[ROM][MM 6.0.1][Deodexed][Delete Bloatware][Final] Edge Panel stable Rom for SM-J7108 - Samsung Galaxy J7 ROMs, Kernels, Recoveries, & Oth

Newest Nougat rom is availabe at here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-j7/development/rom-axvy-rom-sm-j7108-stable-sexy-af-t3687461
I posted previously for j7108 https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-j7/development/j7108-android-6-0-1-marshmallow-rom-t3542561
This Rom contain Google Play too.
Bloatware is heavily removed, after flash this Rom you will able to uninstall them!
- using newest update from Samsung
- Camera seem to focus faster and able to capture clearer picture
- phone app has new transition
Lot of preloaded apps/bloatwares are removed properly, it will be very long if I list them all.
Tips for keyboard:
Set Keyboard Swipe to Cursor Control, when you typing you can move the cursor up down left right easily
Keyboard size is helpful especially for those screen with problem
Download language pack to enable spell checking.
Edited build.prop for optimisation, check that old thread. Lot are the same except I remove the nobootanimation already.
My warranty is voided last time because I didn't know about frp lock while flashing wrong rom of other country.
To close Frp Lock, enable Developer Options(google it for step), enable OEM Unlock before flashing
Yet I did not add root to this rom for now, comment if you need it.
I do not know if this rom will void your warranty. Feel free comment to tell us. (Mine after flash in Odin mode said official firmware thought)
In summary I think this rom is better, if you have any request, leave a comment below
Will Void waranty!!!

No error version. No need format or wipe your phone and all Knox Carmode stub etc removed in compare to top one:
press backspace to hide keyboard. Files below all extract one time and ready to flash.
1. Flash this first: https://mega.nz/#!qUsXmbwD!Q-rr7wJW7AKYi0xsTIZZvhhDG2zHCCbDAWiAA_mS4JY
2. Flash TWRP using odin https://mega.nz/#!ycc3nLBR!_do-RBTeOfIWvDK5enea8tJXDn5w1hyWuL7j7ZCuh5I select AP
3. Put zip to Phone folder or SD card, install using twrp HOME+POWER+ volume up: https://mega.nz/#!aNFECCRS!84XOLiu_-nyMoSSDTS0ym6dA3xek7Cc2GEHlbib30sE
Personal or application data will remain, this is just like update the Rom.
I have tested this rom before post it but still back up your phone. First boot time will be quite long, please wait for it.
Fyi, when preparing update it take lot of time processing, don't interrupt it and it will come to the last step optimise app.
First boot is always slow then it will be fine. Comment if you don't understand or face problem.

Quite amazing all functions are working fine, so far no crash and used for few day already

Cannot use pin version: Screen Lock type can't be set.
Pin won't show after lock, don't set pin because it will tell you wrong pin even it's correct when you want to reset it
To remove password you have to go to https://findmymobile.samsung.com/?p=home
I will reupload soon but busy now
Or flash back stock then change pin, not a big issue

Link updated, added twrp j7108 download link
Hopefully it help more people out there, I hope you love this Rom

Further update and improved. I have perform lot of testing. It's stable. Lot of tweaks added.
It has symbol above every key, long press to use symbol. I really love Samsung Keyboard so much, especially the cursor.
To get red underline, for typo, download language pack first. Assistant Menu is come with the phone, google to enable it.
And quick tip to make your phone faster, enable developer mode then disable animation scale. Screenshot more is very nice, I want to thanks Samsung to provide such features allow me to enjoy their product so much. I hope they add edge panel soon, most useful feature.
Here is the new download link, you can find above too, you need twrp for j7108, check above.
THIS WILL VOID WARRANTY!!

What do you mean by custom Rom?
If you mean not stock firmware release by Samsung then this is a custom rom.

For ultimate fast speed and hacks for j7108 Rom pm me.
It's release for private only

I installed this ROM but I seem to still have all the bloatware. You say after this flash I'll be able to uninstall bloatware, but it is as before, if I select uninstall it only gives me option to uninstall updates and return to factory version of apps.
Hmm, should I have wiped system and cache before flashing?
Clearly I have your new ROM installed because I now have the edge app which I did not before. Or, what did I miss.?
Before flashing I was at version J7108ZHU1BQB1 which is same as what you suggest we upgrade to first. Then I used Odin to flash j7first.tar and then J7108twrp-3.0.3.0.tar, then I used TWRP recovery to install ExcellentTweakedTrimmed.zip

Yes it should and it will, can you help me check which bloatware is not removed? Look:
can be completely uninstall
That's odd, both .img and twrp version will uninstall my apps.
You say it revert to old version? Flash it again perhaps since it match stock version of that app.
Really, I have tried both of then several time for bug testing, that's why I believe it will 100% work. NO wipe required ya, this is just like updat, DON'T reset as I have tested.
I am gladly to watch it over video to see at what's the problem, if you don't mind pm me your skype username.

