VirusROM B1 = not the best on battery, should be addressed for B2.

Based on endurance and speed.. try ICS by jusada or Infinity by nims... For stability stick to Stock rom

I only flash roms based on CM7.1/CM7.2 and sgs2 rom is based on stock.. Yes its right SGS2 has got better battery life but that rom has nothing to do with such battery life.

The best ROM is the one that you test and see if it fits to you.
Please don't ask wich is better.
THEY ARE ALL A GREAT JOB FROM THE DEVS.

Nope i mean the roms like cm9 and other non stock roms drain a lot of battery
when i change kernels it decreases or increases thats why

Bro in AOSP Extended I had 4½ hrs+ of SOT. Their was a battery drain in v3.2 but it was fixed in v3.3
Sorry currently I don't have SS but you can check that in AOSP Extended thread I have shared there. After flashing almost every Nougat ROM I came to conclusion that AEX is best ROM with lots of customization and a great battery life.:good:
