Still using January images, so no need to flash vendor. Once February vendor comes out, I'll test everything out and post any necessary instructions.

I can't get data to work on rogers. APN is fine but its greyed out so I can't add or modify it. Checking in device info I get fail io exception

No plans to add LOS SU, Magisk is the preferred root solution and that may be built in at a later time. I'll take a look at Google Camera sometime tomorrow.

Can you tell me what feature it adds?
Nice work.
Can you tell me, does this rom have smart radio feature.
This thing toggles 2g/3g when your screen is turned off/on.
If not, can you add it, coz it helps me with battery drain, now I'm using it with help of Tasker.
Thx.

No it doesn't.
Can you tell me which ROM has the feature so that I can look at their github?
I found it in Cataclysm ROM for n4, but their sources are closed.
Also smart radio can be found in Intelli3g module for xposed.

Can't really do anything about closed sourced feature
About the smart radio, none of the ROMs seem to have it and I'm not much of a coder..so can't really help..what you could do is flash xposed and see if it works...just don't submit bugreports while using xposed

I'll try to merge it if it doesn't conflict with anything.
Also, crDroid seems to have reverted the feature so it might be possible that it creates more problems..
Hi. Does this ROM have CM system profiles? If not, would it be possible to add it? Thank you

OK, ROM is working great. No random reboots and ui is fast and smooth.
Twist for camera and chop for flashlight work great (assigned twist to open camera). Lack of profiles is overcome by using app from play store (#1 Profile is working well. I've also used Llama).
Layers is new to me. I'm used to CM themes. This is nice, though, and there are a number of great layers out there.
I've missed slim themes ever since getting my X. Missing some CM features, but not a deal breaker. So far, this has been much more stable than any CM ROM I've used. Even more stable than stock flashable.
Well done!
Hi.
Great ROM. I am using during 3 days and everything is OK.
Keep this job.
Thank you very very much.

From the first post; "ROM Firmware Required: Latest 5.1 bootloader+radio"
By having done that will it not complicate things if one decides to downgrade back to stock KK ?

Updating your bootloader to latest LP means not going back to KK. There are plenty of posts about bricked phones from doing that.

The only thing I've found not working correctly is Smart Lock. I've used this successfully in other ROMS but here it doesn't seem to recognize trusted places or on-body detection. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Looking good.
I've been searching for a stable ROM to switch from stock. Looks like this is the one.
Thank you for your time and development of this ROM!
One question tho. Can you explain more about the "HardCore kernel" and can I flash ElementalX kernel instead?

Hardcore Kernel: Thread Link, best explained here.
I only use kernels built inline with my ROMs, so I don't know if EX (or any other) will work or not. That you'll have to try at your own risk to find out.
This 6p is my only phone, so I will go on the safe rout.
Thanks again
Thanks ??

Ok, thanks. And that reminds me (I can't believe I forgot!) Don't use the reboot QS tile to reboot recovery, it will force a Factory Reset and you'll lose your data if you don't turn the phone off in time. Crap, can't believe I forgot to post that!!

Thank you.
Would it be possible to add a way to disable the battery saver color change and the camera gesture vibration?

IKR! That's the only major issue, I've had this ROM installed on my 6P for the last 5 days. I'm going to run the risk today and try to get a log on the reset thing, may end up just pulling the tile.

Yes it REQUIRES 64 bit recovery
I installed.
They must be beautiful, finally when you connect the phone to the PC automatically MTP.
Everything works even changing the thema based on the cute background is complete with all the various settings and all work, another little thing the LED does not turn on during charging but works well with notifications.
The camera talk, there are even 2 but I think that until it comes out official hours or the only really working alternative remains Footje Camera that in this case also saves on an external sd card.
It really has all the various settings RR style beautiful complete excellent construction.
Let's say that on the sw side is ok, now you should be able to find what is creating that continuous noise during calls that forces me to re-install the stock on time.
However, great work, thank you.
The camera app doesn't take Hdr+ photos and when i tried to take videos or panorama photos the camera app force closes and Essentials app doesn't open and Updates section in setting doesn't open to

HDR needs oreo blobs, and as for the Essentials apps and updates section, flash gapps. I can open them perfectly. I'll release screenshots to prove it. Stop reporting fake errors.

If you faced these errors, it's because of something you did. None of my testers report a single issue with Essentials or Updates. As for the camera, it won't be fixed fully until oreo stock releases
There's no 8.1 gapps on opengapps, which ones should I use?
EDIT: also, is this rooted?

What about the root method? Magisk is the only way? I'm not too fond of it TBH, I'd prefer something like the lineageOS zip method

Unfortunately, lineage su hasn't released for oreo yet. You could try superSU, although it hasn't been tested yet.

