Download .zip file;
Extract all its contents into a folder;
Click on setup.exe;
Click on "Install";
Waiting for the end of the process;
Enjoy your tool
UPDATE
There will be no need to re-download the new tool, but just look for new updates directly from the tool.
In all cases I'll update the link in this thread and report it when there are new updates with its changelog.
(If you have some error during the update, please click continue and if you have some problems after an update please try to unistall the tool and install the lastest tool avaible)

I cant test it for all devices in the world i'm not richie rich. I make it to work on all device, if you use it without brain, maybe you can make damage but it's really difficult

Not for now, but there is a button to reboot in fastboot mode through adb

2. Open Odin v4.28,
- Select OPS tab: EUROPA_I5508_v1.0.ops
- Select BOOT tab: I5500XXXXX_BOOTLOADER.tar.md5
- Select PHONE tab: I5500XXXXX_amss_phone_CL462398.tar.md5

thanks a lot for the flashing guide. Odin detects my phone but when I hit "start", it's gets stuck at setup connection..
I tried repeating the step (remove battery, put it download mode & connect again) but no luck.

GSM bug not fixed at all
and have new demo games that steal ROM space like my old firmware.
Hope that other FW come out better than I5500XWJH.

...for the GSM bugs I can't help you, but for the apps you can try to unistall with Titanium backup enabling "Chuck Norris mode"

Working with stock recovery
Here is little tut for messing with the stock recovery...
Our recovery works with command file which we have to create manually and write command into it....
You need to enter following in adb shell

You have to execute next commands as root

Make command file

Write command for installing update.zip

reboot recovery
Command for rebooting in recovery mode
Now when phone reboot and try to install update.zip it will give error than press power button for second or two and it will bring up recovery menu

OK! So you can root the V10a but this way doesn't work for the latest update. I believe we must wait until someone can root the v10c... :s

first sorry about my english.I still use my tg01 with wm 6.5 and i would like to upgrade to windows 7.I have problems to undertand many things of the forum,there are many forums with upgrades for this device but i dont now witch is the best.

Those are based on the methods I tried.
Before you proceed in flashing a WP7 ROM, you should first acquire an external battery charger (they might look like this http://www.kungfubuys.com/media/cat...6e95/u/n/universal_battery_charger_blue-2.jpg). Mine was about $5. You can find them at some electronic shops. The thing is that sometimes when the battery goes down, the only way to recharge it and access your cellphone is by using this external charger. Or at least you can let it charge for a couple of minutes via the external then plug it to the PC via USB, for the rest. I cannot recharge my phone via the USB power adapter...even if the "charging" icon appears on the screen. You should also have the battery 100% charged.
Now you need to install the WP7 bootloader and after that the WP7 ROM.
You need to have the battery charged at 100% (or somewhere there).
! - If you have the bootloader installed and a low battery, the WP7 ROM flashing process may interrupt leaving you in the situation to charge your battery only by the external charger.
1. BOOTLOADER
- Check mirolg's tutorial here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1367055 (this tutorial also includes a step-by-step guide on how to flash the WP7 ROM - but you can use Nokser's method of which I'll talk later)
- If you reached step 10 ("Start download. on the 99% stay 1-2 min. PLEASE wait the 100% and the auto reboot"), but have problems finding the port, check my guide here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=25380849#post25380849
2. WP7 ROM
- Download a WP7 ROM. Now in order to flash a ROM you will need to have these 3 files: flash.bin, NPRG8650.hex and partition.mbn. These may come when you download the ROM. If the .hex and .mbn is missing, download "tsunagi_ffu" and take them from there. "tsunagi_ffu" http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1356932&d=1348687688 (link posted by Nokser)
- You can flash the WP7 rom by either using the method in the mirolg's guide above OR by using Nokser's application ("tsunagi_ffu").
- If you use tsunagi_ffu method: Download "tsunagi_ffu", extract it, copy the WP7 ROM .bin file in the "tsunagi_ffu" folder, turn off the phone, remove the battery, put it back in... After that follow the tuorial here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-kbwLnYt64I (at 00:16 you should get a blue light when pressing the camera+power button)
3. 3G FIX
- In his tutorial, mirolg posted a link to a short guide on how to fix the 3G problem you may experience. Here is it http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=20647247&postcount=114

I really like my TG01 Phone and it was always disappointing that Toshiba wasn't able to select the best forward looking OS software. They made the most competitive Hardware Device one of the greatest flops of all time. :crying:

From what I Read the warranty is not Lost. The fact is that if the problem you face derives from a custom rom or something broken due to ulocking the bootloader the repair will be out of warranty. If it is not the case you will still have warranty.

