Thanks for your work
You do not give up

I think menu is not displayed or by a compiling error or a problem with hardware buttons... I will try to fix.
I cannot know if sd ext work for the reason of menu.

Hopefully you can successfully completed this CWM! Keep up the good work mate!

The sd card problem is in the kernel i think. The mmcblk1 is not mounted by the kernel, so probably also CWM have the same problem like Cyanogen and TWRP recovery. I'm trying to understand how mmcblk partitions are mounted by the kernel and solve the problem.

[SOLVED] Can not see internal memory anymore after play around update custome roms

Im guessing its due to a missing framework file or something
Do a clean flash to .42 or .62
and then install a ROM the proper way
MOD please move to right section )
What do you mean flash .42 or .62? Flash kernel or baseband or original rom? where can i find the link please?
Here I send you the screen of CWM that I tried to restore from original backup but no luck because it prompt there is no MTD partition "userdata"
I don't know where to post suitably sorry.
Either but flash a full ftf, search for links or try wotanclient.
Assuming you'll want to root 42 Is your logical choice, it makes sense to keep one handy for emergencies anyway
Problem is already solved by wotanclient , thz buddy!

You have to choose install zip from sd card. Not update.

Only to boot in recovery
Don't choose the update one. It's just Install zip from sd card.

[Q] Compiled recovery - distorted screen... How to repair?

I've compiled ClockworkMod Recovery from CyanogenMod sources and I tried to boot into this recovery (via fastboot boot recovery.img) and all I see is that:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Is there any way to repair it?
I can select something from menu (but I don't know what)...
The phone is GSmart G1317D ("Rola").
Edit: If this could help, this phone doesn't have any GPU (MSM7225).
Edit2: I tried again and I see something strange...
You can see the launcher bar at the bottom... It's darker than usual and I can't do anything with it.
Edit3: Ok, I've fixed it.

It would be very useful to describe how did you fix your problem, or what did caused the problem.

No problem - I just had to change branch to ICS and compile recovery from new source - perhaps its older version was broken somehow.

[Q] internal storage problems

My phone isnt reading the storage correctly, I will let the screenshots explain my problem because i cant explain it myself

I followed the steps, it didnt help because im not rooted and when I find /data/media i find it empty.
Also i dont have a loss, its just the storage reading is interrupted.

Ok I would probably flash a new stock rom with Odin then.If that doesn't work I would backup everything on internal and external sd cards and format everything (make sure you know exactly what you are doing if you try this way)

Question TWRP PARTITION

are these 3 partions enough for a complete nandroid backup
Ps: just checked it works.

Dint find any bugs, installed from magisk installer, backup and restore work fine just that before booting into twrp make sure you disable any lockscreen lock, it takes a while to boot in to twrp so have patience
To answer your question:
First TWP backup should be everything
Generally
Data
System
Vendor
Boot
Should suffice

Guys this recovery is too young i backuped data including internal storage, boot, super partions , which i was able to restore only once but when i needed to restore again i faced an error extracttarfork() so plz apply on your risk and dont be solely dependent on it.
