Very disappointed with Slickwraps with both their product and customer support - Shield Tablet Accessories

I purchased NVIDIA SHIELD Tablet K1 on December 3rd, 2015.
At the same day, I've decided to purchase a vinyl skin for it.
I was very happy with my Galaxy S6's dbrand skin - https://twitter.com/arter97_dev/status/664016978030432257 , so I went on to dbrand.com to get one for my SHIELD, but disappointed afterwards because they have none for this product.
So I went to an alternative/competitor, Slickwraps. And they had one for this product.
After I bought it, I was disappointed again only to found out that it was a mess.

If you don't think that's a mess, you need to go see a doctor.
It was not entirely the Slickwrap's fault, because NVIDIA changed their design slightly with the new updated K1 tablet.
But as a regular customer, I expect at least one employee would implement a warning sign on their website that newer K1 variant is not compatible.
I was not entirely happy. So I posted that on my Twitter, tagging dbrand to ask them if they have any plans with this new K1 tablet.
And out of nowhere, official Slickwraps Twitter account has replied back to my tweet to open a 1:1 conversation to resolve this matter.
I happily did, explaning why I was not happy as a regular customer, and that I expected a warning sign or something.
And I was expecting an answer of “We’re sorry to disappoint you. We’ll update you ASAP when we come out with a new skin that is compatible with the new K1 variant”, because I thought it was unlikely that they will have a skin ready for the new K1 design. However, I got “We do have an option for the K1. We will reship the correct skin today. Tracking to follow”.
This means that Slickwraps had an option for K1, ready to ship.
Let me make this clear, just in case someone blames me for ordering the wrong product. Slickwraps did not have any options for the customer to choose between the old model and the new K1 model when I was purchasing it, so that’s December 3rd, 2015. Slickwraps updated their website with the new option after I told them I got a wrong skin.
I was happy at this point. After all, they were resending me the correct skin, free of charge.
But things went south after this.
First off, they did not send me the tracking number that day, or the day after.
3 days later, I told them that I need the tracking number to get it properly, as another measure of reminding them, just in case they forgot it.
They ignored my messages and did not send me the tracking number for 2 weeks, until Janurary 5th, 2016. At this point, I was pissed off. I sent “If you have no intention of reshipping one, just tell me so that I can go out and buy a case or something. I think I've waited long enough”, in which they replied “?”.
“?”?
Are you f***ing kidding me?
Their Twitter account was to talk to their own customers and followers, and they are replying me back with “?”, not like “What’s the problem?”. Am I your f***ing friend?
While I was genuinely pissed off, I calmed down and send them a screenshot of the existing Twitter conversation as it seemed like they’ve cleared up my conversation.
They replied “Tracking LN*********US through USPS”. That’s not even a full sentence. No apologies whatever.
So I replied back “I was expecting at least an email or a Twitter message”, and they are now completely ignoring my messages.
I just turned 19 last week, but I’m very confident that I myself would run a customer service center better than Slickwraps.
After visiting my local post office, because for god damn it, Slickwraps did not send me the tracking number on-time, I retrieved my skin today.
I tried them on and their precision pissed me off once more.
Notice that I’ve matched up the word “SHIELD” perfectly.
And voila, camera hole is off significantly(more than a milimeters).
If a skin’s precision is off that much, you can’t use something like a hair-dryer to fix that.
If I match the camera hole, the entire word “SHIELD” is off.
And vice versa.
Thanks Slickwraps, for giving me a facepalm.
TL;DR
Slickwraps
Runs its website very sloppy.
Runs its customer service very ****ty.
Precision is bad. Very bad.
So don’t buy anything from Slickwraps.
The entire Twitter DM conversation screenshot :

That's one sick customer service. Unprofessionalism at it's finest.

gg. best customer service ever. You should go ask for a full refund, or tell them to change your cover again.

I chose dbrand and they were perfect in everything...

Whoa, didn't know this thread existed but now I do!
Either way, Slickwraps or dbrand, it doesn't really matter as 3M is responsible for the materials. So in the end it boils down to customer support and the packaging. Slickwraps will ship all the pieces, whereas with dbrand you can order parts individually.
i.e it's like comparing two different E-tailers that both ship your iPear 69, but the packaging is different. And just because your purchase came borked you blame the E-tailer instead of the manufacturer.

However it's still slickwrap problem for the precision issues which to me is what matters the most.

