There is no global beta rom for the Redmi Note 2. You will have to use xiaomi.eu version of the china beta rom, which has google apps and extra languages.

A while a go I got a xiaomi redmi note 3 from gearbest and it seems they installed a custom rom in it.
The version is miui 7.1 stable (7.1.99.99 LHOCNCL)
Kernel version 3.10.73-perf-gc7d7acd
How can I update the phone to the newest stable global version?
I tried to search on the forum but no luck.
Please if there is an easy way to do it, please post the thread link.

Follow these steps and you should be good to go.
1. Download the latest Fastboot Global Stable ROM from here - http://bigota.d.miui.com/V8.0.2.0.L...DG_20160805.0000.29_5.1_global_11a3c80166.tgz
2. Download the MiFlash Tool from here - http://api.bbs.miui.com/url/MiFlash
3. Follow this guide to the letter - http://en.miui.com/thread-235865-1-1.html
At the end, you should have a working official MIUI ROM on your device.

I've uploaded a mirror for FASTBOOT image for Mi5 Global Stable ROM (MIUI 9) on Mega for fellow Mi5 owners as I think Official link is very slow, at least it was for me.
It includes the flash tool too.
REMEMBER: It's the FASTBOOT image and not the normal recovery zip. You need to flash it using the official Xiaomi flash tool (also given in this Mega folder)

Where can I download the global developer rom for kenzo as the MIUI website is down?
On MIUI website the official Fastboot ROM link is of old version (10.3.4.0), is there anyway we can retrieve link of official fastboot rom of latest version (11.0.8.0) which can be flashed with MiFlash tool?
