Thanks to @mohancm for giving this nice Custom Rom.
This AOSP Extended is really a nice, after using this ROM for a day I have found the below issues, other than that this rom is really rocking. The Battery Issue of Coolpad Note 3 Lite, this problem continues to AOSP Extended may be in all the custom ROMS.
1. While charging, after 80% within few minutes it suddenly goes to 100% and shows battery is charged fully,.
2. While using the mobile after 20%to 15 % of battery within few minutes, it suddenly drops to “0%”, Please refer the screen shots.
3. There is repeated signal drop during the calls if the battery is below 20%, its really irritating, may be the mistake of Coolpad.
4. LED indicator shows only RED Color, no green color appears, in this AOSP provides settings to change color of LED backlight but no use, it doesn’t change anything.
5. Unable to use the Google App in desktop, it force-closes itself after opening, I hope there is a fix for this.
6. Sometime unable to delete the SMS in messaging app, I have to repeatedly delete the same SMS to delete it.
7. The call duration shown while on call is wrong, but records the correct time in Call history.
8. Please replace the Call and SMS apps in this Rom it will be good.
9. There are tons of options given for customization but I think most of them not supported in Coolpad note 3 lite the best example is LED notification.
10. Some of the customization setting changes takes effect only when phone is restarted, this is not an issue.
11. While charging in offline mode, back light doesn’t goes off.

- Camera: if you set from advanced setting "take picture ON/OFF" camera crashed

Seems like it! Bliss.
Very nice rom. I like it so far. One thing I noticed: button backlights stopped working. After first boot they worked, but after reinstalling some apps the lights just don't work anymore. Switching them on and off in settings does nothing.
F2FS works
EDIT: there is a problem with the button backlights timeout. As soon as is shuts off the brightness in /sys/class/leds/button-backlight gets changed to value 1 and doesnt turn back to 255 when interacting with the phone, that's why they stay off. When you fix this this rom will be just perfect

Quick q, but I think this is a general issue with OP2 and custom ROMs, trying to record calls using acr without success. Not sure what the call recording option in dialer setting does?

Hey I want to thank you for this wonderful ROM its been 2 hours since I have flashed didn't notice single bug .. this will be my daily driver from now on .. Loved it !!
there has been this particular bug on almost every 7.1.x rom :-
using hike messenger causes network drop for about 3 seconds(everytime) :- is it there ?
please someone check this out ^_^
2) something tells me you belong to same place as mine so :- is jio volte working (VERY HOT TOPIC )
3)and what about battery life?
4)is boeffla kernel compatible with this ?
5)screenshots ?
ITS really good to see such great work being put for our beloved device

If you need VoLTe, flash OOS 3.5.6 then clean flash this rom.

When calling the screen turns off by the sensor but at the end of the call does not turn on anymore I have to press the power button to hang

Double tape to sleep on lockscreen works half screen on my xt1604
I found two small bugs.
I changed navbar using a Substratum theme, but sometimes when I opened some apps (Gmail, YouTube, Substratum) my Navbar was back to the original. Navbar returned to the template I had chosen when I quit these apps.
When I start the phone it appears a message that the messages application stopped working. Only when the cell phone starts, nothing will get in the way.
ROM is very good, congratulations for the job well done.
Can someone please toss up a US based mirror, can't download from Canada where I am...much appreciated
Edit: Nvm was able to grab it, great so far, except I had to manually set my time zone, and microphone isn't showing on gboard...otherwise everything else seems nice and smooth (after a single reboot)

can anyone tell whats the ONSCREEN time and does it last for a day?
rr 5.8.5 has 5 hours of on screen and lasts for a day... we can put the same kernel as of resurrection remix!

You're welcome ! Regarding your first question i personally don't recommend microG for stability, but if you want to use it go ahead . And mobile standby in 11 hours it drained me 3% so it might be fine for you as well

I'm waiting for AFH approval to upload there. Until then builds will be uploaded to transfer.sh . Try canceling download and starting again, that should fix the slow download speed.

Would be nice if I can change notification count badge color.
While scroling Playmarket have some lags, which I don't have in stock EUI rom.
When I download apk by built-in Via browser, I cant install it. (celsoazevedo dot com/files/android/google-camera/)
When device turned off and charging, screen is black color but always ON.
Gonna test this rom more.

For removing system apps i use link2sd.
For the other stuff, flash the new blackscreen kernel. No lag, better battery etc.
I find this rom very fluidy with the BlackScreen-4.8-oc-test1

Discovered one more "feature", when I double tap on main screen, dispaly turns off, but I didn't enable this anywhere.

Yes, there's no ir apk, i completely forgot that and system app remover Is not working too, need to see whats wrong. Playmarket doesn't lag for me but Maybe that's kernel related and Will discuss that, but i don't think it'll be fixed for the next build.
Maybe some permissions are missing on the built in browser, just use Chrome ir another browser . Will look into that too, but be patient as I'm a new dev
And the last thing, in order to charge the phone while off it's a driver thing, it's that or we don't have off charge at all.
EDIT: Camera flash works!
For me its very smooth, just 1 thing to add: The battery monitoring doesnt works well for me; Its showing some stats about draining, but it doesnt refresh after a amount of time.. not even after a reboot
Been running this ROM for a few hrs and I have to say it is great.smooth,fast,no lags,good sound,no problems everything I use has worked flawlessly.very good job thanks to everyone involved.

->Actually the updates we provide monthly are heavily changed and modified than the previous builds. New stuff is merged and added. So we don't provide incremental updates and recommend a clean flash.

Faced this strange issue with Custom Nav Bar app.. when i tried to make the navbar compact in size, The screen went black and i had to reflash the ROM. even after reboot it went black. If possible can you integrate some navbar customization option?
Auto brightness is very slow, display response feels better than on miui!

Gonna try this soon. Hope it forces apps to go full screen unlike pixel experience in which un-optimized leave a huge black bar at the bottom

No oreo rom can handle it perfect, we have to wait for a pie rom ro fix this.
Is this current build worth flashing over unofficial or am I basically getting the same build atm?
EDIT also this update in the update menu of the unofficial build isn't downloading, it just sticks at 0% for me.
I tried dirty flash over unofficial... Bootloop.... Reflashed unofficial normally booted... Should i Clean flash it? Isn't it an update;???

Bug I installed open gapps super package . I want to install gcam for poco but aex not allowed me . All time it says not interested.

I think we should consider this a different entity since both of the ROMs are created by different devs. Better to clean flash as I did it myself and I don't have any problems.
I'm having trouble connecting to bluetooth devices on this ROM, specifically my pebble time and bt headphones.
The pebble would connect at first but after idling for a few hours, it would disconnect and never connect unless I do the pairing process again. I don't know if the log has any valuable information but it is taken while I attempt to connect the pebble time from the pebble app.

Bug:
Upon first boot, I get an Android System message pops up stating “There’s an internal problem with your device. Contact your manufacturer for details.” I get that same message every time I reboot, so it's bit annoying.
Same was present in Unofficial build so i know it's just mismatch error but if it can be fixed in next version it'll be great
Otherwise first impression is great, fluid smooth and packed with essential features.
I'll be back with review & bugs if any after using it for few days.
