[TUTO] xposed on ODEX rom; yes it's possible now! (and with knox 0x0 too!) - Galaxy A3, A5, A7, A8, A9 General

You don't need to do the complicated process of deodexing your ROM yourself or installing a deodexed Android 5.0 Touchwiz ROM any more prior to installing xposed on our A-series now!
I am however not responsible if you brick your phone; please know the risks of continuing.
Note: this is for Samsung 5.0 Touchwiz only as based on arter97's thread [UNOFFICIAL] Xposed for Samsung Lollipop by arter97!
For 5.1 & 6 please go to Wanam's thread [UNOFFICIAL][5.1.1/6]Xposed for Samsung Lollipop/Marshmallow.
For non Samsung Touchwiz, go to rovo89's thread [OFFICIAL] Xposed for Lollipop/Marshmallow [Android 5.0/5.1/6.0].
For older versions I have no clue, please search the xposed general section.
Warning, this installation needs like 500MB on your system partition to do the conversion (below installation overwrites the system Odex files etc).
Debloat your system partition if necessary! This is really important, otherwise you'll end up in a boot loop!
You can do this with for example GS4 Lollipop Debloat which also works on our devices and SD Maid (thanks to Twiq for this tip in his post)
Debloating is now optional thanks to dkcldark, but it still doesn't harm to clear up some space and get rid of some apps you don't need.
As always, backup everything first, and you might want to have your original ROM zip ready to flash with Odin just in case of.
There is 2 possibilities to get it, one if you don't mind knox counter going up and another one if you want it to stay at 0x0.
Option 1:
knox 0x1, warranty void
This is the easiest one.
Root your device if you haven't done already. Kingroot works great!
If you haven't installed a custom recovery, do so; search the General section of our devices forum to search the TWRP that fits your particular device. Note: I've read that TWRP 3 might cause some issues, so might be better to have version 2. This was at the time of writing; issues might be solved by the time you read this.
Install the xposed installer from this thread. I used XposedInstaller_3.0-alpha4.apk.
Flash xposed bridge from this post through your custom recovery (make sure you have enough space on your system partition, see above). At the moment of writing it was xposed-v79-samsung-test.zip dkcldark's update to v85; download his .zip file from his post here to your phone. This one isn't yet mentioned in the OP as it's a test version.
Clean cache & dalvik.
Reboot. First reboot may take a while.
But after that, xposed is installed!
If everything worked, please report back to arter97's post with a screenshot of Xposed Installer -> Framework with your model number and firmware version as described in his post. And while you're there, buy him a beer! This will benefit future development.
Option 2:
knox 0x0, warranty ok
This one is a bit more complicated as it won't use a custom recovery (which triggers knox).
Root your device if you haven't done already. Kingroot works great!
But Kingroot can't work together with an app we need below, FlashFire, so we need to transform it to SuperSU. Install Super-Sume Pro from Play Store.
Follow on screen instructions of Super-Sume Pro to get SuperSU working.
Mr.W0lf has an alternative option to replace Kingroot by SuperSU through Terminal Emulator here and here (I haven't tested this myself though, so read the complete thread and do research!).
Install the xposed installer from this thread. I used XposedInstaller_3.0-alpha4.apk.
Install FlashFire from Play Store
As FlashFire has some issues with setting permissions of the odex files from the test version of arter97 right, MatrixDJ96 has created a zip which sets the permissions right in this post. Download this xposed-v79-samsung-test-matrixdj96.zip on your phone. dkcldark created an update to v85 with MatrixDJ96's FlashFire fix included; download his .zip file from his post here to your phone.
Open FlashFire, click on the "+"sign, select Flash ZIP or OTA and select the zip file you just downloaded. Continue in next screen; click the "+"sign again and select Wipe. Only select Dalvik cache and Cache partition here and continue.
Go to the bottom of the screen and click on the big Flash button (make sure you have enough space on your system partition, see above).
FlashFire will reboot the phone and start doing it's magic; this might take a while, and first boot too.
But after that, xposed is installed! And you still have your waranty on your phone!
If everything worked, please report back to arter97's post with a screenshot of Xposed Installer -> Framework with your model number and firmware version as described in his post. And while you're there, buy him a beer! This will benefit future development.