Yeah, it is still slickwrap's fault. Given that those skins has some defects/issues why would they still let it out in the market. Do they even have quality control? Moreover, if the problem is beyond their control (manufacturer's error), it is STILL their duty and obligation to acknowledge and reply to feedback PROPERLY in a decent and professional manner.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9HOuc6Q8LQ the slickwraps casing looks alright...?

By the way: they gussied up their website.
So don't run someone down across-the-board, only you had made a bad experience with it.

Same issue with Slickwraps
I'm in the middle of the same issue with a Galactic Series skin I ordered for my MacBook Air. If I align the logo then the edges don't align and the wrap overhangs. If I align the edges the logo is off. Can't win.
Slickwraps customer service were quick to get back to me but no sign of a replacement yet. And the cheek of suggesting that normally they charge postage on a warranty replacement for a defective product! I flat out refused to pay for it.
"Do they have quality control?" is a perfectly valid question. I regret not going with dbrand and I'll dispute the transaction with Mastercard if they don't come through or reply soon.

Well then quality control probably is the issue here, with some it fits perfectly with some it doesn't fit

Well, it is December 26, 2017 and apparently not much has changed. I wish I had seen this before I ordered for my son. Order placed 12-6-17 with promise of 3-4 day shipping and tracking number to follow shortly. WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL it is 20 days later, no tracking/shipping number and total ignore of my e-mail wanting to know what my shipping number was. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY. I WILL STOP THE TRANSACTION ON MY CARD. JUST IRRITATES ME THAT I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS FOR SOMETHING WITH SUCH AN INSIGNIFICANT COST.

I do not know where you've been ordering, Nvidia k1 is not on sale for half a year.

gel skin for the htc touch hd

Hi guys,
Im new here and not long had my htc touch hd, but im loving it!
just wondering would anyone know where i could get a gel-skin for the Touch hd?
by gel skin i mean this
http://www.mygelskin.com/tytn-p1.htm
or this
http://www.gelaskins.com/
rather than a case,
only ive seen them for the laptops and they make your product really individual. the ones ive seen also look really high-quality but the problem ive had is finding someone to do them for this more nieche phone.
any help or advice would be appreciated, especially if anyone has looked into it themselves,
thanks,
p.s. i tried searcing it with nil response...
ebay and I must say they look quite cool
^no i couldnt see any, ebay doesnt have any that are the same as the website, the website sells vinyl stickers, rather than a rubber case.
found what i was looking for!
i will share it with you:
http://www.uniqueskins.com/Products/HTC/HTC+Touch+HD+Scratch+Resistant+Skin
im not sure about the colour scheme in the images but you can make your own and they protect the device...
they do 2 sets one for $7 and one for $19 - but you can design your own for $7!!!
edit:
this is what its gonna look like:
ill take pics of mine once ive got it...
Hows the quality of skin? Is it worth it?
This is really cool, be sure to give us an update asap. I'm designing my own at the moment.
PS: I only see the 19 one, where did you get one for 7?
hey,
im glad some1 else has taken an intrest, because when i saw this i thought it was really cool although no-one seemed intrested on this forum.
To update, im still waiting for it to come, the site is in the US and i live in the uk, so i guess a week of waiting isnt so bad. It says it has been shipped, tho which is good. In fact, it took less than 24 hours to get to get shipped which i thought was impressive.
I went for the $19 one instead of the 7 because it covered more of the phone and it was a scratch proof version, so i shouldnt need a case with it.
you can see both below:
$19 version: http://www.uniqueskins.com/Products/...Resistant+Skin
$7 version: http://www.uniqueskins.com/design.php?prod=889&opt=1610
sneaky tip: before i bought it i found a 25% off coupon on the order plus the shipping to the uk was only $3 so in total it came to $17, which if its as good as i hope its gonna be, is very good value for what it is -
a custom designed skin which is scratchproof plus a built in screen protector and it got sent half way across the world!
i will update with pics as soon as i get it....
also, i would love to see what designs other people have come up with...
It does look cool and practical, however, if it is anything like the Invisible Sheild (it looks similar) then I certainly wouldnt waste my money.

Yeah, I found the same coupon, it's 25off. Does the 20 one really cover more areas? Because the 7 one is really tempting, it's just SO cheap.
PS: I think they're showing the Blackberry Storm on the video...
^ the 20 one covers the sides whereas the 7 one doesnt.
without seeing either i dont really know which one is gonna be better value for money, however i went for the more expensive one because i dont really want to carry a case with the phone so im hoping it will be enough protection however, if you just want the artwork i guess the $7 will be better.
Thanks, I made this:

I was thinking of getting the invisible skin.......I saw the demo video on an iphone and it looked impressive.....what's the downside?

has it been delivered yet?
Wow this is interesting I want to mod my phone just like this. Please post the pictures of your device with the skin.