Ha, OK, yes it does work. When I hit "uninstall" it gives me the same dialogue box as always before:
"Do you want to replace this app with the factory version? [Cancel], [OK]"
So I thought nothing had changed and I didn't even try to go further, But now I see that that if I select [OK], it actually does uninstall - it does not revert to the factory version like the dialogue box says it will..
I installed the TWRP version by the way

If you check the "flash custom recovery" checkbox under root, then yes.. however it defaults to flash TWRP, unless the user selects CWM in the options menu:
It also will take care of renaming the system files to ensure its sticks, and it will install the busybox installer (free) app by Stericson.

Nice. Will be nice to have this as a backup option . Definitely easier to use in terms of UI thank the Nexus 4 Root toolkit by mskip heh.
That backup option - is there a way, once unlocked and rooted, to grab my apps from the backup that were wiped, but not the entire thing? I downloaded about 8GB of apps before rooting, so I have no way to backup, I think. :[
Alright did it, rooted. Used the backup option a couple times trying to get it to work all the way, but for some reason, it only backed up about half of my apps.
The best rooting kit in the land

been waiting for this since the release of nexus 4, much thanks!
I've just added this toolkit to the Nexus 4 Complete Index

Just unlocked and rooted my N4 with this... great piece of software as always Wug, thanks Donated you some cash.
Hey guys quick two questions:
1) When I was unrooting through this toolkit, it said that there were three files that were not found in the directory, but continued to go through the process regardless, and it appears that I was successful. I can't remember the names as the command prompt ended before I had the chance to screenshot it. Am I okay?
2) If I go through the unrooting process through this toolkit, and then the OEM Lock process, does that basically put my phone back to the way it was when I received it?
Thanks!
Thanks for this, while I know my way around the manual commands okay, this will make everything a breeze for me tomorrow when my Nexus 4 arrives.
Will turn on, get the newest OTA, then unlock and root with your app.
Out of interest, can you still get OTA updates on stock with a custom recovery installed, or do you need to keep the stock recovery? I plan on sticking with stock until the custom ROMs get more stable, so I will stay on a default recovery if I can't use OTA updates. Otherwise I'll just flash a custom recovery with your app and get it done for future use.
This might be a dumb question.. But can I use this to root my Nexus 4 without unlocking the bootloader (thus wiping data)? Or has there not been a way found to do that yet?

1.) Yes, those are sig files. They are always missing. For whatever reason google doesn't include sig files in their packages and fastboot still checks for them. I guess google doesn't bother because they are redundant considering you need to be unlocked flash stock with fastboot. I can't suppress that output, so it just always will say that.. no worries.
2.) Yes, not basically.. exactly. Everything will be wiped, and you device will be exactly as it was when you received it.

No, you need the stock recovery. That said, in advanced utilities of the toolkit their is a button just for restoring stock recovery, so you can just do that if you want to when an OTA comes out (assuming you didn't make any other big system mods) if you had previously flashed a custom recovery. Also.. you can use temp recovery whenever you want as long as you have access to a computer with the toolkit.

im having trouble unrooting my device....i get to the part where it says press ok to install please be patient, and then a command pops up but nothing happens, it just stays there...
edit: i keep getting to the Flash stock and Unroot screen, but nothing happens at that point! help!
Are these the steps to unlock and root and be able to receive OTA updates?
1. Click on "Full Driver Installation Guide"
2. Connect phone to computer
3. Click on Unlock
4. Click on Root and leave "Custom Recovery" box unchecked.
Then, after OTA updates are installed, re-click "Root" since OTA update will unroot?