Great thread, a quick howto guide to get your device running xposed framework from stock unrooted. And thank you for putting me in the credits, it's feels good that when you know someone is actually reading your posts :victory:
Just a suggestion tho, there will be some people who haven't upgraded to lollipop, and maybe (unlikely now, but maybe) some already upgraded to 5.1.x/above. They will ask you whether these steps could be used on their setup or not, i think you should anticipate that too

And yes, apparently unlike a lot of people on this forum, I'm a reader, I first gather a lot of info before I even think about flashing anything or ask a question!

I have no experience with 5.1 yet, but you could use the same steps as above but with Wanam's framework:
For 5.1 & 6 please go to Wanam's thread [UNOFFICIAL][5.1.1/6]Xposed for Samsung Lollipop/Marshmallow.

Hi.
Given that SuperSUME is now costing 4,50€ (which seems excessive for me, 1/2$ would be acceptable) do you know if using the alternate metod consisting on using a terminal emulator and a zip file to convert Kingroot to SuperSU would trip Knox?
Thanks for you tutorial.

AFAIK you wont trip knox as long as you don't change your recovery or kernel..

How can one know exactly how much free space there's on system partition to check if I need to debloat or not?
EDIT: Found out. Thanks anyway.
Took a gamble with about 300MB free on System and no problem

Just to report that it worked perfectly.
Thanks for the tutorial!

someone has already brought Xposed to the a3 - sm a310f to run?

I've yet to get my A3, just researching what I want to do to it when it arrives. xposed is on the list.
If I root with this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/samsung-a-series/development/galaxy-series-cf-auto-root-t3280406
Can I then follow the rest of Option 2?
Many thanks.
Edit - as that method installs SuperSU I am assuming Option 2 will work - correct me if I am wrong

Yes indeed, but I think that method also trips knox so you could also install a custom recovery and go with option 1.
I prefer not to trip it and keep my warranty, thus option 2 with kingroot, but that's my personal preference.

[Beta][Marshmallow/6.0][XT1575/1572] Systemless Root

Systemless Root
Read this first: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=63197935&postcount=2
To summarize:
This is an experimental root process
[*]It needs an unlocked bootloader
[*]It needs the system to have no trace of any other superuser solutions
[*]This will patch the kernel RAMDisk to include the su binary
[*]Following that, all calls to execute commands as root will be handled from here
[*]This means no system partition modification
[*]This also means Android Pay works
[*]Since this is experimental, expect apps with hardcoded su calls to not work (blame the app developer)
[*]Also, there are bugs as Chainfire stated but it's been stable up until now
[*]I have not tried this on the XT1572 but it should work
Click to collapse
IMPORTANT!
You need to revert to completely stock/clean marshmallow without any SuperSU installed.
Installation Instructions:
Install the kernel patch - systemless_root.zip
Install SuperSU (systemless) - SuperSU v2.56
DO NOT INSTALL ANY OTHER SUPERSU MODULES
IGNORE ANY TWRP MESSAGES ABOUT SUPERSU or SU in general

From what I understand it allows you to root your phone without making any modifications to /system. So when a OTA is released you flash the stock kernel and accept the OTA. This assumes you've made no changes to /system once you gained root.
Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
It's working great, I had to reinstall superSU from the play store as it was not showing up in the app drawer. Everything is working.
@alnikki25k BTW. Congratulation on the brilliant idea and implementation of a script that make the systemless root changes to the kernel, could this be used with another device?

worked so far.. flashed the stock odexed no root. rebooted and did quick gmail setup. Went back to TWRP and flashed the files for the kernel and SuperSU. When prompted by TWRP to install SuperSU after flashing the files I said do not install per instructions. Booted up and restoring with titanium as I type.
Next question would be if anyone was able to get xposed working with systemless root? Probably not going to take that plunge since I got root mainly for titanium and ad blocker.
Edit. All apps back. Running good. Not trying xposed yet. Android pay loaded no problem. Added cards no problem. Doing good so far
Tested on XT1572 , everything works flawlessly except es file explorer unable to request for su permission for some reason.
Thanks again for this

Snapchat does a security check for xposed framework upon sign in(and only at sign in).
if you want snapchat to work, you will need to sign into the app before installing the xposed framework. and if you ever log out of snapchat, you will need to uninstall xposed framework, sign in, and reinstall.
its not really an issue its a security measure taken by the devs of snapchat to further secure their app. it only checks for xposed since there is a module that exploits a few features on snapchat. however its security check only runs when you sign in. so once you're signed- in your in the clear. Just dont sign out or its a pain waiting for xposed to uninstall and reinstall. Hope that helps!
(only install xposed on Jasmine roms that support it, installing Xposed on a Stock rooted lollipop rom will cause bootloop)