Well it is difficult to apply and wetting the device down is highly un-desirable imo, apart from these things the front protection contains 5 pieces including the screen protector (which is quite unclear unlike a quality screen protector) The smaller front pieces which adhere around the profiled edges came off in less then a week of putting HD in and out of pocket, also the screen protector and back cover started peeling off very quickly, not worth the money imo and for the same price you could buy a nice hand made leather pouch or a lot of other accessories.
Any news about the gel a skin yet? So excited to see how it turn out to be...
This some bs, I don't think any of them bought the gel skin. I have been waiting forever. They don't even post any updates so that we can know the damn progress of the shipment.
I call BS, and I have lost faith in the people who said they will post pictures and reviews.
I just applied the skin that i had ordered and it looks Cool
Downside : the screenprotector doesnt fit the screen so that's gonna get scratched

This is what happens to a TP when poorly packaged and sent around the globe

Purchased from B&H. Poorly packaged and not "Fragile" labelling. From the looks of things, it was at the bottom of a very heavy pile.

Damn, does it even boot?
It does actually. The left side of the touch screen doesn't work. I am also worried about any damage to the battery. I shouldn't have turned it on. If any hears of a house fire overnight in Australia caused by a faulty android tablet....
wow, lets hope not.
I would email/call the company you received it from and have them send you another and some money returned that is unacceptable. I'm sorry that happened I feel your pain
I am glad I canceled my B&H preorder early. Would have also had international overseas shipping.
Sorry to see that they messed up on your order. This is worse to look at than those drop test videos
yeah that is messed up. looks like its bent. that would be immediate cause for refund or exchange. of exchange they need to give you free overnight shipping for your troubles. that makes no sense to be in that condition.
Sod the screen..... If it's not locking up and wifi/gps performs OK you've got a keeper!

According to the picture comments, the UPS box was fine. The device inside the box wasn't. So it was broken prior to UPS I think.
B&H is one of the best companies you could ever deal with.
I've ordered many many items from them.
Always arrived doubled boxed and packed well.
And if you have a concern with your order,
they offer great customer service as well.
Call them.
It is too bad Asus didn't package it so the prime was near the center of the boxes. The way they box these the box top almost rests on the screen so any corner damage to the top of the box has a good chance of damaging the unit.

That's sad, waiting so long to found it like that.
If there anyone can talk about deal with B&H, it's me. A little off-topic but here is my story, sorry for the long reading.
3 years ago I was in NY on a roadtrip, I went to B&H to buy a Sony FX7 (around $2,800) camera. Bought the camera, the salesman never open the box, I took the camera box, and to my fault, I never open it because I was going to catch a flight.
3 hours later, I was scanning the box thru TSA screening in Newark, and the TSA lady told me, Sir what you have in that box, I reply, a Camera I bought 3 hours ago, she asked me to open the box because the're wasn't a camera.
So I proceed to open the sealed box, and to my surprise, I found two rocks inside the box that were hold with tape. You can imagine my face, I looked around to see if there was any hidden camera, thought was a joke. I asked for a police officer to be witness.
So the situation was, bags were checked, so I had to change the flight, rent a car, an place to stay overnight. Next morning I went to B&H and explain the situation.
They kept me waiting, an hour later the sales man told me to go upstairs to a small office, with a lot of security cameras and two guys, one was the Store manager and the other one was on casual clothes. They asked what happened. As soon i finished, the guy took out a Police ID Badge, he took all my stuff, and my wallet. They threat me like a theft. I told them to call the airport, they call the airport, my friends that returned home, the warehouse, UPS.
After 4 hours of questions and all that stuff, was the worst situation in my life, been threatened like a theft, with nobody to help you, after you bought a 3k camera and got two fcking rocks. They decided to gave me the camera, because they find that the box with rocks weight the same as one with the camera, and the rocks were placed in a way that holding the box was the same feel as the one with camera. So was an inside job and a good one.
They gave me the camera, I opened in front of everyone. Lesson learned.
An aussie prime is boomerang shaped? who woulda thunk it
Seriously tho, sorry for you misfortune.