Root U Firmware RC1 , Tweaks & Mods

ROOT U Firmware
Hello everyone it's XMayhem here!
We have two root methods with other combined guides along with tweaks & mods after root
These root methods are specifically for Sprint U firmware
Why? Less bloat and a lot more stable in rooting
The first method I personally use, you don't need Lspeed or Kernel auditor. The quickvic's rootbat it'self has all the performance you need with no lag. Or you can use the supersu 2.82 root.bat by jrkruse
Your choice of root!
First off I'm not responsible for any damage done to your phone or if the world explodes.
Or flashing twrp when it's not stated to flash in the OP. That's why we have flashfire people.
U Firmware Files they can be found on both sites
https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
http://updato.com/
For root you need to be on a clean installation of U Firmware
Once you have firmware extract files
1. Place phone in download mode. Power + Vol Down + Home
2. Connect Phone to computer
3. Open Official Odin
4. Odin should recognize your phone. If not, you need to download and install the Samsung Driver Files here http://developer.samsung.com/galaxy/others/android-usb-driver-for-windows
5. Place the BL, AP, CP,CSC_OYM from the rar in the corresponding slots.
6. Press Start & Firmware should flash
Next Download these files
Eng boot https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=457095661767141717
Quickvic's rootbat https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bygh6W_e2Fo5Vkk1bURVaHdKbzg/view
or
Jrkruse root https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=889764386195909311
PrinceComsy modified Odin for root only https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24591023225177749
Official odin for flashing stock U firmware https://samsungodin.com/
Playstore apps you'll need
Bk package disabler paid
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kunkunsoft.packagedisabler&hl=en
or Adhell it's free
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.getadhell.androidapp&hl=en
Flashfire https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.chainfire.flash&hl=en
Got everything downloaded? Good let's move on
G930U RC1 Nougat Root
1. First, you should already have flashed the U firmware
2. Completely finish activation and finish initial setup (I recommend signing into google first then samsung account after root)
3. Update PRL and Profile.
4. Then enable USB debugging under developer settings and turn off verify apps via ADB.
5.Turn off auto update system in developer options
6. Go into other security settings from lock screen and security settings, click security policy updates and turn auto updates off
7. Disable the following packages via bk or adhell
Chameleon
Sprint OMADM
Sprint OMADM Phone Interface
MDMApp
SecurityLogAgent
Security Policy Updates
Security Storage
8. This step is for people who use Snapchat like me make sure you have downloaded it and already logged in before moving on to the next step. You won't be able to sign in after root I know there are games that might not work either ex. Pokemon Go
9. Flash the engboot image via Modified Odin by PrinceComsy Flash it in AP Slot
10. For Sprint MMS/DATA fix go to:
Settings>Connections>Mobile Networks>Access Point Names
Delete Wholesales OTA apn by selecting, clicking top right menu, and delete.
Now the Global Roaming APN.. select it.
Change the whole APN to:
Name: APN2 LTE Internet
APN: n.ispsn
MMSC: http://mms.sprintpcs.com
Multimedia message proxy: 68.28.31.7
Multimedia message port: 80
MCC: 310
MNC: 000 // Do Not CHANGE!
APN type: default,supl,mms,dun,fota
APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN roaming protocol: IPv4/IPv6
Bearer: LTE
Top right menu>SAVE! Make sure APN2 LTE Internet is enabled and by the dot being blue. LTE should display icon and reset device to verify it stuck.
Before flashing either root. For those having samsung expired session please check out this link.
It works on both root methods
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/general/fix-samsung-account-login-password-loop-t3575443
Samsung pass apk will install, if the samsung account apk doesn't install just use the apkmirror one here https://www.apkmirror.com/?post_type...amsung+account
11. Run Quickvics root.bat file ( Same with Jkruse root)
Here's how
1. Extract rootbat
2. Open the folder & double click root windows batch file
3. Wait for your phone to be recognized, it'll install root on it's own
4. Wait for your phone to reboot, and for your phone to recognized by computer
5. Once it's recognized go back into quickvics folder and click on fingerprint fix folder
6. Double click fingerprint fix windows batch
7. After it installs go into recovery mode by powering off phone holding Home+Power+Volume Up button
8. Wait till the android icon falls and it'll bring you to the recovery page
9. Wipe cache & reboot phone
10. I ask that you let your phone settle after the reboot, don't touch it for at least a good 15 mins!!
Sign in to your samsung account and Enjoy your rooted phone!:victory:
Extras & Mods
Hotspot
1. Download and install Termux
2. Type "su", press enter and allow root access.
3. Type "settings put global tether_dun_required 0" and press enter.
4. Type "settings put global tether_dun_apn "APNDUN, n.ispsn... http://mms.sprintpcs.com,68.28.31.7,...dun,mms,supl"
5. Turn off mobile data.
6. Turn on hotspot and it should work just fine

Sorry, but I should have included some more details, that I downloaded the U firmware, tried flashing S7 sprint, didn't happen twice, then I put in SM-G930 SPT pit file In the pit tab and Then selected All options under options tab except for "Nand erase All and Flash lock" and after these steps I flashed the phone through Odin, it showed Pass but then the phone died, and now no combination of keys work.

