Dint find any bugs, installed from magisk installer, backup and restore work fine just that before booting into twrp make sure you disable any lockscreen lock, it takes a while to boot in to twrp so have patience

To answer your question:
First TWP backup should be everything
Generally
Data
System
Vendor
Boot
Should suffice

I have boost mobile lte
Reflashing your ROM should only be done as a last resort. You can hard brick your device if you don't do it right or use an incompatible ROM. I stress this with all Moto E surnia varients because not all ROMs are available yet. Trust me.
For force close issues, make sure you have a TWRP recovery installed. Boot into it.
Under Advanced, select Fix Permissions. Allow to fix, should take less than 20 seconds.
Reboot
Most of the time this will solve your problem.
Otherwise, you can always try to reinstall the system apps you think might have caused the issue.
If you're not rooted boot into stock recovery, wipe cache, and do a factory reset. Or you can try through the settings, but I don't know if that will work.

Emoji Switcher not working on Marshmallow (Nexus 6)

I flashed the stock 6.0 images from google, then I flashed the modified boot image which allows root from Chainfire (http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/supersu/wip-android-6-0-marshmellow-t3219344). I also have supersu beta v2.52. This is a screenshot of my phone's properties:

I have installed emoji switcher 2.0.1 and when I try to switch my emoji's from stock I get this:
I have flashed busyboxM from http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6/general/root-nexus-6-android-m-dev-preview-t3123285.
Is there something else I need to do or does this not work on Marshmallow yet?
Thanks,
Tim
Update: Solution found
I found a solution through a response in another forum. You have to clear out some space in the system apps. Just moved the Fit app out of and into user apps and it worked

I think menu is not displayed or by a compiling error or a problem with hardware buttons... I will try to fix.
I cannot know if sd ext work for the reason of menu.
Hopefully you can successfully completed this CWM! Keep up the good work mate!

The sd card problem is in the kernel i think. The mmcblk1 is not mounted by the kernel, so probably also CWM have the same problem like Cyanogen and TWRP recovery. I'm trying to understand how mmcblk partitions are mounted by the kernel and solve the problem.

Backup Stock ROM before first install of CM

Hi people,
I just bought a new Redmi Note 3.
Before installing Cyanogenmod on it I would like to backup the original rom.
Any idea to achieve that ?
Thx
TWRP backup should do
Use ZCX or Alka TWRP, they have advanced backup options like EFS. Keep a backup of everything for safe side.

Thank you for you reply

http://www.howtogeek.com/240582/how-to-back-up-and-restore-your-android-phone-with-twrp
but on there screenshot

I see many partitions to choose. I just want save the room, so i suppose that system image is enough ? (any maybe boot for more safety)

To be on the safe side, it's strongly recommended to use Alka or ZCX TWRP and backup all partitions.
Still, if you are not backing up everything and use VoLTE, backup EFS too. You will have to restore it after installing other ROMs to get VoLTE working.
