Sorry to tell you that, but it's a fake, white version doesn't exist and OnePlus X only comes with Oxygen. Send it back.

Do you have the slightest idea what you're taking about?
There is a white/gold version, only officially available in China, but it can be bought from stores like Geekbuying and shipped wherever you want, and it comes with Hydrogen OS because it's Chinese.
Have a look here for details and instructions to flash Oxygen OS instead

Here you go: mega.nz/#!T1V2jRJC!ioaBWvyWuSx6zCjfw8NPhIK7_WtCI7BeiEFZ7ZkIZyk MEGA
I downloaded it from pan.baidu.com/s/1bnC0GXp
I wanted to try it too and i'm still on H2 OS (hate the app drawer, love Chinese ROM's ).
What I did:
FULL TWRP backup.
Went back to stock recovery mega.nz/#F!ahNQ2ZxS!ZKoxtfPVLqrqV__EHiiJeQ , install the stock recovery from fast-boot.
Flashed the OnePlusH2OS_14_OTA_002_all_201510261200.zip (dont worry about the OTA in the name, it's a full ROM).
Booted, did the initial setup (it has English and two kinds of Chinese. THAT's IT!)
Went back to fast-boot, flashed back to mega.nz/#F!zxUmQZrB!d-nF35tljxDs_4ZSPvGxdw TWRP and flashed mega.nz/#!jw8TzLqK!kNWlyWvG6fRDUheMAIZizw_ZhYA1NQnaY4wprsud6Sk Gapps.
The ROM is ok but it has a few things missing.
It has gestures (you know...V for flashlight, O for camera etc.) and double tap.
You can simply uninstall all the Chinese apps (not a lot)
You can't control the notification LED color (at least I could not find it).
You can't unlock the phone by smart lock (Bluetooth watch , bracelet, wifi etc)
You don't have an app drawer (love this) BUUUUT you also don't have an app shelf (the 4-5 apps on bottom row that repeat on each screen).
I's also themed dark to take advantage of the screen.
Stand by battery drain seems the same (waiting for MIUI )
I did not YET try to go back to Oxygen but I guess the process is the same and you can find the OTA dump here on the forum.

Can't I directly flash it through TWRP??

I tried but gives an error. That's why I went back to stock recovery.

Lenovo S890 black screen in custom ROM

Hi there,
I installed custom ROM on my Lenovo S890 phone, which works great and has all I need. But there is this problem (similar like in this post forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1125812). When I try wake up the phone from standby mode, all I see is a dark screen with vertical stripes of several colors all over it. I can however set volume and even the display responses after pushing buttons it vibrates. So it works, but the screen is broken.
When I install original ROM, everything works fine. But when I install any of these custom ROMs found on needrom.com/phone-roms/lenovo/s890/ I have the same issue with the screen.
Does anyone had similar issue with his phone? I'm currently trying to fix this problem with software jBART v0.7.9 - I decompiled the original ROM that works fine and also decompiled the custom ROM I want to fix. Then I'm trying to copy files from original to custom ROM, hoping somehow I overwrite possibly broken files and everything should work afterwards.
Any help or advice is welcome
So little update:
I am still experiencing the same problem. On official chinese ROM it works fine (but chinese ROM is not useful at all for me). I installed 6 custom ROMs and on each of them I have this same problem with screen.
I discovered, that the problem is not instant - when I wipe all data and make brand new installation of ROM, first thing that pops up is Settings wizard (the app from Google where you select language, enter your gmail account etc). And while in this app, the screen lock works fine!
After I am done with settings and exit this wizard, the home screen loads. And then the problem with black screen starts.
Now, I tried to delete default launcher.apk and replaced it with 4 different, but the problem is still the same at the same point. So while I am at the settings it's ok, after I am finished with settings and exit the app, it brokes.
Does anyone have any idea, where the problem could be?
I recently bought this phone, and I am searching for many hours to find out how to flash a custom ROM. I found some instructions in bad english, I found ROMs with missing files or with with problem in unzipping, I found drivers that I need to install but do not seem to get installed, etc etc.
I am very confused and I am afraid to do something that I am not sure of, because I may brick my phone.
WellBloud_cz, please tell me the steps to install a custom ROM (in brief, I am not a computer newbie) and then I will tell you if I have the same problem on the screen.