I have just spoken with them. I will see if you are right!
Its going to take at least a week to get an answer from them, according to the guy on the phone.
I have purchased from them in the past and had no issues.
Dear God, I just cried a bit.
Looks like that was packaged much better than Best Buy! They put them in a non padded bag, yes just a bag, with no padding no bubble wrap, nothing.
When I returned mine to Best Buy, I told the lady:
Me : "Can you believe that Best Buy shipped me a $500 tablet in a bag with no padding or anything?"
CS Rep : "Its because it is such a Sturdy Box!"
Me: "The Box may be sturdy, but the screen is covered by about 1/8 inch cardboard inside the box and that is it. One drop and that screen is toast!"
CS Rep: "Well, there isn't much padding in the box, you are right!"
Heck, when you open a prime, the tablet is right there the minute you take the top off. There is no padding on top of the tablet, and Best Buy just throws them in a bag that says nothing.
It isn't marked Fragile, it isn't marked anything!
Pretty sad!
A week to get an answer. That is unacceptable. I would call my credit card company and request a charge back and do business elsewhere.

Isn't the latest rumor that the iPad 3 will have a curved screen? Looks like ASUS beat them to it!
Sorry, OP, that sucks.
huh, that's terrible! mine came in some stupid bubble wrap envelope not even a box, i'm surprised mine didn't end up looking like that i also wouldn't be surprised that some of these supposed factory defects such as screens coming apart and cables becoming disconnected is a result of the shipping, seems like everyone that ships these things seems to think the asus packaging is enough to with stand the rigors of fed ex and ups delivery.....

I received this case yesterday after ordering it through Amazon. It shipped within the time frame that I was given (as I expect through amazon...). My initial impression of the case from the picture shown above was that it was beefy and appeared durable. This is certainly the case with this case (pun.. hah).
Bad news first:
I've had the case for a day now and I have developed a few opinions about it. The case went onto the phone easily (perhaps too easily), and immediately I noticed a defect in the top right corner. There is practically nothing holding the case onto the top right corner of the phone... Considering that most cases "snap" onto the corners of a phone, it was concerning. The rest of the case is well made and with no defects, but one is more than enough. (I understand that these are made in bulk and probably have a relatively high percentage of defects of some kind.) The silicone that surrounds the phone's outer rim doesn't cover enough of the phone to secure it soundly. Therefore, the phone often slips out of the silicone portion of the case. At first, I thought it had to do with the portion missing in the top right corner, but, ultimately, when I tested the rest of the corners and edges, they all slip out easily.
The plastic portion of the case feels great as it is partially slotted and beveled. It snaps onto the the silicon portion easily (not as easily as the silicon portion, but easier than expected). It, too, dislodges from it's position on the case and eventually disconnects itself from the phone entirely.
The Good:
It feels great. When I hold the phone in traditional form (portrait, if you will), the large "bumpers" on the bottom of the phone rest securely between the palm and my pinkie. When holding the phone in the landscape position, the bumpers provide even more holding security for the phone. Overall, the phone "holds" very well with the added bulkiness of the large bumpers on the corners.
It looks great. The look of this case is pretty nice. My first thought was of a stormtrooper for some reason. There was minimal "flash" (I think it's what it is referred to when there are extra pieces of silicone [or plastic] where the mold was taken out). The cutouts for the 3.5mm input, sPen, speaker, camera/flash, volume buttons, and power button are all dead on. I have a bit of a pet peeve when the 3.5mm jack doesn't allow the male end to sit securely in place, but there is no issue here.
Neutral:
Customer service can determine whether buyers will return to purchase products or services. I have a defective product and normally this would not be an issue with most companies. They simply ship a new one after (or before) receiving the defective product. I don't expect anything less, initially, from Boxwave. However, when skimming the site to find contact information, I quickly found out that they don't have contact phone numbers. The only number I found was a FAX line (for ordering). Contacting Boxwave includes email and traditional mail. On the top of their "Contact Us" page, it reads "Feel free to contact us anytime." It irks me that they would put that at the top of the page and then only provide two forms of communication in which neither requires hours of operation (listed at the bottom of the Contact Us page) limitations to communicate through. I say this with the understanding that responding to an email inquiry can be inhibited by the hour or day that it is sent.
My neutral standing on customer service is for this instance only. Normally, this would be a negative critique, but since this isn't a huge issue or product, I'm not overly concerned with the customer service that I receive.
Overall:
I've only had it for one day, but during this day I've experienced some issues that outweigh the positives of the product. I work in a very active environment being in the military, and nearly every time I take the phone out of my pocket I examine it to make sure the case is still on the phone. About half of the time it is slipping off the phone somehow. I would like to hit the power button or answer a phone call and not worry about the case slipping off. I've had plenty of phones with a variety of cases before including Otterbox. No other case that I have owned has given me an issue like this one is presenting me. So, all in all, I would not recommend this case because of it's poor fitting to the phone itself. After all, isn't a case supposed to protect the phone? If the phone isn't in the case, it isn't being protected (duh).
Thanks for the review. I actually own one of these cases as well, and I can confirm everything you've said. Poor fitup has been an issue, since I wear cargo shorts, and depending on how the phone settles when I sit down, the case will start to come off and this will push over the power button and cause the phone to go into a constant reset cycle. I've been waiting for the price on the Ballistic case to drop (It's at a pretty sweet price right now @ $19.71 + Free Shipping on Amazon), since I've heard that the Ballistic case is more tight fitting, though I can't confirm that yet personally.
I contacted Ballistic about getting a review sample, telling them I wanted to do a comparison review between Ballistic and Boxwave, but they haven't approved me for a review sample. I will add though:
Your issues with customer service may have to do with the fact that the Boxwave is a knockoff of the Ballistic case (Designed in the USA, Made in China supposedly, at least on Boxwave packaging). As such, Ballistic informed me that they're pursuing legal action against Boxwave, since it is pretty much a blatant ripoff .
Oh wow. I wasn't aware of the ripoff of another company. Thank you for enlightening me. Ill definately look into the parent company for future cases and probably the one you suggested.