Well you did something that wasn't part of the guide here. Charge your phone to 80% and follow the steps to a fresh installation of the U firmware above.

To my knowledge the only thing that should be checked under the Options menu is Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time. Nothing else should be checked but those two. You should not need to use the PIT file at all. Leave that alone. In your post you state the g930 SPT...did you mean g930 SPR because I am not familiar with an SPT version of our firmware.
Try downloading unmodded(stock) version of ODIN 3.12.7. With that version ODIN I can flash anything to my phone with no issue at all whether it be eng boot or stock firmware and I have done all kinds of crazy combinations of these firmwares on the s7.
Simply load AP into AP, BL into BL, CP into CP, and make sure you load CSC_OYM on the first time loading the U firmware. Also, personally I always delete cache 3 times in recovery followed by 2 factory resets before I go into the download mode. And like the OP stated, clear cache after any flash as well.
Hope that helps...just remember that as long as there is stock firmware, and ODIN...you "should" always be able to return to a stock phone. Nothing is impossible, but you get the drift. :good:
I am so thankful the U firmware's LTE icon is soooo much larger than the P firmware. I can easily tell when I am on the LTE+ network ever since the switch, and guys don't forget to go the easy route when uninstalling the Samsung apps that come with the U firmware. Very simple...Settings>Device Maintenance>Storage>Apps>Select All. Make sure that no other apps have been installed when you do this or else you will simply need to select each app individually. But the stock uninstaller is amazingly fast....it surprises me till this day.
To the OP, I'm not sure if the Beats Audio requires the same as V4A, but in my experience Adapt Sound, Sound Alive, and SplitSoundService should be disabled by your Package disabler prior to flashing the EngBoot AP. It removes any potential popping which I can personally attest to on V4A 2505. I just do a search for 'sound' in Adhell.
Excellent post by the way. I have enjoyed the layout and think it is very easy to read. Not overwhealming at all like some other guides I have attempted to follow. I am trying out your sound mod as we speak... thanks! :good:
Have you had any problems with the external sd card ,copying or moving from internal to external sd and files become corrupt after finishing , I had this problem on mm ,but after n I didn't until latest update
Not I! Everything works great as long as you follow the OPs instruction. I am in the process of modifying this method just a tad by attempting to update the modem with the new Verizon QH1 firmware....we shall see! Ill be running some tests to see if there is a difference at all...I doubt it though.
Battery life???
Anyone using this root method long enough to draw some decent comparisons of root vs nonroot battery life? The insane battery drain is the sole reason i haven't rooted my phone running MM (been lazy to upgrade, but used my mom's phone running stock, bloated nougat and holy crap that phone was fast XD)
Works with latest update
Does wifi calling work on the u firmware or is that only a Sprint firmware feature? Just got aS7 trying to decide on rooting the Sprint firmware or switching it to the U firmware

I think it's a sprint firmware feature, you'll need the apk for it.
Bricked during U firmware flashing
I tried all steps, the phone isn't coming on only, plus it is not being detected by my laptop also.

can you get back into download mode by pressing POWER+HOME+VOL DOWN then VOL UP?
If so you can reload the factory firmware through ODIN and flash back to stock.
Hesitant on rooting... Mainly for battery life and lag. I remember the previous bootloader caused lag and you'd have to adjust cpu properties to kinda counter act the lag. That the case with this root method?

With patience and trick it is possible
nice, hope you will add more features and fix known bugs in near future! thanks
Nice to see you here @Alan-B
Hi,
Unlocking the face is a root problem, for the moment there is no definitive solution!
The Power apk is not mine so I can not change it, it's not legal. In any case the reboot in recovery is problematic! we may not have installed TWRP fixed! and if there is it can be on partition A or B !!
I do not know if it works on Viper? but it is not certain!
Sorry for the bad English ..

