Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo (Vol-up+Home+Power)
Do a Nandroid backup! (Optional and only if you weren't running TouchWiz before)
WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition + format /system partition)*
Install the ROM from sdcard using TWRP Recovery
Optionally install the Google Apps ( get it here: https://opengapps.org ) (pico GAPPS recommended) (*)
NOTE: First boot might take long time, due to deodexed build, so don't consider bootloop!!
Upgrading from an older build of this ROM
Wipe system partition, wipe dalvik-cache but not data partition
Optionally install Google Apps (GAPPS) (link above)
[NOTE]:
If you're about going to install GAPPS with ROM, install it right after you've installed the ROM, else you have to do a factory reset if you've booted the ROM first
This is Android Go build, which is "optimized" for devices with lower than 1GB RAM, so don't expect full features like older Android versions [should we need ordinary build also?]

Remember: asking doesn't make things possible
There will be fixes, but not soon. Probably 69 years later then