Heh, another example of a badly designed BoxWave case. Nice.
That case is sold unbranded on eBay for cheap. Not really sure if Boxwave actually developed it or is just marketing it under their name.

I saw the Ballistic is the Deal of the Day today on AndroidCentral, http://www.shopandroid.com/ballisti...11287A.htm?utm_source=ac&utm_medium=dailydeal. It's like $30 shipped.
Ballistic SG
Thanks for the heads up on this case; I used your advice to grab up the Ballistic SG. Prior to this post I did not even know that case existed.
I bought the Ballistic SG yesterday from Amazon for 20 shipped and fulfilled by Amazon. Time will tell if it is actually the real case as it is considered a "deal of the day" for more money elsewhere (like the previous posters link).

Did Supcase get booted from Amazon?

Looks like the same thing that happened to Spigen recently. The only products they have active are from other sellers.
im wondering the same thing- I was ready to get the Google Nexus 6 Unicorn Beetle PRO bc I knew it was shipping soon- and now it isn't coming up on amazon.. I tried to contact supcase on the site. But they haven't replied.. I even tried to order the case from the supcase site. But it seems the shipment part isn't working so I can't order the case either way..
Spigen is still showing up fine for me. I bought a Neo Hybrid case just few days ago.

Interesting. Sup case made some tempting cases. A little thicker or bulkier than I like but I did consider them.

Yes, they're back now, but they went missing for a day or two last week.
Any updates on this? Really like the look of the unicorn beetle (sans belt clip) and the prices were better on Amazon
SupCase has probably had the same thing happen to it that happened to Spigen a few weeks ago. That is, they're taking people's money and taking forever to ship the product. Not only that, SupCase has already pushed back the release date of the Unicorn Beetle Hybrid a couple of times, which only makes people like me that paid nearly a month ago complain and forces Amazon to do something.
I preordered the Unicorn Beetle on November 6th with an expected delivery date of November 26th. Then it pushed back to December 1st and now it's December 5th. Who knows when I'll see it? However, because I've had this case on every phone over the last year and because they're my favorite cases, I'm giving SupCase the benefit of the doubt. I'd rather it be done right rather than have a case that doesn't fit correctly.

+1 I also ordered a Supcase on November 6th and it will be here on Tuesday according to the tracking number, it's in KY right now. I also ordered the ibliason which is very similar.
Is there a link someone can post to the Supcase? Can't find it on Amazon.
They still aren't back on Amazon. The Supcase site and eBay are currently the only places that have them.

The Neo-Hybrids have been my favorite so far of any case. Note 3 / Nexus 5 / Nexus 6

^ This. Amazon has strict policies for their sellers to ship product out quickly and recently they've gotten even more strict.
My company sells over 20,000 products on Amazon and we had 2 products go out of stock before we could pull the daily feed for those 2 items from Amazon. When people ordered those products and got a back order email, Amazon immediately pulled ALL of our products from their site and said our account would be suspended for 2 months!
Luckily, one of our higher-ups has some pull with someone over at Amazon and they got our stuff back up and running the next day. But it still cost us somewhere around $10,000 in revenue for that day. All it takes is a handful of bad feedback reports or 1-2 missed shipping deadlines and Amazon will cut you off.