Hi, first of all - do you really need to flash custom ROM? Is there anything wrong with your current ROM? You have to consider all the facts, if it's worth the trouble. If you want install custom ROM, just because it looks cooler, you can install different launcher/change theme etc. If you have serious problem with your current ROM, like it does not work like you want, then I suggest you try diferrent ROMs...
If you still want to install custom ROM, then
backup everything everytime!
if you can switch your phone to recovery mode, install from recovery mode - you can download a .zip file containing ROM (you can try some from needrom.com/phone-roms/lenovo/s890/
after the installation make sure everything works properly, so you don't have to debug for a year (for example - I recently discovered that battery didn't last even for a single day... After close inspection I manage to fix it - the media app was the problem, it used all of phone's energy, so I have to restart it and then everything is fine and battery holds up to 3,5 days)
if you can't install from recovery mode, try flashing your phone with Flash tools - make sure you have good recovery mode included (like TWRP)
then you have 2 options - either install via recovery mode .zip files or flash whole new ROM on your phone via Flash tools
if you success, make sure you can set your IMEI - otherwise you can't send messages and make no phone calls. If you have IMEI set to some nonsense like 123456789, then download and use MtkDroidTools v245, where you can root your phone and also change your IMEI numbers
also make sure that the ROM you are installing is in your favorite language. If not, you can use More locale app, which translates most of the content. If you want, you can make your own translations with jBart, but it's long process
lastly check if ROMs have Google play, because majority of apps can be downloaded from there
GL & HF
If you have more questions, be more specific

Unfortunatelly I did not solve it, but i got rid of it by simply finding another ROM and installing it instead. What I actually did - downloaded original chinese ROM and installed it. Everything on it worked, so I modified it and now it's almost perfect

Look at this site http://www.needrom.com/phone-roms/lenovo/s890/ or you can download my own remade ROM (based on chinese), with multilanguage support and some cool apps from https://www.sugarsync.com/pf/D6990784_4000199_8589733

Indian stock ROM LeMax2 EUI 5.8 15s

Hi, my friends.
Great news . The new official update Leeco that has come in Indian web finally brings everything to their phones sold worldwide:
- Multilanguage. But, really. All are translated (I only tried Spanish, I assume that the other languages also). In Europe only translate to Spanish, English and French. The rest are Asian languages.
- Leeco Account. Integrated with Google account, as it should be. Leeco access to the entire EUI universe. Synchronization of our contacts, photos, etc.
- All active applications, including Leeco LIVE, Levidi, Leview ...
- Google for Works integrated with Gmail Exchange account, Play Music, Play Video, Google+, Yotube .
Only rest check battery perfomance, but ROM it´s smooth and powerful.

yes, it's a good one. just installed no problems so far.
I had a problem with previous stock versions that 4G speed had some hickups....when I was downloading (for example from google store) it paused for 30 seconds..sometimes longer.
tried SIM in slot 2 and vice versa..but problem remains.
now it goes smoothly without pauses (so far)
also had the CM13 which is almost the best, apart from the sound bug...definitely one I want on this phone for a long time..if sound thingy is fixed.
thanks!
Recommendation Do Not Use India version
This version apparently has data encryption enabled and will not show a viable data partition. This will cause TWRP to fail and subsequent attempts at root or installation of other roms.

Hmm..Ok! phone is encrypted indeed..do you know if there's as a way to decrypt or turn it off.?twrp is asking for a password when going onto recovery now...in previous roms the encrypt option was not greyed out.
or is only way to get in twrp and wipe everything.
Thanks !

Under TWRP data it´s encrypted. But under Windows not. Copy to your computer all files that you need save (photos, music, etc.), and then format data in TWRP.

I wold'n say that his rom is better than others, here is still missing the multilingual support and so on. I'm atm with "Revolution 15s EUI 5.8 by TeaMSpaiN" alsolutely happy, just litte fine tuned and see my benchmark with over 143.000 points (first run). And yes the rom is smooth as hell.

You did not understand my question properly.
Right now, there is absolutely NO way to install TWRP on Indian X821 model. I cannot format DATA without installing TWRP.
All the TWRPs available on this forum give a BLOD (Blue Led of Death) The screen remains blank but powered on. The Blue LED light remains. There is another guy who is having the same problem and he has created a separate topic for it.
We can restart the phone normally but the installed TWRP gets overwritten with stock recovery.
atm here is no solution for your device, you need to wait until a developer create a TWRP compatible for your device.

What I did was to go into settings -> fingerprint -> -> other security options -> trusted credentials and disabled the credentials. You have to do this one by one as the clear all option is grayed out. From there I went into and fast boot and flashed TWRP recovery. I rebooted immediately to RECOVERY wiped everything on internal storage. I then transfered a ROM to storage and flashed normally. All is working again and TWRP and root are functioning.
WTF, ok it is a security related issue?

