anybody can help me????

You can't enable band agregation, it's an hardware feature. Your phone can connect either to B3 or B7 depending on Your carrier and Your location but not the two at the same time.

not understand. in india Jio network support B3+B5+B40

The op want to activate "4G+", which is one name for band aggregation. The redmi note 3, even the special edition, does not support that.
If the op just want to activate the B3 and B7 bands because his carrier support this two bands but somehow he never connects, it's another problem, and idk how to help with that.
The default configuration of the RN3 should support those bands. I'm located in france and it doesn't matter which rom I use it connect to B3, B7 and other depending on where I am.

3G (UMTS) bands.

Hi,
I have an Optimus One from Telus (canada) so I know it has at least the 850/1900 bands , but I might take it with me back home where I'd need the 2100 band. Is the information on wikipedia that says that it has tri-band UMTS true? and how can I know if it has the band I'm looking for (2100Mhz)??
Thanks in advance.
In the service menu (type 3845#*500# into the dialer, replacing 500 with your exact model) it has a menu for network mode which has a WCDMA 2100 in it.
The question is whether that is functional or just part of the stock LG testing set, I don't know, originally i tried to change the band on mine but ran into continual dead ends and had to concede to go with an alternate sim/network.
Guess you'd have to try it to find out.

The service menu doesn't come up. I think it's because I have the cyanogenmod ROM.
I found the service manual and it had this section:

I'm not sure if it confirms/denies that this phone is indeed tri-band as it had all 4 UMTS bands in there!!!
mhm, hard to tell, at the end of the day i'm not sure you can find a definitive answer without being able to test it. the service menu is just an apk as far as i'm aware, you can probably flash it.

Well, I tried to find the way to activate 4G band on this model too but nothing found. There is no Power Amplifier and antenna for LTE band in this phone, so even if the band been activated in CPU it will not work at all.

The image of the modem is saved from two phones, it is possible to port B1 in a modem without B1?
Xiaomi Redmi 8 A similar processor, the possibility of porting the modem?
Good Morning Yan,
I have no Rakuten Mini phone. I hope to be of help, though.
According to Rakuten, there are three versions of the Rakuten Mini phone :
https://network-mobile-rakuten-co-j...ec.html?_x_tr_sl=auto&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=fr
Click on "Supported frequencies" to have all details.
The third version, with serial numbers (IMEI) 351676110682491 to 351676113417929 does not have LTE band B1, but it has LTE band B4.
Rakuten also says here, that "When adding frequency bands to the design [...] the number of frequency bands that can be supported by mobile terminals is limited. Some frequencies etc. have been deleted."
If you just add B1, you may have too many frequency bands.
It is my understanding, that you used an older version of the modem file. This should remove B4 and add B1. But I may be wrong.
Please check that you deleted band B4 to "make space" for band B1.
Please keep us aware of your progress.
Have a nice day !
Cobus.
The following post (for Palm PVG100) might help you too :

LG G8x carrier aggregation, add, edit, modify, help.

LG G8x carrier aggregation, add, edit, modify, help.
hello everyone, I have the sprint G8x, I changed the firmware to a free variant of panama, my operator works in band 4 and 28, according to the link:
LG G8X (LMG850EMW) | 4G/5G Bands & Combos
4G & 5G Bands, Carrier Aggregation and Dual Connectivity Combinations for LG G8X (LMG850EMW)
cacombos.com
I currently use the g850em, should I flash the g850emw? I don't know if someone is in my same situation, I've been looking for information on how to add more bands to make the most of my operator's services.
If anyone has any help I would greatly appreciate it.

I was seeing that in a xiaomi forum they use QXDM to modify the CA2 band, as most operators use only 2 bands for LTE-A/LTE+, could someone verify if this is possible?
[GUIDE] Enable 4g+/LTE-A Carrier Aggregation without Root on Stock Rom

It is similar to the cross flash procedure that is done to change the sprint firmware. I hope your support colleagues.

Please see this guide: Link
By flashing mbn file, you can access full functionalities your carrier provided (except Rogers, fido, chatr, cityfone). However, due to band differences, please don't expect full speed 5G internet in Canada on this phone. From my test, Rogers 5G is slower than its LTE on my BC72 (it's not the internet issue because I tested on an iPhone).
I checked online about the band information for the US version of Xperia 1 iii, all the 5G bands in Canada are supported so technically you can have a better experience than me.