I actually just received an email from Amazon about an hour ago stating that if BrilloTech doesn't ship the SupCase order by 12/6 (1 month to the day since I ordered), they'll cancel the order. I don't know what's happening with BrilloTech right now, but I don't have high hopes that I'll be getting my order any time soon.

Looks nice! Absolutely massive though... I may go for the unicorn beetle that is slimmer after seeing this..

Finally! A case! Protection... Possibly.

So upon searching and searching I found a few bumpers made for the moto 360. This company is a 3d printing service that creates sells and ships based on customer code.
They have 2 different style cases for the g watch. One with a cover and one without. I think if the cover is fully removable and looks good I'd want that. I seem to cross my arms a lot and tend to wake up the watch. But not to the point battery life is affected. A matte screen protector works just fine.
Check this out. Let me know if you have one or order one. The plain black looks reasonably priced. Wish there were real photos.

I'm trying to picture that on my wrist, and I just don't see it....
Maybe it would have looked better if they could have figured out a way to make it be round.

Not for me but it sure reminds me of the old Swatch guards lol!
Looks like the design was updated a bit.
Looking at the dimensions though, the case is actually quite thin, and doesn't increase the footprint of the watch very much.
The developer just updated the design of both models with and without covers. I am probably going to order black strong and flexible with the removable cover! Here is a photo he sent of the actual finished product (before revisions so current one will be even better)
I kinda want to see what that looks like on the watch. Is the watch screen easy to scratch and break?
I have had my watch for a week or two. It's got a screen protector. It's probably not going to break as it's secured to wrist. But I'm afraid I'll scuff the frame from a door or something.
I would never put such a monstrosity on my watch.
Ok. So the revision should arrive to the designer around January 14th. I will share any information as it arrives. So I would say my full review should be no later than the end of January.
If you are in a hurry and don't want to wait, just go ahead and order one. $17.99 with shipping for the latest version with the removable cover in Blue Strong & Flexible.
If you can wait, I would try to hold off for 1 month just in case it needs any more tweaking.

I love it! When I work it would help protect my watch. When and where can I buy?
So the developer is awaiting the receipt of his final revision. Pics should be any day now. I'll post asap. I'll be ordering one for sure!
It's the link in my first post, if you don't want to wait. You'll get the latest revision but I'm waiting for him to examine it just to be sure. He's already made adjustments.
Got mine shipped ?
Would love to see some pics and perhaps a review once you receive it.

I would also like to see when it will arrive?
I am so happy (for the sake of the developer) that I'm not the only one excited!
I would order one but the one with the cover has required extra adjustments. If I didn't need the cover I would have pulled the trigger.
The cover is removable. I just want extra display protection and the ability to have my watch vibrate without others being able to see it. This case bypasses the theater mode bug.
It will be like Christmas all over again. As promised to the developer, I will be doing a full review here, on a few other forums, and on YouTube. As for the time frame, I would say a week after the revision is inspected by the developer, so the 21st of January.
Ehhhh....Try Again
Really not what I expected. It is very light, yet feels very cheap. It falls off all the time. I take off my sweatshirt and it gets stuck in the sleeve and comes off. Next time, make one that wraps all the way around.
One thing i do like about it is that you cant even feel that its on there and now its harder for something to hit my screen....even though i already have some scratches.....
In my opinion, I would wait for an updated case... don't buy this one........
I placed my order yesterday for the latest revision, fully functioning, with cover. The main link posted here has been updated by the designer with photos. Just click through the colors.
I ordered the black detail. I am really excited.
@joedow325 maybe you could express your concerns to the designer. While I haven't personally used the product yet, it sounds like something I'd like still. I want it to be easily removable / interchangeable. And I don't really wear long sleeves that much. I dunno. I would think there could be a way to have a back snap on like a phone case. I wouldn't want any added thickness though. Millimeters start to add up ya know.

have to say its the most ugly case i have ever saw.
What is so ugly about it? Especially the one without the flip cover. It isn't like it makes the watch huge. Typical judgy people saying negative things before they even try once themselves. Just wait for my full review...
dude. its a watch!