Hi,
I just checked ... my TWRP is in patition B and power reboot works in recovery. If in patition A I do not know !!
To unlock the face, I never had it on my U12..
PS: If we have a backup of the data, it can be restored after the flash of my rom (as long as there are no updates to Android system file in this data or there is a risk of conflict!)

Yep data backup works for the same version of the HTC rom.before flashing new update/rom, it is recommended to restore data first, then update rom then backup data again, in case you play with stuff and you have to restore data again

PS: I uninstall all the updates just system in settings / applications, I make a backup of the data, I install my zip and once configured I restore my data.

Hi,
The problem with the U12, no way to put AROMA to choose a version! Because of the various partitions on the U12 +. It would be necessary to make an entire rom for each version.
The only solution is to make small changes like Viper but via MAGISK! what I do not do!
I could make a version for US Unlocked, but no way to test it!

Hi,
Yes maybe soon but super-R will not do it, you have to do everything in manual.
I have to test and for that it takes time!
I have no one who helps me for my rom! and that for more than 10 years!
Hard to know everything .... so it takes time. Other cooks are many, each has its specialty!
PS: I saw your discussions but there is no final solution yet!

I think you misunderstood my intention with this post, AROMA is going to be openly available once it is ready for release, we are still having some issues, but not with AROMA any more, AROMA does run perfectly fine now after some tweaks, the problem is the method of installation, right now it can only be triggered manually from a command line while in recovery, we are looking for a solution for it to be able to flash AROMA zip files just like before.
I did not meant to mock you or make fun of you at all, this is a sharing community and once it is available and working, it will be shared for all of us to use it, we just don't think it is ready for public release yet
I am sorry if my comment make you feel any other way than what was my intention. have a nice day!!!!!!!! :fingers-crossed:
hi,
Hello,
No problems, I just wait if it is posible to have the opportunity to adapt Aroma to have choices for installation. Which served more convenient than an .img file. This will allow to have a zip compatible with the various versions, as I did for the U11 (which unfortunately is broken)
Thanks to you for bringing an interest to my work and thanks to 'mammothjojo88' for your proposal, doing the work is not a problem for me, just having some solutions to make the work easier and make it more efficient and practical.
PS: What I find a little sad is the return can or thank you for my work to which I never had donations! for the HTC10 + of 1200 download for the U11 300 and for the U12 +, 25 on 3 days. On the French Forums where it's very different! and I have many thanks for my rom

Special Notes:
1. DON'T FORGET TO ENABLE "OEM UNLOCK" (located in Developers options).
2. KNOX will be tripped once you flashed custom binaries to your phone.
(Your warranty may be voided. However this may not affect you if your country forces Samsung to provide hardware warranty regardless of software status.)
3. Samsung Firmware OTA (aka System Updates) will no longer work once you flashed custom binaries.
(You can flash custom ROMs if you want to keep the OS up-to-date.)
4. All apps that use KNOX like Samsung pay, Secure Folder and maybe more will no more work
How to install:
Coming From Stock:
1. Download This TWRP Release and Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt_03.04.2020.zip
2. Under Developer Options, Tick OEM Unlock. It will tell you to factory reset. Do it.
3. After the phone shuts down, press Vol + & - button and at the same time, insert a usb cable to phone connected to a PC.
4. Check KG Status. If it is Prenormal, reboot the phone and follow this guide : (1) How to bypass KG State and/or RMM state prenormal | XDA Developers Forums (xda-developers.com)
5. Zip the TWRP recovery image to tar format and put in the AP slot of Samsung Odin.
6. Flash and after the phone screen turns off, press vol+ and power button.
7. If there is "Set Warrenty Bit : recovery" text on the top left, success!
8. Format data, flash zip downloaded from above.
9. To boot stock rom, install magisk.
From Other Recovery:
Reboot to recovery and flash this TWRP image as recovery and reboot recovery.

Hi,
I'm new here, this method also works with bootloader 6 ? e.g. with the "A605FNXXU6CTH1"
Android 10, UI 2.0, are there any problems with rooting? Magisk or SU?
thanks for your replay

I can help with that. I know what it feels like having no TWRP and custom rom. But you still need to test the TWRP. Because I don't have A600FN, and the LCD on my A6+ broke so I don't own a device launched in 2018. OK with testing?