No one unlocks their phone for nothing. It is obvious that almost all people unlock their phone to either root it or install a custom rom therefore it is obvious that warranty will be lost.

I'll try to sum up:
wifi: I can say that wifi has got some really big changes code-side, that means LG continues to improve it and that's good.
sim contacts: SimContacts.apk removed and changed some codes in framework, probably fixes our sim contacts issue but as I haven't tested it yet I can't say that for sure.
fm radio: changed the way it handles it, same as LG V10 latest base.
audio: here too lots of changes and improvements code-side.
heap minfree value: reduced from 4m to 2m (reduces lag?)
removed also fastdormancy.apk and xdivert.apk.
probably these have been significally improved, but again, almost all system has been improved and all codes have been synced with the ones from LG V10 latest base (almost same exact codes).. that means also more codes from UX 5.0 too
last thing to say is that this update is bigger than the one from v20 to v21, probably thanks to the google security fixes too.

Well I'm from Europe and I get cust error thats why I wrote that.
I mean carrier bloatware like this on the screen below. You have to delete these apps from /system/app if you want to remove them.

I'm sorry people but its only for D855. Don't really know how to make one for D850 as there is no .kdz for MM I think.

Well my path is a little long, I've been dirty flashing: D855 32GB Lollipop (2015) => 30B => v30J => v30N => v30o => v30g
Maybe that's why I get no cust errors. I think I'll pass on that, too much bloatware for me. Thanks for providing us with updates.
On which kdz is the v30A [2017-01-18] version based on ?
Any chance of getting the original download link on csmgdl.lgmobile.com ?

V30A is based on MM.
You can find it on the web by seaching that on lg website.
And KDZ direct downloads links are temporary...i think..

When I get home I will update OP with .kdz links Note that the .kdz is for d855P which is for America and you will get some bloatware.

I uploaded them on MEGA because of the 50GB space. No problem for me about mirrors on other clouds

Better use mega.nz because it doesn't remove links at any time. If you don't like the interface or you have problems with it you can use the command line to upload files

From 4-5 years of uptobox usage i haven't go any problem.
And your tool does not fully support anymore official MEGA website.

v30J and v30F kdz are from lg-firmwares. It seems they change the link everytime so if you go their site you will get a valid link. LG seems to deleted the direct kdz links for that firmwares. I got them on MEGA and will share the link in the OP to them.
v30O is 30e from .kdz I think its from the region.
btw I uploaded a v30B bumped zip with hybrid modem with august security update. Its good for SEA people not EUR(they will not get cust-error).

It deletes files after 30 days for unregistered users, 90 for free registered. If you are premium it doesn't matter, you may not be in the future and the files will be deleted. Mega is advertised as a cloud solution so it won't deleted files. Megatools works great, I use it all the time.

I have upload the files on uptobox because i have got never problems with this file hoster.
And their brandwitchs is very great. MEGA too but on the map, they are in a world zone who is badder than uptobox (their servers are based on Europe). So if brandwitchs MEGA are fully or down for any reasons uptobox could support several files transferts.
About your tools maybe today it works great, but it's doesn't officially supported by MEGA so if the dev stop the support and MEGA update anything your tool will be done.
I do not hope for this, i had personally tested it but something tells me that your tool like it do not last forever..
Mega has servers all over the world and I'm sure it has way more bandwidth than uptobox and is much less likely to go down, mainly because the much more bigger amount of users. The tools are just if you don't like the web UI, you can login and upload files.

Is it possible for you to make the updated hybrid modem a separated flashable zip?
I want to try it on a nougat aosp ROM.
