4 - Open the APK and give root permissions, then click on UNLOCK and wait
5 - When you see: "unlock successed" the m3note is unlocked
6 - Now do on cmd.exe : fastboot oem unlock
7 - Press volume + and wait
8 - When the process succeed, reboot the phone in recovery (volume + and power for 10seconds)
9 - Now you are in TWRP, make this first time: Formwat--->Format Data---> YES---> Confirm

I've done the first stage with my phone and it said everything is ok: Meizu M3S and Unlock Tool
But unfortunately it has different from M3 Note processor - MediaTek MT6750 so I'm afraid to do next stage due to another scatter-file etc.
UPD. fastboot oem unlock prints out: unknown command.

Ho fatto un po' di ricerche e sono arrivato alla stessa conclusione.. Sto seguendo il canale Telegram di RADev Team il quale sta lavorando allo sblocco del bootloader per le versioni L91 e anche per portare Lineage OS su questo dispositivo, grazie mille della risposta!
Yeah i know about bricking with chinese firmware,i've been there hahah.But unfortunately fo L91 this option(bootloader unlock) doesn't work,maybe in time...

ho un vero problema che deve essere risolta ma serve un vero genio
Meizu m3 note l681h con Flyme 6.1.0.0G
doppo questo aggiornamento non avevo problemi ansi la versione e molto stabile ma!!!
si nota che
1- alcuni volta si scalda troppo
2- meizu account non si connette in wifi
3- meizu account non fa login automatico
questi bug possono essere risolti in prossimo aggiornamento ( spero)
4- il terminale non va mai in recovery mode sia con tasti che con comandi
quindi non si può andare in reset o impostazione di fabrica
neanche aggiornare alla versione beta cliccando sul file update.zip fa la verifica online
e riavvia il terminale e rientra con il logo di meizu e flyme (normal boot)
anche se provo a flashare la recovery che si trova in update.zip non si applica all boot
penso che meizu cancella la modifica apportata , sotto il logo meizu
ottimamizzazione app incorso
1% fino al 100% e torna la flyme senza la recovery stock
in info device si vede che la recovery stock cè , io mi arrendo ragazzi
aquistato nuovo 3 sttimane fà aggiornato alla flyme 61.0.0G in auto update via system

It's gone about a year and a half since I've started writing the version 1.0 of the PDM.
It had to be an exclusive of ROM T.i.R. , and so it was for a long time.
Then came the ROM udK and Ervius, while the development of PDM was continuing with new deployments, and functionalities.
Given the growing success and the increasing demands it was decided to make the program pubblic domain.
I'd like to thank all of one who helped me by suggesting ideas, by making betatester etc., Especially I'd like to thank the great Maja, as well as for his ideas for all the enthusiasm that can be transmitted and then the "big" luigino99 without him the PDM would be empty.
They operate throughout the part that's not strictly programming, but without that the PDM will be nothing.
So thanks to you my friends.
I hope you appreciate the PDM, and remember that for me is always an hobby and that the development occurs in the few free moments that my family and my work leaves me.
E' passato circa un anno e mezzo da quando ho iniziato a scrivere la versione 1.0 del PDM.
Doveva essere un'esclusiva delle ROM T.I.R., e così è stato per diverso tempo.
Poi si sono aggiunte le ROM di udK e di Ervius, mentre lo sviluppo del PDM proseguiva con nuove implementazioni e funzionalità.
Visto il crescente successo e le sempre maggiori richieste si è deciso di rendere pubblico il programma.
Vorrei ringraziare tutti quelli che mi hanno aiutato suggerendomi idee, facendomi da betatester etc., ma in particolar modo vorrei ringraziare il grande MaJa, oltre che per le sue idee anche per tutto l'entusiasmo che riesce a trasmettere e poi il "big" luigino99, senza di lui il PDM sarebbe vuoto.
Sono loro che gestiscono tutta la parte non strettamente di programmazione, ma senza la quale il PDM non sarebbe niente.
Quindi un grazie a voi amici miei.
Spero apprezziate il PDM, ricordate sempre che per me è sempre un hobby e che lo sviluppo avviene nei pochi momenti liberi che la mia famiglia ed il mio lavoro mi lasciano.

Per registrarsi occorre inviare una mail a [email protected] con il codice generato dal PDM nella schermata informazioni, riceverete nel giro di poco tempo il codice di sblocco.

Siccome gestire il PDM non è una cosa semplice , ci sono delle regole da rispettare:
1- controllare che non sia già presente il cab che si vuole uppare
2- la descrizione deve essere completa in ogni sua parte
3- non deve essere un software a pagamento o shareware
4- non deve essere un software illegale ( quindi craccato oppure violare il copyright )
Se non verranno rispettate queste poche regole il cab verrà cancellato.

The error that you have shown me is the classic mistake of a bad installation of NETCF, I say so because I write rom for many years for testing PDM, I am certain of what I say.
Try to reinstall netcf!! or another ROM

- Downloadati il pacchetto Hard-SPL package e unzippalo nell' Hard Disk, il desktop va piu che bene in una cartella a tuo piacere
- Dal Pda devi rimuovere la Sim e la Sd senno te lo fotti.
- Accendi il Pda e lascialo partire
- Connettilo via Usb e aspetta che si sincronizza
- Fai partire RaphaelHardSPL-Unsigned_190_1_3.exe
- Segui le istruzioni nella RUU o Rom Update Utility
- Se tutto è ok ti affaccerà uno schermoo nero
- L' SPL è flashato a questo punto, e il Pda si riavvierà automaticamente
- Per confermare che è tutto ok, vai in bootloader (Tasto giù del volume + stilo nel forellino soft reset pigiati insieme) e ti affaccerà uno schermo di tre colori e vedi se ti affaccia la scritta 1.90.OliNex

Ciao, puoi aggiungere la possibilità di cambiare il numero del centro servizi per potere usare il sw anche su MTV Moblie (che è sempre tim) ?
Il numero è da chiamare è 40988 al posto di 40916, tutto il resto è uguale.
Per cui va bene una opzione nel sw o una versione separata con la semplice sostituzione di numero e logo.

Molto bello ed utile.
Cambierei soltanto l'icona del programma magari con qualcosa di più simile al logo (o alla scritta) TIM.
Se possibile preferirei l'uscita del programma cliccando una volta sola sulla X (e non anche sul tasto "esci")

Ciao, scusa il ritardo nella risposta (sono passati 7 mesi) forse avrai trovato le risposte da solo.
Io, per lo sviluppo ho utilizzato Basic4PPC che permette di programmare utilizzando un linguaggio tipo Visual Basic, invece con Visual Studio credo serva la conoscenza di C++.Net...
Purtroppo non riesco a darti dritte perché ho interrotto lo sviluppo su Windows Mobile perché sono passato ad un dispositivo Android...in bocca al lupo per le tue prove

Thank you, no ... this is the ROM ... then you can easily install an icon set and backgrounds in your way. Compared to earlier there are only my icons and a background of my tester. Nothing else
