Hi Guys!! I am in total trouble, I have xt912 Droid Razr Maxx (CodeName: Spyder), I was installing new rom using safestrap. Everything was going fine till I Clean system partition. safestrap also got deleted and now phone is on bootloop (Bricked).
Worst thing is my phone usb port is not working and can't flash my device using RSD! :crying:
Can anyone help me to provide Safestrap/BMM(Boot Menu Manager) Installed Using Recovery? I Can't Install them through apk, device is bricked and no usb option to flash it. .
can anyone help me? any alternate way to flash or any help please help me...!!!! :crying:

Yes I Can Boot Into AP FastBoot Mode, and My Computer's USB Ports Are Not Working. Device Hardware Is OK.

Find a PC that has working USB ports and use RSD lite to flash the stock firmware again. Your probably going to need to boot into AP Fastboot so RSD lite can see your device

I have a motorola atrix 4g AT&T Gingerbread 2.3.6.
Yesterday a received a new notification about a new upgrade. so i acepted.
then the phone turned off and i received this message.
failed to boot 1
When i push vol+ and power i read this
failed to boot 1
PwrReason: Usb_cable
Starting Fastboot Protocol.
when i push vol- and power i can read starting NVflash but the phone turn off after 1 second.
if i connect the phone to my pc, it don´t recognise.
Any help???

Your phone is hard bricked. Only warranty service from Motorola will solve it.

I would try 236 sbf first rsd.first maybe install did not take seen that in mine before.

try pressing Vol+ and power. If it says "starting RDS protocol" you are not so unlucky. Connect the phone (in RDS mode) to the pc and start the windows application called RDS Lite v5.6 or 5.7 (I tested these). Then your phone will be recognised by RDS Lite and you'll be able to flash a full sbf (full image of the complete system - like a factory reset). You can find your correct sbf from here: http://www.das8nt.com/sbffiles.html

I used fastboot under windows...search for fastboot.exe and run it from a terminal ms-dos..

when i do that the ms-dos said "waiting for the device" i installed all the drivers and i run it on win 7, win 8 and win xp. Thats i´m trying with ubuntu no drivers need for mount a device.
I´m very bored without an smartphone lol
Your phone is not hardbricked. Rsd recognise your device you will flash with the same firmware you have after the problem. If that not resollve your problem you need to flash the unlock sbf via rsd. Again using rsd lite flash the sbf original you have after the failed to bot 1. If the failed to boot 1 still there you need to flash via rsd the unlock sbf.

Are you sure the device is connected in fastboot mode? Try fastboot devices before other operations...anyway if the phone goes into fastboot mode you are safe! It's just a driver problem! Keep me updated

Try an other pc or maybe an other usb port...don't you hear any sound while connecting? If yes your phone is at least seen by the pc and you can try to install missing drivers from control panel

Only on Win xp i got the sound. (in then out sound). It´s a very weird situation cause i downloaded the latest drivers

maybe you need to search your device and install drivers manually from control panel and "hardware". I think it's only this driver problem that keep you from flashing a full rom...

Aite no problem if ya can able to switch on ya phone .. have ya tried usb connection apps from market .. If not try it because ya able to switch on ya phone so it might b work on ya phone ..

Its not cid problem at all .. Check ya usb data cable or install drivers properly once again .

He can't mount his phone with an deleted CID, no matter what App or stuff he use.
The only way is to root it and install BMM, to bypass the CID Error without BPTools. Adb is still functional, so he's still able to root.

I got used verizon droid razr maxx ( *Not unlocked*, i guess) & using it on international gsm sim. My PC does not recognize the device....whenever i connect it to PC, it only charges it, no Mass storage, MTP or PTP...debug mode is checked.
Is it because of CID issue??

I'm in your situation as well...
accidentally deleted cid, reboot idiotly,
stuck in the logo with white annoying words above,
only BP tools can let me into the system.
now when the usb is connected,
the options (MTP, Mass storage..etc) didn't show up,
and the computer can't detect my phone!
my XT910 can't be rooted now because the installation needs reboot,
and afteer rebooting it will stuck at the logo then can't proceed, and root fail.
what can i do?

I think that you can root your phone...
You say that the installation needs reboot when you start rooting,I think it has to be 3 reboots.
Just boot every time with BP tools,I mean,when the phone shutdown the first time,don´t wait it to boot itself,just push & hold Vol - and Vol+ and power button and boot via BP tools.
Just repeat that 3 times and you should be good :fingers-crossed:

drivers.. attached... also.. please note... for using sp flash tools with ... zen 701hd....
switch off the phone... remove battery... wait for a minute.... put battery back... then... start sp flash tools.... then connect the phone.... you will see.... VCOM port(xxx) connected via usb.

also try installing pda net desktop software.. that should work
also try.... press Power+VolUp+VolDown the device switches to diagnostic mode during which my PC went into driver hunting mode.. it worked for someone...
My stupidity screwed up my 701 phone
I went to CWM and cleared all cache and data, dalvik cache etc...
But instead of selecting the ROM zip of my phone I stupidly selected ROM of some another phone and flashed it !
Now only the ZEN logo comes up.then screen goes blank and again ZEN logo comes up and the process just repeats
I connected to PC and by the time the PC detects it and maybe load driver for it and ADB commands work, the Phone reboots again and again
And the best part is Power+VOL up+Vol down keys dont work or to go to diagnostic mode . looks like stupidity and foolhardiness finally took its toll
is there a way to flash it back to stock rom, but I guess its hard as the phone is not even waiting till PC detects it in ADB mode

WHen it starts it shows encryption unsuccesful and the only option is "reset phone".
and it reboots to recovery. In recvery it shows error :"Mount /data error".

I have a tablet Lenovo IdeaTab A2107A-H (16GB) and i have problem, few days ago tablet dead because i Installed Foxrot ROM and all time screen is Black ;(. I have installed all drivers for ADB and MTK Preloader, but when i take reset, next hold Vol+ and Power windows see my tablet not like a MTK Preloader but like Unkown device in USB Section with a Yellow triangle. Decive id :USB\Vid_0000&Pid_0000\6&373d4c5d&0&3 and i can't load any drivers for this tablet ;( I need help to back to life my tablet.
I don't know what battery procentage is. May be this is a problem?

I found something about test point on MTK 6575 but i can't found testpoint at a2-mb-h301 motherboard ;(

i have pregramency rom and some chinise stock rom.
When i connect tablet to Pc and hold Vol + or -, power. my computer see only unkown device. I have installed all adb drivers ( preloader too). ;(

wht you mean by usb not working? does pc detect the phone but storage doesnt show or it doesnt detect it at all
if it detects. make sure you have installed drivers. root using vroot (chinese tool)

pc detect phone but on phone getting message "AT command service stop" and as I know when I'm booting with bp tools usb will not work (found that info on that forum...)... maybe there is any way to root 4.1.2 with stock recovery ? I know I did it before somehow but don't remember how... it was long time ago

ok I solved problem by rooting phone with root master (some chines software)... working perfect now with slim kat
