Damn I ordered mine the first day, it took me four hours of refreshing pages and re entering info because their severs were overloaded and it came the next day. Well it would've been a day if I would've order it early but I sent it at 1am so I got it the following day.

I got mine almost 2 Weeks ago now for $219 at BestBuy Mobile(they wanted $299 but pricematched)... Unfortunately, with good ol CA tax it came to $280 something...
This phone honestly wasnt as great as i had expected it to be(just need to DEL bloatware & get CM9!)... But it's still better then wthat i had before and better then everything else that's out so i don't regret what i paid either.
On a side note, seems Verizon's pulling that "new" red Incredible 2 from stores to fulfill Web orders. That Inc2 was my fav 3G phone.

Im a full time college student, with 3 kids, AND its coming up on xmass, ~400 bucks back in my pocket is something I just cant pass up

California tax is less than it was prior to July 1, when the temporary increase (over 10%) expired.
As for the amazon wait, I welcome it. My DINC bootloops from heat CONSTANTLY, and while it is a horrible existence, I would rather have the heat bootloops on a phone which is eligible for an upgrade, than one that I have to sit with for 2 years.
Maybe if VZW can sell a whole lot of these, a new hardware rev without the issues will come out.
Fingers crossed ... I do not want to 'upgrade' to the Nexus.
I guess it is a lot less appealing than the Nexus 4. Oh well, let's hope this changes once the display models start hitting the stores.

So why are you still posting here? Just to tell us that we made the wrong decision? well based on the reviews I read, and the videos I watched MY decision was to buy one. Therefore I am participating in this community and hoping to get more information that contributes to my purchase and at the same time offering what positive points I can to help others.

I'm just not seeing those as negative reviews. They hit on all the same "it's not an iPad" talking points, but as an Android tablet user since the original Galaxy Tab through the Tab 8.9 LTE and Nexus 7, I pretty much discount most of those points.
And the performance issues don't worry me based on what I've seen, it seems capable and at least as fast as a 1280x800 Tegra 3 tablet, and far faster than a 1280x800 Tegra 2 tablet. I really don't like Android gaming, so if it browses cleanly and handles video playback well, that's all I need.
Frankly, I bought it for the display and AOSP. Wish it had removable storage, but so far that's it for my list of negatives.

I just ordered mine as well. Strange these still are in stock considering how fast the Nexus 4 sold out
I just placed an order for a 32GB one.
About half an hour to an hour earlier there were none for sale.
So I think they're currently sorting through all the multi-order shennanigans from earlier.
Order status though is 'pending'
Snagged up a 16GB one, I was planing on getting the N4 first then this but guess I will reverse the order, who knows when the N4 will be available again. Play Store in Canada showing the 32GB sold out now.

I'm not holding my breath on getting it this week, since it looks like it's coming out of Toronto. And why do they ship stuff to Toronto that probably came off the boat in Vancouver from Korea/China to start with? I mean, seriously, my Nexus 10 already passed through town, now it's got to come back?. Seems like it would make more sense to warehouse it at the port of entry.

It will change the location to Texas, states at the time of shipment. Happened to me twice when I ordered my nexus 7's back in July and September. Took 4 freaking days to ship as well

Yeah the Play Store is going to have stock well before then. When the Nexus 7 sold out they also quoted the same 3 week timeframe but in a week and a half they were back up and running.
They don't have the 32 gig one and just 16 gig .again I can't touch till Xmas (gf rules lol) .it doesn't bother me waiting and still have my galaxy Tab to hold me over till then

hope you're right, might try to stop in to Staples tomorrow and see what they have to say.
so now instead of 17-24 days the Staples website says 28-32 business days, thats 6 WEEKS!
So I ordered on Saturday. Now my order status has changed to cancelled. I called staples and they said this is the way they handle pre-sale items. Basically we are just being put on a waiting list. A second order number will be created once they get stock and we won't actually get the product until after we receive a phone call from staples verifying that we are still interested. Only then will the order be placed.
Can anyone who also went this route check their order status to see if it also says cancelled?

Update: Just reordered... Now Expected delivery date is 01/10/2013!!!! I hope Google gets more 32gigs available at the Playstore or Walmart gets stock before then.

Same thing happened to me, too. If I can find the N10 anywhere else, I'll buy from there and call to truly cancel my order with Staples.
When i called about my order the lady said I'm still good .My preorder said it originally at the latest arrive Dec 27 .The cancelled order showing will be replaced with the actual shipment order when they get the tablet.first she said 6 weeks then she "wait your order will arrive at your place Dec 15th ."I ordered mine the day they started preordering .

I was told when I contacted staples is that the schedualed delivery is just a rough estimate. We can expect to receive it before or on the date stated.

Mine automatically came with overnight but I think it had to do with ordering through a business account.
You should get it a day early I believe. I think if I remember correctly I had regular shipping on s4 pre-order and got early so should be fine

Same here. I ordered slightly before noon on the 6th with a business account and I am still showing 10/10 with no email either. I'd expect I would be in one of the early batches.
Got mine pre-ordered this past weekend. Was able to get upgrade and keep unlimited data. Yipee! Verizon has said even though it was a software glitch, they were going to honor all upgraded that were placed and approved. Shows shipping by 10/10 but I've heard leaks that they will most likely ship earlier. I've had the Note since a week after release and it's been great. I still use it daily and it's still in great shape. If the Note 3 life is similar I will be quite happy.

I would be giving up a note 3 though... A larger screen, spen which I use allot.. It's a tough decision.. I may hold out longer till some Roms are created and more feedback can be given. I hope you enjoy yours!

that's the phone I was using before I got this stupid Flex 2, I sold it after I switched.

Me too (order today said Monday). Direct from Sprint. My contract was not up until end of month but they said ok to do now.
They charged Activation Fee (grrr) and I hate mail in rebates, especially Sprints.
I'm gonna try not open it until Sunshine is ready. Like to avoid HTCDev unlock.
I'm not 100% sure I'm gonna keep it. I love my Black and Gold Harmon Kardon M8. ONLY reason to upgrade IMHO is the camera and having latest and greatest from OMG and friends.
But since I was due an upgrade I figured I should buy it and could easily sell it for $500.00+ But I always say that and never do
Not sure if I will get rebate if I never activate it though.
