Is RAW still present on the camera? What about the blurry edges and textures?

Ok quick update :
Everything is working fine and smooth , fingerprint is faster , no lagging when rotating , and scrolling is butter smooth
Build date is 1 March with march security update

yup baseband is updated, it was 00090 in 7.0, here in 7.1.1 it is 00095
Just got it on phone. Still no system UI tuner. Everything else seems smooth.
Whatsapp issue fixed.

can someone who's flashed this OTA confirm if it does/does not disable the fastboot commands? i opened the zip file and i see a file named fastboot.img.
Did anyone lose app drawer on upgrade? Mine is gone and all my apps are on my home screen now.

Zte's stock launcher never had an app drawer man...At least not on Marshmallow.
I think you must have installed Nova launcher and forgot you had it

this stability update has rectified previous version bugs such as repeated notification etc.....i think samsung has not forgotten us yet & hope their could be future update to atleast say 4.4.4 or 5.01 ....

dude it just takes few minutes to unroot & go back to stock so whats the problem in testing a new version of firmware if its stable we can root the new firmware & use it as a daily driver....

I am not facing any problem like this after the update I suggest to reinstall your firmware & do a factory reset....
24.80 mb update fixed the bugs but no lollipop for grand 2
Guys 24.80 mb update was a clever update by samsung as they were planning for big os upgrade for this device but due to huge number of devices releasing every year, hence they were unable to provide the upgrade and just sorted the bugs with this minor update. Are you serious? This is old news. Existenz rom and Moonwalker rom are based on it. Are you living under a rock? And why did you open a thread about that before checking?

I've had exactly the same Build Number for about nearly a month (since it's out). Yesterday it showed up an Update. Phone had to restart for Installation also. So it Wasn't simply an App Update or something. I just wanted to know, if someone else got this. The Screenshot was just to show, that Build didn't change with this update.
Didn't find anything about this Update like Changelogs etc.

Maybe it is some kind of a bug.
I got this update on my Z2 customized DE too
They just move the number R3C to R4C with some bug fixes as they said

- improved recovery (??? "Somehow based on TWRP" ???)
- improved camera quality
- fixed GPS
- security updates (stagefright)

Im not too sure about any benefits as I haven't really used the latest Stock ROM, although I have read that the "spyware" stuff has been removed, I believe it was kinda something attached to the OTA software or something like that, but yes that has been removed from what I have read
I'm using stock 20170112 for some time now. I don't know if the spyware is removed (I simply froze the ota, fota app). The camera has no problems for me and the GPS works fast and good. I do not have the stock recovery but instead have TWRP 3.0.2-8.
Overal the stock rom works good. I have not compared it with the previous update because I have the phone for a month now and updated it as soon as I could.
Forgot to mention, fast charging does not work properly. Other custom ROMs charge almost twice (!) as fast. Phone does get hotter when fast charging.

I am running the latest available version of OrangeFox Recovery and NitrogenOS. I use the camera app quite a while and this is a huge issue for me. I tried cleaning the cache on the camera app like some posts suggested, it didn't work.
Is there any solution to this? Or should I flash the stock rom back?

Image doesn't load
I just noticed that the image is not loading, at least for me
welp, the images the camera produces are as follows:
3/4 of the image is green, the top right corner is the only one with a visible image, I would post but I can't since this account is new

I'm having the same issue but on HavockOS and the workarounds aren't working.
Already disabled the camera2api with "persist.camera.eis.enable=0" and "persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=0" and there is no change.
But to me it's happening only on Whatsapp camera (didn't have any other app to test) while it is working on the default camera.
If anyone got any suggestions please put it here.

I noticed as of today I have the Emoji 14 set 🫥🫠etc.
Which app or component updated to give this? I thought it was coming in 12L.
I'm not on 12L or in any other betas
I think either a gboard update does this or google somehow does it behind the scenes like a feature drop release.
Gboard last updated 7 days ago, I would have noticed in that time, so it wasn't that.
I would suggest you to please recheck the Android version, either it should be Android 12 or the Emoji set is not 14.

on my huawei p8 lite I have google android 11 emojis, don't know how, but I like it

Gboard does a lot of updating in the background without actually updating the APK.
not sure what is in charge of this, but emoji in Android 12 are kind of independent from os version and Google can update them whenever without pushing an os update
every past emoji update I got came with a system OS update. this one might have too, as they appeared within a day or so of when I took the 2nd feb update.
how exactly do you find out what version of the emoji you have?
All the sets are published on emojipedia, you either have them or you don't. There was no notification
I am happy using MS SwiftKey and their emojis.