I flashed old 14S Chinese ROM and then flashed recovery. My phone shows X820 now. I guess X820 and X821 may be just the same. It's the Chinese Roms show X820 and Indian Rom shows X821.
BTW I am on TeamSpain's CM Rom. Working good except charging.
If I used my Aukey QC 3.0 charger, the LED flashed like crazy and Ampere current measuring App showed 4680 mAh charging current and was climbing. (QC 3.0 shouldn't exceed 3000 mAh) So I immediately disconected it. Gave me a scare for a moment. Normal charging is slow but no LED blinking and feels safer.

Exactly the same way as you install any other ROM. I have a Chinese phone and installed this ROM and uninstalled it because of its encrypted. Yes, the le-bloat is gone, but you will be unable to install TWRP or root because of the encryption.

Hello everyone, I put a CM13 and she accepted the installation and updated the TWRP also, I put the gaps, I did everything, Android starts, but continues with the problem of falling straight into recovery and going to TWRP and something else when I can do it Start it is not with network signal, recohece the chip, but does not give network signal. I do not know what to do with this device anymore. Could you try to install lolipop on it? Which version could I put? Would it be because of being in 6? Hello everyone, I installed Rom CM that the forum colleague indicated and the gapps and installed, everything went well in the installation and initialized Android, was very good in relation to the previous problems, nor know how to thank you. Just when I call it goes to the screen of the fastboot direct and I do not know how to make it not happen, but at least when the motorola logo appears it starts Android. I only notice a certain oscillation in the signal of the network of the operator and I did not find any file to download and to solve this problem of the signal of the network (or radio as you say) if they know where under some that can be installed for that Rom I thank you. I'll leave it for now and see if it's fixing. Thank you very much, ah, I would like to know if I should install the CM updates that appear on the device, it was so good that I'm afraid to accept it and thunder to give it a problem. Another thing he had TV, how to install this Rom? thanks

Another thing he had TV, how to install this Rom? thanks

You can try flashing radio files.
Find one for your device from this thread : https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-e/development/rom-stock-motorola-lollipop-rom-t3167111
I m not sure why ur device is rebooting in fastboot. Generally the most common cause for reboot in moto e is faulty lock button. But that jst reboots the phone. You can try using the phone without pressing the lock button. Use volume key wake up option and double tap to status bar to lock.
Also did you wipe cache data internal before flashing ?
And regarding the updates it depends on you. The updates you are for sering are for cm 14 / lineage os. I personally believe that nougat is still not stable enough and features are still missing hence i advised you for mashmallow roms. But if you want to try u can visit the various threads in android development and android development sections and will find nougat roms.
For installing / flashing instructions read guides in general section.

Okay, thank you, it stabilized the signal from the network operator. I will leave as is and will not make updates at the moment. I just want to know how to make the TV function work. Thanks everyone for the help and I do not know how to mark a topic as closed in the forum.

Original ROM needed.

Yea so I installed Microsoft Launcher and it nailed the long press on the home button so recent tasks no longer came up during the launcher use. Worse, uninstalling it went fine except the feature still doesn't work.. so then I wipe back to factory and still it doesn't work and out of sheer paranoia, I wiped it again and you guessed it, nothing happens.
If I bring up the on screen buttons from the bottom, it works fine.
I have contacted the launcher team at arrow (MS) via feedback and they were only interested in fixing their software but looking at their known issues they are snowed under with failures of varying natures. So I contacted Maze themselves asking for some help or the official original rom because its not on the download page anymore, if it ever was.
I see a thread here but not being aGenius like some of you guys, wasn't sure.... I do want the official release from the official maze link. I saw a google drive thing but wasn't sure how to verify it is theirs.
Also gonna need to know how to install the thing, a basic guide will do, flash tool etc. Have done similar before on other phones but I am not confidently good at this really. thanks.
Edit : for the Maze Alpha 4GB
Ah, well there has just been an update rom which I have just installed. Not sure what it has changed but I have noticed this on the download page http://www.mazemobile.com/download-center

I need Stock Rom for MAZE Alpha X 6/128
Hello dear community, I own the phone AlphaX 6 128Gb recently tried to solve the bluetooth problem and tried to install the root and TWRP, after installing custom recovery, the phone stopped loading into the Android system. Only TWRP is loaded. I mistakenly flashed Maze_Alpha_B_V04_20171018 jn my phone, now I have a brick. Search for the original firmware results did not bring. There are ideas how to restore the phone. The fastboot mode is missing, I can only use SP_Flash_Tool. There are several backups of the original firmware made in TWRP, but the phone does not turn on at all.
Is this fixed for you?

