Does skype video calling open two instances of USB webcam node /dev/videoN, one is for preview window and the second one is to render the video?
Can we set two different pixel formats in a v4l2 framework?
Does USB cameras support simultaneous two outputs from the device one is raw and compressed format(mjpeg or h264)?

The tablet is stuck of the android logo and i have tried to reboot it using the volume key and the on button but its not working. It was in a box but no manufacturer's name is written on it all that is written is android tablet pc. I am looking for a solution to support external USB cameras on commercially available Android tablets (tablets that already contain internal camera).
The objective is to use a standard external USB UVC webcam to provide video to existing standard Android video conferencing apps (Skype, Ustream, LiveStream or other).
To do this, we need that it will support streaming video from a USB UVC camera using standard, unmodified versions of Android applications for voice and video. The external UVC camera device will be instead the front or back camera.

I asked this same question on the /r/SamsungDex reddit twice, and twice it got instantly removed by mods. I don't understand WTF. Anyway, here is the question:
If the latest samsung flagships have USB 3.2 then they have enough bandwidth for [email protected]. -- Does that exclude or include HDR? What about [email protected] + HDR? Do they ever send HDR signal to your HDR tv / monitor / external screen?
[EDIT for ^] In the meantime I understood that Samsung are being ****s and have artificial glass ceilings on dex for no reasons, so what's the stats for this tablet in particular?
If say I'd load up an HDR video in VLC on samsung dex, or netflix hdr etc, can actual HDR signal be interpreted by my screen / tv / usb-c monitor, hdmi hub etc?
Alternatively, do any other phone brands with usb 3.2+ support this? (as in, is it possible?)
And can anyone tell if it's true 24 bit HDR or if it's faked hdr with 18 bits?
I try to connect video camera to Galaxy S21 by USB Video Capture. The android application USB camera reported that there is no connected device. However, this works well on another android phone.
