Hello Xda Users, I am Utkarsh.
This is a magisk module. It will install sony music app to any android device. Only requirement is that you need Magisk root. As this is magisk module you don't need to worry about system space. Magisk will install app to magisk.img which is mounted in your /sbin/.core/img... This is magic of MAGISK....!
Requirement:
Magisk v15+ - Root & Universal Systemless Interface [Android 5.0+]
Procedure:
1. Download Sony-Music4Magisk using Magisk Manager App and install It
2. Reboot device.
3. Enjoy systemless sony music app... Happy flashing ...!
Uninstall:
To remove this module simply goto Magisk Manager > modules and delete "Sony Music app Magisk Module".
Download:
for previous versions "Sony-Music4Magisk -Android File Host Folder"
For Magisk v15+ : Just Goto Magisk Manager App search for Sony-Music4Magisk.. Hit Install .! That's It...!

EQ Samsung SoundAlive also works perfectly with it.

It's giving FC or you are unable to see it in app drawer... ?
Please make sure... Magisk 12 is installed...
Also check Magisk Manager > Module > and look for "Sony Music app Magisk Module"

Hi, S8 is new device ... Let magisk update .... and if go through magisk discussion thread, you will find Samsung devices are having some issues with Magisk...
i hope next magisk update will fix this issue

Have you tried any other mod like Magisk YouTube or Magisk Greenify mod ? Please Check if problem exit for those mod also...
I m on RR 7.1.2 and Sony music mod is working great..
If possible take a catlog..

I think it won't but...kernel has no P support but try it. Make a backup first of your current setup!

Don't check Samsung Store on Aroma. Removing store will remove theme
Will be fixed on next update

Pay more attention
You control access to GPS, read contacts......
This help you on save battery.
If u don't like this options just go to System/app
And delete Applications Permissions folder. Restart and enjoy

Hey Guys!! So I was pretty frustrated that none of the existing audio mods work on the newly released Nougat roms for S6 edge+ and Note 5 (or at least none of the existing audio mods that I have tried). So I went ahead and made my own version of Dolby Atmos mod that works on the new Nougat roms.
Should work on pretty much all the new Samsung devices on nougat, starting from the S6 and maybe even non Samsung devices.
Does not require SELinux to be permissive or anything as such. Don't Worry
Also check out my Viper4Android (Nougat) post here

- OnePlus One
- Huawei P9 Lite

Simply flash the attached zip file in TWRP and reboot.
You will find Dolby Atmos app on your phone.

Which rom are you using? Another friend of mine reported the same problem in a rom called N-lite V3 for S6 edge plus, but he reported it was working fine in Dev-base rom.
Maybe I can check and see what's wrong with your rom.
UPDATE:- Same friend has also told me that both works side by side in Arnie rom and Nemesis rom.

Does Viper work fine on this rom? If it doesn't, it could be a problem with pre-installed busybox in the rom. I will see if I can get in touch with the N-DroidMod rom developer..

I'm N-DroidMod developer rom hahaha but here I don't pre-install Busybox, I don't know of why Dolby app force close :/

Okay so what I need you to do is,
- clean install your rom.
- Root with Magisk v11.1 (if it is not already pre-rooted).
- Make sure busybox is "DISABLED" in Magisk Manager settings.
- Install busybox by meefik app from here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.meefik.busybox
- Open the busybox app you just installed and install the busybox and reboot when it is done
- Go to TWRP recovery
- Flash CrisFix-Viper.zip followed by CrisFix-DolbyAtmos.zip
- Reboot

Hey guys!! so earlier I have come up with Dolby Atmos mod for Samsung Nougat devices, but it still bugged me that Viper4Android was not working!! So after countless hours of brainstorming, I finally got viper4android to work on Nougat!!
So here you go!! Also works with my Dolby Atmos!

Requirements:
- Samsung device
- Nougat rom (N-lite V3 rom users, please wait for V4 rom. Pre-installed busybox on V3 interferes with viper driver installation)
- Rooted by Magisk (Dolby does not need root. Only viper needs root by magisk)
Installation instructions:
- Flash attached viper zip file and UPDATE zip file in TWRP. Users already using this mod, please see update instructions below.
- Reboot
- Install Busybox by Meefik here - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.meefik.busybox&hl=en
- Open Viper4android app and install drivers if it prompts.
- Enjoy!! Flash DolbyAtmos zip if you want
Update instructions:
- Uninstall Viper4android drivers from the menu in Viper4android app.
- Flash the update zip.

Go to settings > app manager > Viper4android > permissions > and give it storage permissions. That will solve your issue!

Thanks dude for your hard work.Can you make Divine beats 9.0 work for note 5 nougat.Especially the "Divine EQ" would be great.Not working now since selinux enforcing

I was able to port Divine Beats 9.0 to this device. But not divine EQ. The audio does sound more better on this, compared to my other mods. (at least on speakers. I didn't try with headphones) So should I make a new thread and post it??

Yeah im using it now works great but with both Devine EQ and dolby athmos it gives a great surround feeling and prevents outside noises

I was only able to port Divinebeats 9.0.. Divine EQ just don't seem to work on Nougat. That app has to be rebuilt from scratch for Nougat. Anyway I have PMed the original dev for permission to post the divine beats port. Let's see

Viper4Android has been updated to latest version. For those of you who are already using the old one, simply uninstall the Viper4android drivers from the menu of Viper4android app and flash the OTA-UPDATE zip file!
Install drivers after installing busybox by meefik (just like before) Enjoy!

You will need Magisk. Otherwise it won't work.

yes, root work with perish kernel and have no restart problem or other bugs (like call sensor or auto brightness or wifi problems)
if you select install root then patched kernel and recovery will be install, the patched kernel is perish kernel but mr perish has changed his rooted kernel name to RefinedKernel
I work on one ui 2.5 because i think android 11 and one ui 3.1 is not good and have too lag in games, and not smooth like android 10 and is not beautiful

yes, you can setting up battery optimized and performance battery settings and game tool settings
@asadace1 Good Job! It's okay for gaming and daily use, but I think you still need remove some useful app like game laucher, goweatherEX etc to make more free RAM Space. Waiting for next version...

I replace stock weather app with go weather becase stock app is not good, in go wether when you tap on clock, clock app will be open or calendar too. but in stock weather alwaly open weather when tap to clock or calendar
game launcher features is needed for gaming like touch lock,if you dont need turn off game tool in settings
and many app has been removed for ram performance except samsung cloud and fmm for backup and sync