How to flash Xiaomi.eu firmware on Xiaomi Mi Note 10 - step-by-step guide

So this guide was written by @DeathByArmadillo who partly copied it from user "Danmue" from an old post. Anyway, it works.
Tested on Mi Note 10 with Global rom.
Just re-posted it in it's own thread because the information was a bit scattered among the threads.
What you will need:
- An unlocked phone (duh). It can take 3 days, a week, or more to get your phone unlocked. So I recommend starting the process as soon as you get the phone.
- A full backup of your phone as this will wipe it clean. Unlocking ALSO wipes your phone. You can use Google One (as far as I know) to backup most stuff. I usually use Super Backup & Restore to back up all contacts, calendars, etc. Then I copy over ALL my folders to my PC - except "Android" as it's just usually junk/data files for apps that I can't copy back anyway. Last I use Google One to also do a full backup. As far as I know - this is what you can do without root.
- OrangeFox recovery: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-note-10/how-to/twrp-orangefox-recovery-mi-note-10-cc9-t4008131
- Unoffiicial TWRP recovery by mauronofrio: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi...overy-unofficial-twrp-xiaomi-mi-note-t4015805
- Xiaomi.EU stable OR dev branch: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-note-10/how-to/rom-miui-11-xiaomi-eu-t4008225 || https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-note-10/how-to/rom-miui-11-xiaomi-eu-t4011409
- Fastboot/adb/Android SDK tools installation. https://developer.android.com/studio (Scroll down for "Command line tools").
Yes, you need the two recoveries. At least I needed both.
What we do, notes:
- I had issues with OrangeFox while I was using EEA firmware (EU). After flashing Global firmware on my phone the battery issues went away, and I was able to use OrangeFox after.
- TWRP can be a bit non-responsive, like for me it was at the unlock screen. For some reason after a few tries I managed to make my inputs work. Just kept touching the screen lol.
Steps:
- Boot your phone in fastboot mode. (Turn it off; Then hold VOLUME_DOWN and Power. it should display this weird looking thing with an ushanka saying FASTBOOT MODE.)
- Open command prompt and go to the Android SDK tools folder where you can find "fastboot.exe".
- Type the following:
Code:
fastboot boot twrp-3.3.1-0-tucana-mauronofrio.img
- TWRP will boot up now. Unlock your device as normal and it should show up in Windows as a drive.
Copy over the
Code:
OrangeFox-Unofficial-tucana-20191120.zip
file.
- Go into Install on your phone and pick the OrangeFox zip file you just copied over.
Once done, just go Back and Reboot and Recovery.
- OrangeFox should boot up. Unlock once again.
- Go into Partition management, tap Data, and tap Format. Not wipe, FORMAT.
(if you get an error reboot to recovery and try again)
- Go Back, Reboot, Recovery.
- Copy the Xiaomi.EU rom you want to the phone. I used Stable.
- Use Install within OrangeFox to install the rom.
- Go back. Reboot into Recovery. Once again.
- Format data partition. NOT wipe. Format.
- Finally, reboot to system.
Thanks for taking the time to order it, good job
Though NOW the issue is that the recovery (either TWRP or Orange Fox) won't work with touch, which is a bit of a pain.

Sorry my emails didn't arrive. Interesting, it works for me. Followed the steps 100%, using Mi Note 10 Global rom. I just booted up Orange Fox after turning off my phone and it works just fine. I seriously wonder what can kill recovery input... sounds like such a super weird bug.
I did boot TWRP (mauronofrio's) and then installed OrangeFox from there. Maybe that's the key.

Yeah, possibly that, no clue. Don't get me wrong, it's not a biggie, as I always have an OTG mouse setup just in case that kind of stuff happens, just weird. On the whole that phone is a bit of an odd duck, not sure I'm going to stick to it, too much inconsistencies, both hardware and software.

Yea I tried to find blobs today for 730g but there is nothing on the internet (yet?).
I mean, the phone works for me - if they just fix the missing "Ignore Do Not Disturb" option, I am golden...
flashed orangefox through twrp, touch doesnt work at all. But it worked on the first time, flashed MIROOM. Maybe it is related to the currently installed rom.
Edit: Flashed TWRP from fastboot and touch is working again. Just to be sure, reflashed orangefox and it didn't work again... I'll stick to TWRP, although I dont know if it is a problem with TWRP but i can't flash GSI roms
Hello,
Sorry for my Bad english.
with the stable rom 11.0.7, the orange fox touch works perfectly.
but with development roms, touch does not work. tested with 20.1.9 and 20.1.15.
Touch work with flashed twrp from fastboot

I get big battery drain on official MIUI Global 11.0.13. Are you running Miui EU or global rom?
Miui.EU (Based on china rom) https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/miui-11-0-stable-release.52628/
Some reported that their battery issue went away after flashing miui.eu

For flashing recoveries as twrp, I think the bootloader always needs to be unlocked.