[MOD][XPOSED] SBXposed

SBXposed bypasses the Xposed restriction in the Sparkasse(+) App.
Requirements
- Xposed Framework
- Sparkasse / Sparkasse+ app at least version 3.0.0
- Android 4.4+
Usage
1. Install SBXposed
2. Activate module in XposedInstaller
3. Reboot
4. Have fun with unblocked app.
Download
You can download the mod via XposedInstaller or directly from Repository: repo.xposed.info/module/tmh.sbxposed
Github: https://github.com/tmhzxy/SBXposed
Support
The module was tested by me on latest CM13 nightly for the latest version of the app. It should be working fine on other ROMs.
Please leave feedback with an Xposed log and the apk from Sparkasse(+) app if not working, so I can take a look at it.
I will not add any new features. This module is only for skipping the Xposed / partial root restriction.
Changelog
1.0: Initial module.
1.1: Fix min. XposedBridge version to 53 for Kitkat.
Works like a charm on Sultans latest cm13 (op3) with xposed and Sparkasse+! Thank you very much!
Works pefectly. I knew this Module would come. Like i statet in my Playstore Review. Thank you very much.

Thank you for sharing the module, works just fine. I don't understand how Sparkasse can block everyone out using Xposed...

[Rom] [Stock] [debloated] [Non Rooted] for SM-T350 7.1.1 Ghost Project (updated)

Update: 10/26/2017 I am moving any further development of Ghost Project Roms to Google Plus Community here
https://plus.google.com/communities/101940281883070515657
I have a non rooted build on my Google Plus community. I left it non rooted so you could use Substratum for Samsung. If you want root just flash Magisk 14.3.
Links are also in the 3rd post. But I am only doing questions from Google Plus.
*******I highly recommend that you run my first build V.1 as it is the best of all of the builds and has the best battery life. But for those of you that really need that security update, I will continue on and try to get this tho run at least to my expectations. Once there, I will re-post the link after it is running better.
The download links and further information are in the second post. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=70332239
[Rom] [Stock] [Rooted] [Deodexed] [Debloated] [TWRP Flashable Zip] [SM-T350]
I am not a developer. I am an Android enthusiast who, with the help of a few awesome tools, some reading and from a couple of great devs, I was able to build a custom rom from a stock firmware release.
I have been running it now for about 3 weeks and battery life is awesome. I left in just enough Samsung apks too call it a stock rom but not so many to cause it to lag.
I thought that since it was running so nice, I would share it with you. So, without further ado, this is "Ghost Project" rom for the Galaxy Tab A SM-T350 made from (T350XXU1BPE3) stock firmware.
Thanks To:
II am not a developer..... Let me make this clear.. Lol.. I am not a developer. But I did use an awesome tool that allowed me to make this rom "SuperR Kitchen" .... http://forum.xda-developers.com/chef-central/android/kitchen-superrs-kitchen-t3202296/page26
So first and foremost a big thanks goes out to this developer for this awesome tool.
I would also like to give props to Samsung and Sammobile.com for the firmware.
The kernel is from http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-a/development/kernel-galaxy-tab-sm-t555-5-8-2016-t3433560 and is a stock, permissive kernel. By "[ashyx, http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=4899305 Recognized Contributor]" another awesome dev. This is a stock kernel in every respect with SElinux set to permissive. Please make sure to stop by and thank him as he does some brilliant work and if you like his work dont hesitate to donate to him. This is our only custom kernel for this tablet. Thank you sir for your awesome work.
I would also like to thank and give props to"{FankieT} of {R3Ds themes and Development}" https://plus.google.com/communities/102477541363210451018 for all of his help and guidance. He was who got me started into Linux through Ubuntu and spent many hours teaching this old dog the ways of Android development. You can teach an old dog new tricks..lol
Big thanks to "[ @cbtc https://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=7546403 ]" for his help with some knox questions related issues.
Rom Details:
Use at your own risk. ********You have been warned..*********
Features:
1. Rooted
2. Busybox installed
3. Debloated
4. Zip aligned
5. Deodexed
6. Removed Kies
7. Permissive stock kernel
8. Knox removed
9. Added ES File explorer
10 .Added Nova Launcher
11 .Latest Google Keyboard
And a few other small changes here and there but basically a stripped stock experience.
Kernel:
Here is a link to the kernel developer's thread, who is another awesome dev, who's kernel is the heart of this rom.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...el-galaxy-tab-sm-t555-5-8-2016-t3433560/page8
By "[ashyx, Recognized Contributor]" This is a stock kernel in every reguard with SElinux set to permissive.
A few other small things here and there but mostly stock.
-This is a flashable zip using TWRP recovery and I highly recommend the 2.8.7.0 build as apposed to the 3.0.2.0 build. That is what works for me, your device may like the newer build of TWRP though.
Link to recovery built by "ashyx" an awesome dev...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-a/development/recovery-t3426560/page13
-Since this is a stock rom build, gapps are included so no need to flash any gapps.
#####Flashing instructions#######
###MUST BE ON MARSHMALLOW BUILD ****T350XXU1BPE3******#######
So, if you are on a lollipop build (5.0.1) you need to update to 6.0.1 and have TWRP installed........
1. Make a backup onto your external SD card or on a PC using TWRP recovery. This is a very important step as things do go wrong. You have been warned.
2. Wipe. I recommend a clean install with all 4 major wipes done (system, Cache, Dalvik Cache and Data)
3. Flash "Ghost Project v1.0 6.0.1 t350" rom zip.(or which ever one you decide from the list)
4. Wipe both Cache and Dalvik Cache
5. Reboot to system and profit.
The first boot will take a long time to boot. Put the device down and walk away until it boots (could take up to 15 minutes ) but most likely around 7 to 10 minutes. That is because all files are deodexed.
After it boots up Go ahead and set up the device the way you like it and enjoy.
I also have a Google Plus Communitee Called "Hayes Tech Rom Reviews" where you can go to watch reviews/overviews of custom roms for many devices that I own. I have about 20 to 25 devices now and try to do reviews on all the diferent roms out for them. I also have awesome links like the 3Minit battery mod by{made by "gharrington"} for the Nexus 6 and many more things. Please feel free to stop by.