I think it will work...? Because I will use kernel and dt from here. And it's verifyed working. I'm just building for new version
Can you test this?
Thanks, ill hope there will be some users which ow the Galaxy A6 and not using this device as their main phone to be willing to test.
As a IT specialist myself i did try anything to at least help testing for this version of TWRP for our device. I did try to take several rom dumps with professional fabric software and hardware like software dongles but it was impossible to make a full rom dump.
With this said and knowing that a complete data wipe within TWRP is necessary to make the recovery find the internal storage makes it impossible for me to test no matter the fact that the biggest part of this recovery already exist and confirmed working.
I have A600FN and I could test that as soon as my OEM unlock button will be visible (above 10 days passed and still nothing...).

I could help with the OEM unlock button. What a waist of time these lost 10 days and still no OEM unlock button while the solution is easy...
Follow guide with screenshots: https://www.xda-developers.com/fix-...y-s9-samsung-galaxy-s8-samsung-galaxy-note-8/
And for those who could test on the A600 the recovery image is already uploaded within this thread thanks to Royna
I've tried that many times (no only that, but many similar guides) - and still nothing. From what I read, Samsung just fixed that "date & time" trick and I have to wait.
Ok that is strange, im on android 10 with One UI version 2.0 and got it working. If im allowed to post this link then the rom could be found here: https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-a6/firmware/SM-A600FN/PHN/#SM-A600FN
You should do a clean flash without having the phone connected to the internet, not even once because it will do some synchronization. After the flash just follow the guide which could be found on the xda forum..
Thank you for a hint. Because of that I'm waiting so long already I'll wait till end of week and if things still will be the same then I'll try rom you've proposed. Thanks again.

NOTES (Read First):
* You should be on latest stock firmware
* Clean flash with full data storage wipe is mandatory if coming from older android versions (PE) or any other custom ROM
* JIO VoLTE not working ? Place sim in second slot, clean phone app storage and reboot. Still nothing ? Restore persist/efs or flash stock and go back.
* Installation guide if coming from stock
* If coming from other ROM or older android version:
boot twrp (lastest preferably)
wipe data (full storage wipe) or better fastboot -w
flash rom (twrp installer optionally)
reboot (if you want to flash magisk - reboot recovery and do)

Hi, I want to install magisk but now it requires the use of boot.img. I tried a lot but could not extract it. Can you provide it ? Or tell me another way to install magisk.
I managed to do it now

I used this guide.
But you do need to install TWRP. The boot.img file is extracted in the the internal storage unless specified. I have attached my stock boot.img file
https://www.droidwin.com/extract-boot-img-directly-from-device-without-downloading-firmware/

Why not to just boot twrp and flash magisk apk there (via sideload or from sdcard since encryption is not supported now)

I didn't know we could do that. I was following the guide where it said you need to have boot image and then modify it using magisk app. Next time I will try this method. Do we have to rename the apk file to .zip

No need to rename or anything, it should just flash as normal zip despite it is an apk

Hi, first of all, thanks a lot for the effort of making this rom possible. I would like to ask you, if there's a way to disable/turn off completely the gesture navigation? I only found an option to hide the indicator on the bottom

There's no way to actually do that. But you are free to edit build.prop (qemu.hw.mainkeys=1 should work for this purpose)
Hi,When I inserted the sim card, the phone started to restart automatically repeatedly. It can be used normally without inserting the card or in flight mode, how can I fix this problem

Actually this worked flawlessly for me. Now I was able to get rid of that annoying extra space under the keyboard. Thanks a lot

thank you for your reply!
1. The carrier is China Telecom. 2G:CDMA 4G:TD-LTE/FDD-LTE.
2. I changed to another carrier's card and the problem persists. These two cards work fine in other phones. Also works fine in the original Motorola system.

I can't tell you what causing this for sure. Did you came from stock right away ? If so, you should make sure that it is latest firmware. Also tell me which variant of the phone you have (XT 1900-x)

Its happen When I install all apks that I need...
I use about 68...72% of interna memory, and then the Phone starts to come in boot loop...
I restart the Phone some times, until the normal boot....
Sometimes I need to do a factory reset to start The Phone normally...
I can use the rom, but if I add many apks, like Google apks, (PDF, note,) security câmera, WhatsApp, telegram, Facebook and others, The Phone does not work properly
I made downgrade for stock rom using RSA of Motorola, and waiting The weekend to try a New instalation of The rom
@ExactExampl Thanks for having this rom for X4
I'm having an issue where when JioSaavn app reaches its main screen, phone reboots. Kindly check. Let me know if any extra info is needed
