I went from unrooted s8+ to s9+ with Samsung SmartSwitch (for the apps) and with Helium Backup for AppData and solved 90% of transfer this way.

Downgrade from 5.1.1 to 5.0.2 ! What's the worst that can happen on a Live Demo Unit

So, I have an S6 EDGE G925X live demo unit... and after trying everything i could find on xda and internet i couldn't make it use a g920F rom so now my only option would be a downgrade. Taking into account it's a demo what would be the worst that could happen ?

You should not downgrade the Android version without a full wipe. If you install Android 5.0.2 over 5.1.1 your device will not boot I think.

Hi, have to push this topic, I am having the same problem (Note 4).
Anyone having a solution?
With Android 6 Google filled the system partition. You will have to make room. Please follow the rules before posting. This has been talked about everywhere for the past year.

@Need help very urgent
Moving from Android 9 to Android 10 is an upgrade, not an update. Don't think Samsung offers such an upgrade for free.
If you're already on Android 10, then Samsung offers you an OTA ( Android 10 OS patch ) what can get accepted: it doesn't affect device's user-data, they remain untouched by this update.
So you mean by upgrading to android 10 can cause data loss?
First off good day to you all so I hard reset my galaxy a 10 u and now it won't read any sim card do I need to install an sd card driver?? Thanx for your time [email protected]

That might occur ( swiping all internal data ), but not everytime. Hence keep backup of all your data before you flash your device

SafetyNet Hardware-backed

Hi, I wanted to buy a Samsung Galaxy s9 (or s9+ idk yet) to install custom roms. I heard that SafetyNet hardware-back was included since Android 7, and S9 series has came out with android 8.
Can I install LineageOS for instance and use bankings apps or I need to root it and I don't have these bankings apps ? ?

package disabler pro alternative

hello everyone, I have a tablet with a tab a7 google account. We could bypass the google account with the package disabler, but for some reason it stopped working from June 3, what do you think is the problem, thanks in advance
Hi there everyone,
Samsung galaxy Tab A290 already upgraded to the last security update, Android 11 with the FRP lock still active. (Unable to downgrade firmware) Bootloader still locked and unable to activate USB debugging so rooting is out of the question. (for my skill level anyway).
Package disabler and alliance shield x no longer work. Therefore none of the walkthroughs on YouTube are of any use. Does anyone have a solution/alternative. Thank you in advance.
I'm still looking for a solution but no
I think it will be with toll road
There is also CCSWE App Manager but it doesn't support knox