**LAST BUT NOT LEAST****USE AT YOUR OWN RISK**
Warning, I am not a developer. All I am doing is sharing my personal build. I am not nor will I be responsible for anyone ruining your device. Thermonuclear war or Loss of job from device not working is your responsibility. And above all this zip will void your warranty.
I can't think of anything else..lol.. This is the first for me so be easy on me. I am going to try to add more custom features and may even add a pure stock rom for total stock experience, let me know... Enjoy.
A video review of my rom... Go here if you would like to see it
https://youtu.be/dVnx709LO7Y
I built another rom for those that want the stock experience but still want it rooted and Knox removed. It is also Zip Aligned and is running the same permissive kernel for Xposed Mods to work better with it. Knox was removed but it is still in the settings menus. I will fix this soon and up!oad another build with that fix.
All downloads with pefix (v.X) are build from same firmware T350XXU1BPE3 When Samsung releases another update the prefix will change to (v1.X).

"Chance Favors the Prepared"
Update build: 02-14-2017 Ghost Project V1.2 SM-T350 6.0.1 Built from the Sammobile.com firmware update T350XXU1BPK2/T350XAR1BPK2 with the November security update. This is the latest USA update that I can find. You must be on the T350XAR1BPK2 stock firmware ( flashed with Odin) before flashing this rom. I used TWRP 3.0.2.1 by " @ashyx "
Link to TWRP 3.0.2.1 @ashyx" The builder of this recovery. Make sure to thank him because with out this recovery, we have no way to flash our customs roms with.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3426560
AFH Download link for Ghost_Project_V1.2_SM-T350_6.0.1
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=673368273298931785
To install: you must be on Firmware package T350XXU1BPK2 before flashing this rom. This is the firmware link
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=154234
You need to install the firmware (unless you are already on this build) with Odin.
Then install TWRP 3.0.2.1 ****DO NOT LET TWRP INSTALL SUPERSU********
Then wipe system, cache, delvic cache and data.
Flash Ghost Project V1.2 SM-T350 6.0.1
Boot to system and enjoy.
After first boot to can flash the "Wanam version of Xposed" in TWRP if you want to use the installed Xposed installer app that I included with this rom.
links to this zip are in the first post.
Do not use any advanced reboot apps to boot to recovery. This may or may not cause you to get stuck in recovery and will not let you boot to system. If this happens to you, don't frett, just power off the device, push power+volume down+home and boot to "Download Mode". Once device load Download screen, press volume up to enter Download mode and plug in the device to your PC. Open Odin and flash TWRP again with auto reboot ticked on in options tab. Your device will then boot to system, after done flashing TWRP. The flags should now be reset to kernel again and you should be good to go once again.
I'm not sure why it does this but it only does with the 3.0.2.1 version of TWRP for this device. The Lollipop version I have had no issue with. But I had issues trying to flash this rom with the older TWRP so I used the 3.0.2.1 version.
If you don't want the Xposed app, just install your favorite system app remover and uninstall it. I use the app so that is why I pre installed it for you all.
The kernel in this rom is pure stock that was supplied in the firmware update. So the kernel source is plain stock Samsung. I tried @ashyx" permissive kernel http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3433560 with this build and couldn't get my device to boot. Your device may fair better. If it dies with for you, be sure to head over to his thread and give a small donation or at the least thank him.
*****UPDATE*****
Updated to April security patch. Must flash the stock firmware first via Odin. Then re-flash TWRP via Odin. Make sure when flashing TWRP that you have auto reboot turned off in Odin options. After TWRP flash is done, hold Home, volume up and down, and power button till device powers off. Keep holding all buttons except for the volume down and once the device comes to life, let go of the power button and after about 1.5 seconds let go of the jome and volume buttons. You should then boot into TWRP.
