Important:
Before update the rom, check developer settings under CM recovery update. Go to settings developers options and turn off CM recovery update if you don't want to loose TWRP recovery.
If CM recovery replaced TWRP:
Disable Recovery protection: 1. Enable developer mode: Settings > About Phone > Build number > Tap this 7 times.
2. Disable CM recovery protection: Settings> Developer Options > Update CM Recovery > Uncheck
Then flash latest TWRP. After flashing twrp do not reboot to system! Power off your phone and then first boot into twrp and then boot to system
Other method with fastboot:
Note many devices will replace your custom recovery automatically during first boot. To prevent this, use Google to find the proper key combo to enter recovery. After typing fastboot reboot on your computer, hold the key combo and boot to TWRP. Once TWRP is booted, TWRP will patch the stock ROM to prevent the stock ROM from replacing TWRP. Come from older version than 5.7.3: Clean or dirty flash? :-
Clean flash is HIGHLY recommended due to the newest security patch and introduction of thememanager service.
Dirty flash may work but If you run into issues , perform clean flashes. Dirty flash reports will be ignored

TO ALL D855 USERS: EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO INSTALL 21C BASEBAND (AKA MODEM, RPM AND TZ PARTITIONS), OR ROM WILL NOT FLASH. 21C BASEBAND CAN BE INSTALLED FROM THIS THREAD.

It does not include Gapps, you can download them separated.
I've build it for my own with original and untouched sources from resurrection (latest version I've seen on xda was 5.6.7, maybe it will be released official? at the given link:

I've installed it over 5.7.2 (only dalvik/cache wiped), no problems till now...

No new build from Yadr since a while .. Firebird build it unofficially in Yadr thread with a different kernel.. and the official maintainer have a problem to upload to RR basketbuild, +Sascha on G+ RR community so I think it's the OP ????

No, the builder up here doenst built corectlly, just donwload from basketbuild, and this build isnt offcial, that means i ( i do this because iam nice ) wouldnt help you, just donwload from basket and i can help you
