Not all of those may be in the rom, I pulled that list from a bloat cleaner app.
Also if you don't plan to use screen mirror or WiFi direct you can remove any of the "AllShare**" stuff #WfdBroker.apk is part of the AllShare suite

Just Odin the stock MJ4 tar in the dev section. It is posted by Skunk Ape. It doesn't wipe data so all you will have to do is reroot and flash a recovery. Somebody could probably tell you which apk it was but we would have to know every one you removed. Other option is to just reflash a nandroid or ref lash the stock ROM you are on without wiping data.

More than one, which is why you were provided a sound answer. Deleting apks could lead to undesired outcomes, as there are dependent library files (amongst other items, like archive files, sound, images) that go with them.
If all you did was delete apks, I'll send you a list of what should be in there. You could compare them one at a time, and let us know which are missing. Once that's known, I'll link you the ones to backfill.
Give me a minute and I'll post here. Now you might see why @ifly4vamerica and @w7excursion suggested the other route (it's a long dang list).

App manager, select disable if an option (for most of the ones you referenced, it is). For others, like connection optimizer, you can use Titanium Backup to freeze. I suggest doing the latter one or two at a time with a reboot in between to make sure you aren't freezing apps that cause the same issue.

Thread closed; all Verizon Samsung Galay S4 4.4.X discussion resolves to this thread.
I've removed the following 147 apps from BeansTown106's 4.4.2 [NC4] ROM but can be removed from any NC4 ROM. If you're on the OTA you should remove any corresponding odex files as well. There are more apps that can be removed but these are the ones I've deleted so far. Please keep in mind that you use your phone differently than I do so some of these may interfere with your daily use if renamed/removed but everything I use works fine for me. I have completely removed them but the best thing to do is to rename them with a .bak extension in Root Explorer (or similar app) to be sure that they aren't going to cause any issues for you after rebooting. You could also copy them to your external SDcard for safe keeping and then delete them from the appropriate system folder. I am not responsible for any issues you may have when removing these app.

These apps can be removed from any NC4 ROM, if it's the OTA you should remove the odex file as well. I also updated the OP to show this information.
when i froze the magazine app with TB, it made my email crash. was wondering if you have facebook installed on your phone. i cant seem to get the location to post anymore. i used to be able to tap the little location emblem, and then at the bottom of the screen on the next page, the city would be highlighted in gray. you could tap on it and then it would add it to your post. are you able to do this? i think something i froze may have caused this. thanks in advance

I don't use the stock email app or Facebook, did you freeze locationservices or VzwLbs? It could be one of those. I'm glad you to the safe route and froze them.

I am using titanium backup to freeze other than that am I supposed to do something else ( trying to understand delete odex) I was freezing in case I wanted to re add it later

I've removed the following 168 apps from hsbadr's Jamine ROM which is a full S5 Port [N900VVRUCNC4 & G900VVRU1ANCG] . There are more apps that can be removed but these are the ones I've deleted so far. Please keep in mind that you use your phone differently than I do so some of these may interfere with your daily use if renamed/removed but everything I use works fine for me. Yes and no, there always seems to be a few apps that still run even when they are frozen. You could always remember them with a .bak extension and leave them where they are.

I just use Root Explorer and check all of the apps then move them to a folder on the external sdcard.

Yes. Use this script for the s5 and just add or delete any lines with stuff u want to keep or add. The script will say it failed on windows but it just takes a few seconds to popup and start deleting on ur phone. It will reboot ur phone when its done. I have run the script on the stock rom / jasmine 1.72 / 2.0 and baja rom. I delete the lines for hangouts/ youtube and chrome because I use those.

cant we choose custom apps because there are some apps in the list which i find quite usefull...

Which are the apps that you want to exclude ??
I flashed this debloater script after flashing Kit Kat rom and immediately get fc on sensor service and samsung keyboard. Then turning on wifi becomes problematic (it stays turning on very long and can take a while to connect to your ap. Mxplayer in video brightness control also doesn't have any effect.
At the end I had to reflash the original kit kat ROM. Think the script removed some dependencies.

thats exactly what happened with me....the keyboard crashed and wifi became problematic....had to download official kitkat and flash it....OP look you should atleast try your scripts before posting.....