I I highly recommend that you do not use any apps to reboot to recovery or you could go into a recovery loop. If that happens you need to reflash TWRP via Odin following the instructions provided above.
This rom is prerooted so you do not have to flash superSu. Also, you need to give it at least 10 to 15 minutes for the first boot.
Have fun and as always this is as is and use at your own risk.
Sorry all, I pulled the build until I can get it running a little smoother. If I don't like the way it runs than I'm not going to give it out to others
I am leaving the firmware link up in case you want to update to the newest build through Odin though but it is unaltered and is straight samsung with no root. Completely stock and not flashable with TWRP.
As soon as I get it running smoothly, I will post the link again
Stock firmware: XAR-T350XXU1BQD1 must flaw using Odin (not a TWRP flashable zip) (completely stock with stock recovery)

"Chance Favors the Prepared"
GhostProject SM-T350 7.1.1 (stock) (debloated) (knox removed) (zipaligned) (non rooted) (T350XXU1CJ1_XAR)
Again, let me make this clear because the is this one dude it there accusing me if stealing from Samsung. I am not a developer. This is a TWRP flashable stock firmware update to 7.1.1 (latest release). All I did (for now) was to lighten the app load and allow it to be flashed via TWRP. I will be trying to deodex it and strip it even more as time goes on.
All my Thanks goes out to all the same people as in the first post. This is something anyone could do as long as you are running a Linux distro, have some basic rom construction knowledge and a ton of patience. I used @superR kitchen to do this with too. Here is his work and I highly recommend the donate download as the tools include helps a pile.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/forum....android/kitchen-superrs-kitchen-t3202296/amp/
I left root out because a lot of you don't use root for various reasons. If you want root, flash Magisk 14.3.
Must be on the stock firmware (flashed via Odin) first, them but to system. After you boot to system and unlock developer options and USB debugging, boot into bootloader mode again and install TWRP via Odin. In Odin options uncheck "auto reboot to system" when the recovery is done flashing (takes about 1 second) reboot into recovery from the download screen. That locks in TWRP recovery.
You can now make a backup and then flash GhostProject and Magisk 14.3 (if you want root). I will be working on this to trim it down the way I like it but if you like it close to stock than v5.0 if the rom you need.
I will not support questions here. Hi to my Google Plus community for that.

Thanks for the updated version of Ghost SM-T350 rom but can you upload v2 on Google Drive? Apparently, I can't access AFH on my school laptop as they have blocked it as a local block website. So if you can upload Ghost v2 on Google Drive by tonight or tomorrow, I would appreciate it.
Thanks.
New update to my Ghost Project builds of stripped down stock firmware. I have stripped it about as far as I am going to go with it so the rom stays dependable. I also removed the ES File Explorer and Nova Launcher apks. I left in the Google Keyboard though as I think it is just a better keyboard.
I am going to build one with root as systemless next for those seeking that want root that way.
AFH download links in the OP.

Installation?
Hey,
I tried to flash it and nothing happened, operator error I believe . Does the build have to be T350XXU1BPE3 or can it be an updated Marshmallow build? Like to flash your V.3 could I have the latest firmware or would I have to flash (odin) that specific build?~Thanks, C
Edit: I beat you to it, I read the first couple of paragraphs at the beginning of you OP again. You clearly said it was built from/for T350XXU1BPE3. Sorry for breaking my own rule...

