My first kernel.
Trying to get the best out of the kernel.
Adding all possible features out there.
The kernel is only tested with stock rom, but should work with any rom.
If you are facing any issues, please take a logcat and mention the steps to recreate the issue and upload it to a website like pastebin and share the link in comments. Please don't share the entire logcats here.

Try flasging Magisk after flashing the kernel.
Or give me a full log.
Stock roms offer better battery and performance for our Note 5 at this point in time. Don't believe me? Download a rom from Samdroid, flash with Odin - flash twrp via tar and then set it up.

i tested this kenerl my god is super smooth on smart governor and it almost unreal in app never felt my note 5 as good as it is with this kernel with this level of scrolling super smooth i thought i would lose battry fast but it didn't it hold very nicely there is 1 thing about this that i can't do anything to fix tested it with 3 roms and not working wifi dorp it keep getting drop for no reason if if there anyway to fix someone tell me plz "nvm it working now"

I haven't known about qualcomm variant before, so this kernel is for exynos only.
@hensk, I dont have any specific profiles for now, because I'm also testing different combinations.
I tested the at 2.0GHz and performance govenor and I didn't notice any heat.
I recommend 500-1.8 for a15 cores and 200-1.8 to a7.. But you can set limit for a15 200-2.0. At this variant I haven't any lags and haven't notice additional battery drain.

It's not ROM. This is kernel only for stock rom

to install kernel you require cwm and cwm does flag knox 0x1.
maybe you should make PM direct contact with OP or @modpunk
One little problem I've noticed: the settings that I have chose with synapse, at reboot are changed, maybe by the sistem. How I do for have the choices of new frequencies permanently? Thanks in advance! PS I have tried dvfs disabled with xposed installer but nothing..

Edit:I confirm that battery charging is same as xcelerate.
does it have any other governors.. other than the stock ones ??
also any new features...
is it able to shut down cores.. when not in use.
in my friends moto g,.. when not in heavy use only one core works.. and others go offline. when viewed in cpuz
but for mine. always all the 8 cores are running that too at above 499 Mhz....

Follow the tutorial here to get bootloader unlocked and recovery installed.
Once recovery is got, you could follow the instructions on OP page and install the kernel. From the previous posts, i suppose it works fine on the stock CM11 shipped with device.
Hey bro i wanted to know something in eco performnce mode there is an additional 2 written what that means?? Only 2 cores will work at full load or 2 cores will work in light load.. I m very confused regarding this...

hi I just found one bug when charging my mobile it restarts(randomely 1 tym ) and is gaining morethan 50% charge its been some tym now im using stock de odexed wid xposed , xblast tools and im not using fast charge .dont know how to make a logcat so if some one else is experiencing the same problem pls comment

givig me error on when i install on cosmic rom as the basis problem is cosmic rom is ported so in setting it displays the model no. of galaxy core so when i flash the kernel error comes that unable to flash coz of different model but with gluon kernel i dont get error in flash so how to flash this kernel on cosmic rom ?

Couple of days back, I tried to expand RAM with ROEHSOFT RAM Expander. But got this message "this device has not swap compatible kernel"

and basically the kernel in this thread is for performance so i prefer u to use this kernel coz this kernel is better that swap enabled kernel :laugh::good:

Last week, I rooted my phone and since then have been looking for some tweaks, ROMs etc. But due to limitations put by original kernel (please correct me if I am wrong) it seems nothing satisfactory is happening. So, it is making me nervous Also, I am not able to move apps to external sd card. It is so disappointing.

just download swap v3 kernel and flash dont need to flash the 'restore module file'

For me,i can change the value but it will revert back to 0 after going other page.

Did you delete the stk? Simtoolkit? I hope not. I kinda need them.
Does it support any other Kernel apart from MinhKer? MinhKer kernel only supports Magisk 19.3. Most modules dont support Magisk 19.3. Modules support Magisk 20+ meaning root is useless on MinhKer kernel.

stk were removed rom supports any kernel and comes with magisk 19.3 but you can use the new shumway kernel that kernel has support for the latest version of magisk :laugh:

That's what debloating is all about: removing all that unnecessary rubbish that hogs resources and slows down the phone.
If you want fingerprint, you should choose a Rom that's not debloated as much.
There are a number to choose from.
