which firmware you tried??
which firmware number you have before issue?
Try using Huawei Multi Tools software.
Extract the firmware for your phone model using Huawei update extractor software.
And use the software above said.

Only option left is dload..you have to download correct firmware for dload..
Correct firmware means yoi cannot flash lower number firmware if yoi were on higher number firmware..
You will have to flash same number full firmware or higher number firmware...

You can try rollback package and then try to flash full firmware...

i've downloaded form the official site of huawei an update for my phone which name is " KII-L21C636B130 "
this update contain 2 files which ends with .app
the first one which is the rom was 2.7 gb
and the second one was 1 kb
when i tried to flash the rom from a micro sd card , i couldn't
so i tried to flash the other file which was in a folder named as " CUSTOMIZE_HW_SPCSEAS "
my phone had turned to this :crying: :crying:
please any help because i have searched a lot for a solution and i couldn't find any
i want my phone back to it factory condition

You shouldn't flash small update.app in Vietnamese ROM because it changed your region to spcseas instead of your old region, that's why you lost your device infos
you need root/twrp to fix it
I had the same problem before and managed to fix it

If you have stock recovery put the large update.app in your sdcard in a folder dload
shut down the phone. now bootup the phone holding volup+voldown+power
when you do it correctly the phone will flash the software from the dload folder to the phone.
when it's done reboot to recovery with volup+power and choose a factory reset from the stock recovery menu
i tried it but nothing new
as i told you before, visit huawei service center and they will fix it for you
or you have to flash twrp then root your device to fix it

I accidentally flashed oeminfo from a KIW-L24 on my KIW-L21 (Yes I'm retarded).
My bootloader is now locked.
Someone know if I can at least flash a firmware ?

Yes. Using dload method.
So I used the dload method and I got a firmware now but now it's weird.

Model number looks correct but not othwe info. Try uodatinf via ota or next update via dload again. And do facrory reset. As ling as your model is correct you will be able to flash files for your model easily. Or may need to live with it.

use Huawei Product ID Generator and select HUAWEI Y300-0000 and use IMEI 1.
in web page type HUAWEI Y300-0000 for model and use product id from the app. just Serial & IMEI from your device is complete

The phone is locked in fastboot mode and i forget my unlock keys.

For now the only way to fix is with Sigmakey BOX , it is not free so is better to send your device to Service Center ...

I used box and dungle because my device boot image breaked
If your bootloader is unlocked, try installing twrp recovery, and flash from there, it may work. If not, flash a custom 5x rom, and really enjoy your phone. The 5x is old now, no warranty now, and there are a lot of stable roms for it(I use arrows 9.0) . From lollipop, to pie now, it’s pretty indestructible.

9.1.0.146 (C00E135R2P7). I haven't tried doing the HiSuite thing yet.
I tried using the first HiSuite link and while I can downgrade versions, it's only to Android 8.

I managed to downgrade it to 8.0.0.352, but HiSuite's doesn't give me an option to downgrade from it. It just tells me that it's the latest version available.

The last I used this phone and tool was 2018 so I don't remember on how to unlock it.
Please refer to YouTube for more information.
Flash the firmware and then use unlock tab in Best Infinity software.