Thanks, I'll report back in a few hours!
For God! What a magnificent rom! Beautiful, fluid, and does not have so many problems (the best 8.1 so far) sorry this bad English (BR)
Yeah, having only tried this one and unofficial lineageos 15.1 this is by far the most stable, fast and fluid of the 2
SuperSU rooting method confirmed to be working ok
Don't know if this is the expected behavior but I'll report anyway, after the initial boot com.android.phone FC constantly and none of the 2 sim cards was recognized. The phone suddenly reboot itself and everything worked perfectly. Using an xt1676 16/3/dual sim

Screw'd was created to be a more optimized and speedy ROM for Nexus & Pixel devices. We combine the best features with a slimmed down base to give you one of the fastest, feature-filled ROMs available. Screw’d is updated, compiled, and tested daily to ensure that we use the latest, stable code base straight from AOSP (Android Open Source Project). This means that we stay up-to-date with Google’s security patches and features, and we’ll never add code that isn’t required. We also post ALL of our source code so you can see all of the changes we make, and even compile Screw’d yourself. Although Screw’d was originally created for Nexus devices in mind, it is possible to port our ROM to work with other devices. As proof, we have ported Screw’d to non-Nexus devices such as the OnePlus 5.

Great build... Thanks a lot dev... For bringing another rom for potter.. Spending your precious time on working for the development of rom.
This ROM is looking & running really nice so far, have just installed & setup but with no issues at all. You should mention the KCAL support in default kernel, and I also greatly prefer the stock/square-or-default-shape icons. Never thought I'd be this glad to get screw'd!
Very nice ROM still didn't find any issues working very well thanks dev
awesome job on putting omniswitch into this; afaik, this is the only rom other than omni that has it!
has anyone tested microg on this? also, my nano or higher on the gapps?

I'm using the micro 20180423 gapps with no issues, but don't use microg. Where is omni switch? I don't see any icon and can't find it in the custom settings. I'm using Lawnchair launcher though, so if it's part of the Pixel launcher that would explain why I can't.
Anybody having BT calling issues? I haven't flashed yet but want to try this out but that is important to me. If anybody tries please give feedback. Thanks in advance

No, omniswitch is not there yet but it may be planned to add in the future, maybe OP can say. I haven't compared everything else on the features list but believe most of it is available in the current version.

Yeah, just flashed and can confirm omniswitch is nowhere... irritating because that's the reason I flashed. Looks like it's back to Omni...
Can't receive or make calls!!!
I'm retired & mainly use my land line but noticed today that incoming cell calls weren't ringing but going straight to voicemail, then when trying to call vm the call immediately ends, and trying a couple other outbound calls the same thing happens. Restored my Validus backup and all calling is working fine with the same exact setup. It may be something just affecting me or a bad install, but are others able to make/receive calls ok?
EDIT: Problem solved by resetting preferred network type to Global, had changed it to LTE.

I have seen this issue with the ROM, as well. I clean flashed and mobile network was not working (att). I restarted and the network came back. You may want to try that. Once working, it seems to be stable.

Had the exact same issue as you, was traveling at the time and my data just crapped out. Couldn't reconnect even after reboot, only changing roms fixed the issue. US unlocked 64GB variant and cricket wireless.

I found the problem which was self-inflicted - under preferred network type I had changed it from Global to LTE (usually there is a different short 3-choice list there where I always select LTE) thinking it was set incorrectly, so after reselecting Global my cell calling works fine. Actually my cellular data was working well despite that wrong setting yesterday while I was out, but I didn't use it for very long.

What is SOT in this rom
And is it fully stable or buggy
Hey! Thanks for bringing this ROM! You've done a pretty good job here! I used it for a couple of days alongside AIM ROM v.2.5 and I must say it's quite impressive. There are some sound notification artifacts and the LED notification indicator doesn't seem to work properly for me (it could be related to some faulty hardware in my Zenfone Max), however, I don't mind those little bugs at all as the whole ROM seem to work flawlessly. As a side note, I would remove the optional Nova Launcher as long as it doesn't break any necessary dependencies. I know it's popular and it can be removed using root, but Launcher3 or any other FOSS Launcher can do the job just great as default. Magisk and Stericson's Busybox works great here. Beware new users, don't try to flash any Gapps above NANO as it will immediately brick the phone.
Great job!
EDIT: After tinkering with lots of Magisk and Xposed modules, and even installing the Aroma Gapps package, removing the original launcher with the Pixel one, this is by far the most stable Oreo ROM for the Z010D to date. It's incredibly fast, efficient and ShadowReaper1's Kernel works great. There are no sound artifacts whatsoever. I'm staying with this one for now
