I've a doubt -maybe a little stupid- but I'd like to be sure. A local technician has changed my screen after it crashed in bits. The new one has the capacitive buttons tinted of a soft orange.
The tech has told me that in some versions the OPX are like that. It is true?
At the moment, screen and touch works perfectly...

Sorry from your photo, I couldn't tell for sure but it seems normal...
Maybe with an app that can detect all harware and you could check (CPU-Z for ex ?)
My OPX has the little marks like that. They're kinda dark though, so I can't ascertain the colour.
E1003 here, screen replaced by 1+ and they're perfectly gray.

139 euros. It seems to me a reasonable price so I realised that just the touchscreen & LCD cost 100-120 euros.

Unfortunately I'd bought it out of the official web so I hadn't another option...
Mine is grey too.
But maybe this tint is from the screen protector (silicon layer to stick)?
It is the front panel from the champagne variant. Mine looks the same.
Even my phone screen was replaced with orange tinted button.....but here in india it costed 1500 i.e appox 20 euro

Yeah, I think so too. The champagne version has orange tinted "buttons".
It can't be the Champagne variant, as that one has a white front.

AFAIK, theres no such extra back cover included in the package, so there will be no one receiving it. As for the ebay, i am sure when the backcover is available in SE Stores, it will appear on ebay too.
The ones sold in Hong Kong have 2 covers in the package:
Black + Cyan, or
White + Pink
i do also got one blue extra same in image one in india.

I want colored cover too ( PINK! ) and saw that but are they really genuine? I haven't received my mini yet so I haven't looked at the inside to see if the plastic pattern matches those of the ebay seller...

Well I thought about it, but i think delivery costs india -> germany are pretty high :/
Just give time to the "mass producers" and eventually we'll have those back covers with endless designs and colors.
My friend picked up the red Note 3 last week and I really fancy getting the back cover for my phone, but for the life of me I can't find a source of them.
I use my phone without a case/bumper/cover and so far have found cheap black and white replacements, reasonable mustard, pale blue, orange ones, and then cheap nasty knockoffs in the wrong shade of red.
Anyone know where I might find one?

Just a quick update on this, got the official red back. Looks lovely on the phone, however the only issue is it feels more plastic than the black one and has less "stick" meaning it slides from my fingers.

Makes sense, the black one is the only one with a rubber coating. The red would feel similar to the white backdoor.

I have they white one HAM2, is this how really the notification light is on the black one too? It is obviously passing to the white bezel. Are the black one like this too. Can anyone confirm if the black one has this. IMHO it should just light on the hole and not bleed light on the bezel.

I had a bunch of bluetooth audio issues that I suspect are byproducts of the outdated OS. If the phone ever gets KK I'll pick up another one.

Thanks I ordered one from maxbhi, working nicely- using for a week
I would suggest you to change the whole display, as its a LCD display and once you remove the glass and put a new glass, then the touch would not be as responsive as it should be. I have experienced the same with 2 of my phones

I too have the same issue, touch Is working fine but display is broken, if I purchase only touch digitizer, Would it be enough?
Spoke with Vodafone tonight apparently a few have called about the "green screen " or the screen bleed on the bottom right .
I'm getting a call back tomorrow . This phone will be swapped. I really like this phone but as the 6T has been announced then it has one last chance before Huawei gets dumped .

I have really mild green light area around the edge, which I can only see on minimum brightness, in a pitch black room, with a grey background. (Not my usual use case for the phone)
Nothing like this though. I am going to get insurance and keep hold of it as is fine on mine. Hope you get a better replacement.

I have noticed that white and grey on mine looks green/yellow down the right side of the screen on the curve, nothing like the picture above but havent had a curved front phone before so dont know if this is normal lol