No need for apologies. I'm not a dev and don't mind questions. But as you found out, you do need to have the latest or the firmware that I posted, already installed via Odin. It's a Samsung thing. Lol... Hope v3 is working good for you. : )

Yes I did find out. So I successfully flashed it and it is really great work, nice job! My only concern is the outdated android security patch level, which is to be expected since the ROM is based off an old build. Do you have intentions on updating that?

I also have a build with Magisk systemless root that I will upload later. If anyone wants to use Magisk as apposed to SuperSu

When I flashed the V.3, I recall it having May 1, 2016 patch level. The latest update has November 1, 2016. Is that what you mean, or some source code they haven't put out yet? And I looked up what Magisk s but didn't really understand it... What would be the advantages of using it over SuperSU?
Edit: I just reflashed V.3 and noticed that it was using the build one of your ROM and the installer for Ghost Project v1 6.0.1 installer. Is this using the wrong version or is that supposed to say that? (See photo)
Update: Well, confirmed build is V.3. Must have just been displayed incorrectly. Nonetheless, working flawlessly.

I never got around to changing the info in the build prop. V3 is just the latest in evelutions of my builds. It is still same firmware base as V.1 when I see a later version of samsungs firmware build showing, I will update this and the build number system will change to v1.1. As for Magisk, it was requested by a few people and from what I was told, they were having issues getting it to work with this tablet. I got it working. It still does not pass safety net though. I dont think it is going to that easy to byoass the safety net and still be rooted.
All my rom does is take the stock firmware and reliably debloat it enough to give you an outstanding battery experience. Thats it. There were no custom roms out for this device, when I started this project, and that is the only reason that I am sharing this. There is another great rom out now called "Fenix rom" so maybe I will see where his rom goes. It looks good.
As I stated earlier. i am not a developer. I understand a lot that goes into a rom and how to get it. But I am basing my builds on firmware releases from Samsung and untill Samsung releases another update, my hands are tied.
Thank you for the feedback.

Hey,
I'm looking forward to the inclusion of Magisk, I'm currently using a custom ROM that has it preinstalled. Wasn't sure how to use it at first but I see it mainly as an all around manager, and acts likes Xposed with the modules.
With that said, will you be using Chainfire's SuperSU or phh's superuser for the root (systemless?)?Cheers, CJSP

I tried several times, several different ways but still can't get it to install on the initial install. This is more than my skills can figure out...Lol... I'm done with Magisk for a while on this device. It's an issue in the installer script I think.

This is xposed for n firmware , I did not make this and only sharing for those who miss it give the dev a thanx for making this in the link ,the dev is in the picture
Download both the zip sdk24 system and also the xposed app , flash through flashfire ,I checked the mount system read write option, then let it do it's work , there is a systemless one but have not tested it ,anyone willing to provide info
Warning try at your own risk
Only problem I found is it logs you out of Samsung account and can not use Samsung account
Do not wipe anything prior to flashing through flashfire or you will get errors or crashes
UPDATE* An official release of xposed by rovo89 has been release it is working on s7 Qualcomm, flash using same process, you now have two xposed options to chose from now
Download this version And flash through flashfire if u can't find in the picture it says index and were to go

Thank the guy who re wrote the xposed, he earns the credit I was just willing to try something on an expensive paperweight ,hopefully our bootloaders get unlocked soon with all the s8 stuff going on , I don't know how long it will be till sources come out or if they do , but with all the updates coming out we might not get the chance ,someone out there has it unlocked but probably doesn't want to share ,other than that let the s7 be free somewhat ,now the next step is seeing if systemless root will work I'll be testing it here this weekend as it does have to modify boot but hopefully it works so we can have magisk and more support as that is really the xposed way for android

You need to download the correct Xposed version and flash it via flashfire.
After wipe dalvik I had got bootloop. That Xposed is not stable and match to Samsung devices. Before wipe dalvik some my apps crashed from time to time.

Why would u wipe dalvik for and it isn't meant for our devices but it is an unstable xposed made by a dev himself not the original creator as magisk took over , and this is experimental but I have not had one problem at all except which is stated in op ,it has been tested on Samsung ,when u wipe the dalvik it resets the data of the apps which you should do prior to installing roms not zips as it automatically optimizes the apps prior to boot
I don't understand... Do You mean do not wipe dalvik and cache? I did that becouse some of my apps crashes with xposed and after that I had got bootloop.

Do not wipe anything only flash through flash fire and use it ,and it will work ,when it boots it optimizes the apps automatically
