hi i too have the same problem with my phone! after flashing it gets the same error in red! that is after a GREY "poweroff" menu option this serror comes!
if u have fixed it somehow then pls inform me too how u did that!

This will fix your unlocked Phones which got bricked through OTA update and are dead now!
Please download this package:

Let it extract to a destination of your choice.
After that run Flashtool.exe.
Now hit the button FLASH and select the package which is included.
Follow the steps and connect your phone in flashmode. This is the same mode Pc Companion and SEUS uses to flash your phone to newer firmare (Indicated by green LED), if you got BLUE LED you are in the wrong mode!
Flashtool will now detect your phone and start the repair.
After all is done your phone should be up and running again, if not please reflash with original firmware and WIPE userdata!
ADVICE:
PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTA'S ! If you receive a OTA message just decline, if you accept it you will end with a brick AGAIN! So please do NOT accept them until SonyEricsson provides a OTA solution for unlocked Bootloaders!

If you got Flashing Error -----> Aborted your phone won't be flashed ... so radio will not be modified ...
Did you guys not read what binary said? Flashtool has a problem flashing this package, it is prob to do with the modified trim area, the flashtool dev will look at it tonight

Hmm, I got an idea... Vodafone phones with fastboot capability are sim-locked, and after bl unlock they're sim-unlocked too. What if we manage to enable fastboot, then re-run oem unlock to try to rebuild simlock?
1 - Flashed with the Fix
2 - Flashed with Generic UK
3 - Turned on the play and still no radio

It's stated in first post, the Fix cannot only Fix your phone if you are in DEAD STATE.
If you already tryied the other trick it's too late sorry!
Now you have to use a payserver to remove simlock, there is no other way.

Sometimes we can brick our devices by a bad unlock, flashing process, or simply bad luck.
The phone doesn't turn on and there is a Red Led Of Death when pressing power button. Even with a GREEN led when we plug the phone with back key pressed the computer detect the phone as "unknown device" so there is no chance to get fixed by Flashtool or SEUS/PC Companion.
Well this problem normally means that the bootloader is broken or damaged. So, in order to fix it we need to write a new SEMCboot and after this we were able to flash a full and fresh firmware with flashtool and unbrick our Xperia.
This process like unlocking process requires SETool dongle/box and a paperclip to make a testpoint to put the phone in flash mode and be able to write the SEMCBoot.
I can help to anyone with a bricked Xperia Arc/Play/Neo/Pro just make send me a PM.
Like unlocking process you will need this 3 programs:
SETool software for unlocking
USB Over network client for remote dongle
Teamviewer client for remote support and guide
THIS PROCESS IS FREE

Sometimes even after fix the bootloader the phone doesn't want to boot. In most cases this is by a damaged TRIM AREA (TA).
The trim area is a part of softwere stored in eeprom so it can be read and write with the proper software like SETool.
Read and Write trim area is very easy but you should know that some sectors of the TA are unique for you phone, lets call it Security Units.
The process for repair trim area is indeed very easy.
For sure we need Testpoint like in unlocking or bootloader repair process.
1. Backup Security Units with this script:

2. Write a Working TA backup from another phone (same model)
3. Restore Security Units.
Thats all, now your phone should boot well but is 90% possible that you dont get Signal so for fix that we need to unlocking.

Ok i will try this on my r800at which is now r800a by means of firmware upgrade. But i have one question. In order to hit the testpoint my phone needs to have its battery removed and if that and the USB cable are both gone will pressing the Testpoint and the Power button at the same time do anything?

I have tried multiple cables and everything and the phone is recognizable on my pc and the bootloader is unlocked and OEM unlocking is also unlocked.
Could anyone please help because the phone only loads in to the fastboot mode.
I've tried multiple WebUSB based installers but they all error when entering the faastbootd phase.

I know you said you tried multiple cables but try using an A to C cable and also try using a USB 2.0 port and other ports if necessary, since you didn't mention anything about ports.
Also make sure you have the latest version of Platform Tools and don't have any other adb/fastboot tools on your computer.
Or tell me if you're using windows or linux
If you're on linux what does `lsusb` tell you.
I've actually found a fix for the issue when flashing with a non-USB2.0 port on Windows. It does require a small change in the registry, however. You can write down/export the current values first, if they exist, if you're worried, but so far after leaving these changes in my registry for months I've run into no problems at all with my phone or any other device.
I'll attach a reg file (in a zip) to easily apply these changes - feel free to open it up in Notepad/etc to verify it only makes the changes below, but if you'd rather do it manually:
Under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\usbflags:
* Create a key (folder) named 18D1D00D0100 if it doesn't already exist
* In that key/folder, create three Binary Values (REG_DWORD) named osvc, SkipBOSDescriptorQuery, and SkipContainerIdQuery (that's an uppercase i as in ID)
* Set osvc to 00 00, SkipBOSDescriptorQuery to 01 00 00 00, and SkipContainerIdQuery to 01 00 00 00
You may need to reboot. After this, you should no longer run into any issues when using a USB 3.x port to flash with Fastboot, PixelFlasher, etc.

RP SWREV: B means bootloader level. you should see 16 (hex 10) therefore download stock ROM with same level. 15 is (hex F) so it seems Samsung use letter G (instead hex 10) although G is no valid hex value
in file name the bootloader level is indicated by letter U followed by value
